Very clean, beautiful home

Couch was a bit lumpy, springs coming through. But thats the only thing really. Everything else was great!

Modern, very clean and tasteful home with comfortable beds. Very well set up with kitchen well stocked, bathrooms excellent. Host easy to contact and very responsive.

Great location

It has everything one needs to settle in - even for one night- and feel at home. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook, a washer, drying rack and fans and an outdoor clothesline. We wish we had discovered it earlier. We would have stayed longer.

Everything. Great location near Paraparamu Airport & motorway access. Looking like a brand new home with all the necessities. The heater was on as we arrived (despite checking in very late) which was more than appreciated. All the rooms were super clean. We got to discover the backyard in the morning which faces a quiet bush so very calm & private environment.

Second visit to this property. Neat and clean, in new condition. Good contact with host, including a last minute message to say the property was ready for us a lot earlier than expected. Warm and cosy in cold weather, and very comfortable beds. Plenty of spare blankets, and heaters in the bedroom was a bonus, given the weather.

Very clean modern home. Great having internal access garage. Big enough to sleep our family of 7 with one in the lounge on a rollaway. Cute backyard. Excellent fast communication with the host.

Lockbox access was at ground level. Might be a bit tricky for those less nimble to access.

New house in suburban setting. Very well set up with everything you would expect in the kitchen, etc. Very helpful hosts (via the app).

We were very happy with this property! The only suggestion we would make is that us a small milk was available in the fridge for those who forget it!

I liked everything but......... the beds 😟

Had no Wifi But got a hold of our Host Ron and we sorted it in the end. The Beds were so hard was the worse sleep ever especially after a 6 hour drive. 2nd nite we slept in the Single beds which were a bit better but beds were way to small as it was the 2 single beds for Children. Maybe provide electric blankets it was so cold. There were a few blankets but become way to heavy as I had a few to get warm as it was so 🥶 cold and 🌧 raining the whole time. No Dryer to dry clothes. Had a washing machine and a clothes rack but rack no use if there is no Sun.

Lovely and new and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Great for a family. Could even park in the garage which was great in the rain. A full length mirror would be handy and always appreciated. My 90 year old mother was able to get around easily and loved it.

Wow, absolutely amazing facility after driving all day to our destination which was less than 5 minutes from this address, secure, quiet neighbourhood, fully stocked with quality utensils etc etc. Priced perfectly, definitely recommend this property 👍👍👍

The home was brand new - honestly - were we the first to rent this property? Sure felt like it. Well laid out, decent sized bedrooms, all the mod cons, smart TV that was easy to navigate (that was cool as we don't even own a tv at home). There were breakfast cereals, plenty of tea and coffee and spreads. Honestly, everything was pretty much perfect. Really nice indoor/outdoor flow. The icing on the cake was that we were able to park our car in the garage. Never been able to do that before at a holiday home! (and we've used a few). Auto garage door too. Oh, and super friendly neighbours cat. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would I try and book this property again? Heck yes!

Ummm.... I don't recall any milk in the fridge when we arrived? Would be nice to have just a small carton first thing. The only other thing is that the lock box is a bit hard to open although we were told about that before we arrived. Oh, and the wheel fell off the vacuum cleaner (lol). Looked like it may have been broken for some time.

Was an absolute pleasure to stay in this beautiful home. Was nice, tidy, clean and comfortable. Very modern and had a calming vibe to the house. Location was great and was so easy to find. Loved that it was child friendly and with a fence right around the house my little boy was able to spend time out in the back yard. The house was perfect and we had a pleasant stay. Will definitely return one day.

The accommodation lacks charm or any thoughtful furnishings, everything is very sparingly provisioned, eg only 2 bowls in the kitchen or 4 chairs and a mini table..

This property was in an excellent location for our travel. Close to paraparaumu beach , southward car museum. About 1 hour drive from Wellington airport . Great communication with the property hosts. Coffee Tea Jams . Salt Pepper and gladwrap etc provided. Along with all linen and towels . Shampoo and conditioner and body wash all available . Very quiet street . Lovely clean home. Will definitely stay again . Was only 3 of us this time ,but there is plenty of room for more . As there is two rooms with queen beds and 1 room has 2 singles but there was also provisions made with a port a cot and roll out single bed if required at extra cost . Was a bit cold, heaters in the bedrooms would be great, or electric blankets on beds. Small plates not present, would’ve been good. Bit tricky finding it as new street not available on GPS. Heated towel rack not working.

Beautiful place and the trees in behind with the birds singing in the morning was just gorgeous. The property is lovely and quiet.

it was a lovely warm spacious environment. lovely people working there and owner very happy to help with anything needed. nice spacious bedrooms bathrooms ideal for children with a lovely safe backyard to play in. totally met our requirements.

Very neat clean property. Warm and cosy when we stayed over two winter nights. New build property so everything almost unused. Well stocked as well, with plenty of everything, although we dined out, and used a minimum of cutlery and crockery.

Area was so new it didn't show up on my car's sat nav. Luckily found the street on my phone. TV confused us oldies! Took quite a while to locate a channel we could watch for the evening news, however, just minor issues for what is a very nice property.

A very new modern, furnished and well provisioned 3 bedroom home which we stayed at for 1 night. Handy location and we received clear instructions by email for access into the home before arrival.

The house was lovley , clean and tidy . I would definitely book again next time I am home to visit family up north

If im being super picky- I wish it had a drier , but I understand they can be expensive to run, I liked that there was a clothes horse and washing line as I prefer to hang my washing out, but I love being able to do a quick last minute wash of any dirty clothes so I can go home with clean dry washing and don't have to worry about it drying in time😀
