Reviewed Dec 3, 2025Location is strategic, near centrum mall, parking easy to find. The homestay located on level 1.
Noisy neighbour (upper level), luckily we stay here only to sleep and rest for a few hours. And also the noise came from upper unit which is occupied by a family. So nothing to worry 😆

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025Those who wants to do budget trip this is the right choice. This unit was completed with all the stuff like stove,fridge,rice cooker, and many more. You can save a lot on food cost. Very clean too.
Nothing to complain. Everything was great with reasonable price.

Very small sofa can fit only 2 person and only have dining table for 4 pax , so big family member have limited space to chill and watching tv Carpet seem old and dirty Very dissapointed with parking as the designated location is a HOME for a swallow bird, in the morning our car so dirty with birds dropping all over place =(

Bad design by developer. Toilet spout from upper level is visible in the toilet, Normally will be hidden inside wall. Toilet conditions need to be improved. Ceiling damaged with mold spots, creates a creepy appearance. My kids were afraid to enter the toilet.

Reviewed Apr 8, 20241.No hooks inside bathroom doors to hang clothes or towel. Maybe property owner expect to come out naked to change or wipe.. 2.Terrible musty/mould smell in the whole apartment.. Had to go MrDIY and buy one can of room fragrance spray and spray the whole unit. 3.Walls are full of mould and black spots, had a new experience like living inside a bacterial colony

Poor condition of the apartment. It was smelly and full of fungus. Toilets were not cleaned properly. Dirty bedsheets, i suspect they were not changed. I founds some hairs on the pillows. Most of the dining chairs are broken and cannot be used.
