Got 3 bedrooms. 1st bedroom with 2 double bed, 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed which is just nice for my family. 2nd bedroom got problem with water heater. Called the owner, and immediately their technician arrive to change with new heater. Very fast response and services by owner and technicians.
It is better to do 1 staircase step just for 2nd bedroom toilet floor because the height difference between bedroom floor and toiler floor is quite high. And also, 2nd bedroom toilet floor doesn’t have water gradient. So, the toilet always accumutlatw with water

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025Location, parking and lift are near to each other which makes it so convenient for us especially to our parents. Our house also very close to the lift (plus point). View also superb as it facing centrum mall area and mountain. Room and overall living room are okay and comfortable. They also provide us shoes (plus point) bcs sejuk gila kaki 😆. Each room are spacious enough because got more than 1 bed. Advantage for us with big family. Kitchen is complete with proper utensil.
Bathroom ventilation was not that good which sometimes can give bad smell. Balcony area need to provide more safety like a small net so it is much safer for our children. Check out is too early at 11am. Suggestion.. Maybe in the future can provide much more comfortable sofa.. with netflix in tv also.. overall the apartment is actually perfect already.

The entrance of the apartment , there is no lobby. You have to walk from the parking road to outside. May not suitable for young children and old age people. Is about 1km+ and is dark at night. The pillows are a bit hard for us😌

The car park should have more lightings around. Glad to say this unit car park is very close to the lifts.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2024the location seems its near the market , but nd to drive to market , walking not suggested , as its up to the hill and the condo is very silent like abandon area, car park is silent too. the unit is seems like clean but actually not so clean in the toilet and the water heater for the master room not working , water is very little when shower. bedsheets and floor all not so clean, kitchen floor is sticky

Reviewed Jun 4, 2024The homestay was spectacular. The design is also modern and love the bed set in each bedroom. To enjoy more of the house we decided to extend one more night. The view from the balcony also was perfect. We can see the sunrise and scenery of the small city and the green mountains. Internet was provided. Heater works just fine in each rooms. Each bedroom also have their own toilet! Will definitely come again to stay here.
