1. Limited cutleries, plates and cups. Only 5 cups to drink from 2. Leaking water filter in the kitchen 3. The master bedroom toilet was clogged at the shower area 4. Walls was not sound proof. We could hear people walking in and out at the corridor area. And the door opening and closing as the unit was close to the entrance 5. Construction going on at both sides. Front and back of the apartment unit 6. Need to tap the card carefully at the lift in order for it to work. Same goes for the boom gate at the carpark

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026If you are only going to go to the lost world of Tambun then this is the place. Quite a drive to the main Ipoh city for the hustle and bustle of food and night life. Amazing view from the balcony if you ignore the massive construction site.
Beds, linen, and visible area are quite clean. However the fans are covered by dust, both bathroom shower drainage get flooded when you shower, and dont look under the beds and sofa if you are dustophobic. There is a large construction site so dont think about sleeping in even on Sunday. And for some reason the main door looks like it was broken into and the bedroom door are kicked in. And there is no additional internal door locks for the main door.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025Room is safe, clean and comfortable. Theme park view is beautiful. Parking lot is provided. Staff and security are friendly and responsive. Enjoy the facilities such as onsen pool, swimming pool, games room as well. affordable and reasonable. Recommended.
access card abit difficult to detect with the system in the exit of guard house. Airconds and fans are little noisy, probably need repairing. Therefore soundproofing at night quite poor, can hear TV or music sounds from other units very clear! Somebody walking along the corridor and talking loudly at midnight.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2025Loved our stay. Stunning views, wonderful facilities and really comfy beds. The apartment is clean and well maintained with towels, crockery and cutlery, water filter, body wash in the bathroom. Infinity pool and gym overlook the beautiful mountain views. The onsen and sauna made this place especially hard to leave. Other than the theme park, there’s nothing really in easy walking distance and Ipoh town itself is 15-20mins away so having a car is advantageous. Grab is also readily available.
Only downside to staying here was low water pressure in shower and noise from Lost World until 11pm each night. These are easy to look past as everything else was great.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2024The apartment was clean and furnished ‘lovingly’ providing a sense of feeling at home and cozy. Everything worked well. Water filter is provided for drinking water. I appreciated the complimentary snacks. Very thoughtful. Communication with the host was also very good and friendly.
Having a washing machine and dryer would make it even better. It is a bit noisy from the construction site next to the property. The view from the second bedroom isn’t nice (view to the building corridor).
