Rooms are clean and the pillows are all smelling nice it smells like fresh i just love it!

The gym is too small. The linens and towels are not white. There is extra charge for extra towels. I got charged for the stains on the towels.

⭐ Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Room Condition and Cleanliness Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. When we first entered our room, there was a very bad smell, and the room felt more like a basement storage area than a proper hotel room. We opened the curtains expecting to see a window, but there was actually no real window—just a decorative/prank window, which was very misleading and made the room feel dark and uncomfortable. We immediately approached the receptionist and requested to be transferred to another room with a real window. Thankfully, we were eventually transferred to a room on the 5th floor. However, the problem did not end there. The new room also had an unpleasant smell, which reminded us of old sweat or a room that had not been properly aired out. On our second night, we discovered that one of the pillowcases was stained and had a very bad smell. This was especially disappointing because cleanliness and hygiene should be a basic standard for any hotel. Overall, the experience was far below what we expected. The unpleasant smells, misleading window situation, and stained, smelly pillowcase made our stay very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, ventilation, housekeeping, and room descriptions, because guests deserve a clean, fresh, and comfortable room. Before we got to be transferred the staff was rude, she doesn't care if we give a low rate of this hotel, her name is ANGEL GUZMAN!

Nothing terrible but it's just a bit soulless. Avoid an atrium view room as I was woken early each day by kids screaming and voices echoing round it.

The location was fairly strategic, near Burnham Park, with many nearby food establishments. I also appreciated that the overnight front desk staff has helped me get a document printed—thanks for that. Lastly, I loved the fact that my room had windows I opened to have a great amount of Baguio air coming through my room!

The thing I did not like the most was the beddings/sheets. The pillows smelled funky including the duvet/comforter. It smelled like unwashed linen, unfortunately. Also, I ordered food from the Chinese restaurant and the food was served cold and the taste was a little off/bland.

The room is clean, spacious and cozy. Good and fast customer service. Free and safe parking. The buffet breakfast is worth more than the price.

Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have restaurant for breakfast in the hotel.

Towels were too thin and not enough. Safe in the room had no power and had to call Engineering to fix it. Ad said rooms were high up and with good views. 2 out of the 3 rooms I had were low with not very good views. Had to pay extra for AC.

We only stayed for 1 night just for a stop-over or a place to sleep, I can say for its price and the quality of the room it is good and very affordable with great view of the city from your own verandah.

Staff have left a cleaning rug in the bed table, apart from that its amazing place to relax.

Location to city & Route 55 restaurant Friendly staff

The refrigerator is nothing more than a fan in a box with a blue light. They have had these ‘chillers’ for a few years now and are useless. My thermometer showed 18°C. It was cooler outside. The initial double bed mattress was like the base of an ensemble bed, very hard and you could feel the springs. On request the staff installed the only other spare mattress ( a foam single mattress which went on top of the original) . I repaired the shower head, which kept flopping down & aiming at the wall. On previous stays a staff member had assisted with the bags. No male staff were seen or arranged to assist on arrival or for departure. The gym has been moved & has a reduced amount of equipment.

There is significant room for improvement in both the facilities and overall service. Upon check-in, we were informed that our room was ready; however, when we arrived, a staff member was still inside attending to something and asked us to wait, which was quite inconvenient. Cleanliness was also an issue. The floors, particularly in the bathroom, had visible dirt and crumbs, and we had to request housekeeping to address this. Overall, the level of cleanliness did not feel thorough. Our room was located close to the elevator, and we could clearly hear people passing by, which affected our comfort. It would have been helpful to either have better soundproofing or be informed of this in advance. Additionally, when we made an inquiry about extending our stay at the B5 reception, we were asked to go to the ground floor instead. This seemed unnecessary, especially as it was only a simple inquiry. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of service efficiency and attention to detail.

Parking is steep, is a real challenge esp for new drivers. There is that faint, odd smell coming from the bathroom.

I booked this room because i saw on the room description that there is an AC but then they told that i have to pay additional 500php to use the AC. Agreed. I ask the room service if i can borrow spoon & fork to eat. They ask me to give a 50php deposit. A bit expensive to stay here. There's no toilet paper and i didnt ask anymore bec i might get charged again.. Location is a bit far from the center and you cannot just walk around bec the road is narrow
