Spacious :)

The room was extremely moist and wet during our stay, maybe because it was a really cold time but everything was just wet. The walls were dripping and the floors were cold.

actually this is literal na expectation vs. reality. sorry mam, pero napabayaan na ung unit mo. 1. walang double lock sa loob 2. ang dumi ng mga corner at upuan ng room marami din molds 3. pahirapan sa heater 4. ung towel maasim kahit nagsabi na kami hindi pinalitan 5. ang hirap kontakin ng may ari at mga staff di talaga responsive 6. grabe paakyat sa location ok lang sana kase mga 10-20mins walking sa burnham kaso sobra pataas if may bata at senior mahihirapan sa location.

When they said minimalist, they meant it We got to Baguio at the wrong time, during typhoon. Humidity in the apartment was so high, that our things remained damp. Water was condensing on the ceiling, walls, floor. Mold present on the walls. It was cold there and we got only two small blankets. There was only a clothes rack, no closet. No detergent to wash the dishes or any rug, broom to tidy up area. No mirror in the bathroom, only in the living room. I am sure some of that wouldn't matter if the weather was better, but with little changes, like mentioned cleaning stuff, our experience would be much better

1. Black mold all over the place. 2. Using a portable picnic table as our table. 3. No sofa to sit on. Only got three chairs for the picnic table. We have to sit on the cold tile floor all the time. 4. No receptionist to find. 5. Noisy neighbours at night. 6. One pillow case was covered with black mold 🤢 7. Four toddler size blankets for three adult size guests and only 4 pillows. 8. No cleaning rugs just in case you spill something on the floor or cleaning cloth to wipe the table. 9. The plates/mugs drying rack is filthy and rusty.

They must provide slippers in the room. The floor is cold.

Accessible to Burnham Park and other vicinities. Taxi is easy to find. Nice view.

Did not know that we have to climb, and when I say climb, you will really have to climb a literal mountain to get to the place. Luckily, taxis go up. Then, the stairs inside the loft is too steep and narrow. You have to squeeze carefully to climb up. The front desk is not around sometimes but they are helpful. One suggestion, a sofa could be useful here. And lastly, the bed smells off. It could have been cleaned batter.

the check-in and check was a breeze. Location is not hard to find. We had trouble with the electricity, but it turned out that there was a brown-out in the city, but still a maintenance guy quickly came a few minutes after i reported the matter to the owner.

We wish that the top hand rail of the stair was extended so going down would be easier and much more secure. Also, wish there were blind on the window so we could have slept without being disturbed by the rising sun.

The loft looked exactly like the picture. It was well kept and maintained well. It was affordable considering it’s location. We arrived hours early and the owners allowed us to check in early, free of charge! They were also super easy to talk to and were very responsive towards our concerns.

If you’re traveling with an elderly companion who has difficulty walking on elevated areas, this might not be the best option. Unfortunately, the staff at GrandView Residences made the experience quite disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and throughout our stay, it remained unattended. The maintenance staff were also unavailable when we needed assistance. Moreover, about 30 minutes before our scheduled checkout, some staff were already talking loudly outside our room, questioning why we hadn’t left yet. They even looked at us in a way that felt mocking. Overall, it was such a disappointing experience.

Some appliances are not working and when power went out it took them 3 hrs before someone turned on the generator

The location was good, the host was communicative, and the view from the window and building itself were quite nice.

It was very dirty. The linens were discoloured and the pillows smelled really bad. On the first night, I ended up using my towels as a pillow and blanket. The paint on the walls were peeling and stained. The water heater didn't work. The wifi didn't work.

The staff and owner is very responsive, the place is accessible to convenient stores and known establishments. Unit is also well maintained and clean. We’d love to rebook again on our next trip.

Location was perfect. Near a convenient store (sari sari store) and 711. Basic kitchen tools and amenities were provided for a quick meal prep as going up and down the road of Baguio to buy food is challenging🤣.

We had a bit of a problem contacting the front desk for queries and concerns. Good thing the owners promptly respond to our messages.

We stayed in the unit for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The unit was equipped with complete necessities, including a heater, microwave, small refrigerator, and electric stove, which made it ideal for a longer stay. The location was also excellent—just a short distance from Burnham Park, restaurants, and nearby stores.

One suggestion for improvement would be to include some cleaning materials and toiletries for added convenience.

We couldn't use the wifi that the host had to offer Some cooking utensils are not usable There was a wedding party in this building and we couldn't stay quiet.

Expectations vs. Reality. The staff are good. The room is smell like old i dont know actually what smell it is. We just not expecting that our room is quite masikip and merong hagdaan which is yun yung higaan sa taas sya . Not convenient for those customer that old na. Their ketchen is good theres no extra adaptor lang for microwave. The bathroom theres no tissue. The view, theres no view.

The location is of the hotel/staycation is peaceful, accessible/walking distance to most tourist spots. Have utensils to use and the OVEEENNN thank you so much!!

The cabinets kinda smells. No curtains, much better to add next time for privacy of the guests. The hot shower restarts every time you off the faucet even tho the heater is still on or in max. No broom available, had to borrow from the hotel staff.

We loved the unit it's good that it's a loft type especially if you're a group traveler. The beds were comfy and the bidet was new to us. We also loved that it's near Burnham we managed to do our morning strolls and late night walks. The unit was clean since we arrived an hour early before the check in time, and we saw that they were cleaning it.

A sheer curtain would be nice since the windows are big and to lessen the creepy vibes it gives at night. And the way to get there is tiring! It's steep enough to semi crawl lol but it's okay we just ride taxis whenever we can.

no fridge, since it's so chilly at night, make sure you bring enough sweaters to warm yourself inside the apartment because there are not enough blankets for 4pax, and there are barely enough pillows too. The rice cooker is not working, and there is no curtain in the apartment which makes it uncomfortable to change especially since we are all ladies. I stayed in the same property last year, ( a different condo, different owner ) and I had a great experience.

No window curtain , No ref so that we can buy food for freshen up. and the location is quite high so it is not possible for the elderly and the taxi had a hard time picking us up at the place. You can really feel that you are in Baguio.😊😊😊😊. But the place is good ,only how are you going to go up to the house.

Water is always available, basic kitchen utensils are complete and also security of the place is excellent.

This are things to be enhanced: Kettle is not working, blinds should be available on the big windows, CR had some molds, vacuum should be available instead of plastic broom.

The room was cozy and has a really good view.

The location was uphill and is a bit of a challenge specially when your a group with oldies and kids.
