服务 购买了【1间房✖️2人入住】✖️2间房，提供早餐，前台表示每间房只能有1个人使用早餐。我当时发烧，很累，很困惑，前台态度很差，很不屑，一直说就是不能使用因为我没有买两个人的。我不理解为什么我没有买两个人的，我定了两间房，每个房都是两人入住，都是提供两份早餐。

The hotel is not located in the center, however it was not a big deal since you can use grab. Staff are not really welcoming compared to other hotels in Thailand.

Reviewed May 4, 2026I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well organized for guests. The location was also very convenient, close to 7/11 , terminal mall. The rooms were great, the hotel territory was pleasant, and everything felt comfortable and well thought through. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the internet connection was good. I also really appreciated that guests are allowed to use the hotel terrace to eat their own food. This was a very nice gesture! Overall, I 100% recommend this hotel and would 100% come back. I really liked everything: the location, the quiet area, the rooms, the staff, and the general atmosphere. It was a very good stay.
The only small thing I would mention is the breakfast. Everything was already very good, but if I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to add more European breakfast options. The breakfast seemed to be more focused on Asian guests, with many options for making soup and noodles. Of course, this is understandable, but as a European guest, I am not very used to eating this kind of food for breakfast. That said, we were never hungry and always found something to eat. It would just be nice to have a bit more variety for European-style breakfast, and the pastries could also be improved a little.

Nice pool, Ample parking available. 7-11 just across the street. We will come back for sure.
Damp smell when exiting from elevator on 4th floor- should clean carpet or install air fresheners. Apart from that nothing to mention.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Het personeel was echt superlief. Het was er erg rustig en er was weinig geluidsoverlast. Het ontbijt was iedere dag net wat aangepast en geen saai "continental" ontbijt maar gewoon lekker warm eten, soepen etc.
De badkamer mocht net wat schoner gemaakt zijn, maar dat zijn details die voor het verblijf zelf weinig effect hebben

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026I like the hotel’s location because it is convenient for traveling. It is easy to call a Bolt ride and it is close to 7-Eleven. The reception staff are very kind and helpful, and they give excellent recommendations. However, the breakfast staff do not seem as friendly or cheerful as the reception staff. The bedroom is very nice; I really love the bed because it is extremely comfortable.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026The room was lovely and bed was extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were tip top. 7-eleven is directly across and so amazing to have so close by. Breakfast was really nice.
The hotel guests were really noisy and we hardly got any sleep due to severely inappropriate noises and general lack of decorum. If you have kids I don’t recommend staying as it’s quite obvious what the guests come there for.

Very bad locatiom, poor breakfast for who that doesnt eat meat. My coffee spilled I didn't want to bother anyone, so I wiped the floor with a towel. When i checked out they ask to charge me 700 baht for a towel. It was just miserable. The only hotel that charged me for a dirty towel. I just can't believe it. I won't go back there again, mainly because of the location But of course this relationship also carries a lot of weight.
