Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Ruime schone appartement. Geen last van geluiden. Comfortabele bedden. Geweldig zwembad. Mijn dochter vond het zwembad bij de accomodatie nog beter dan het park ernaast bij Sunway Lost world of Tambun 😅
Weinig voorziening dicht in de buurt. Maar volgend jaar opent er een mall op loopafstand.

Cleanliness: There was an unpleasant smell when entering the room, likely due to an uncleared dustbin in the bathroom. The floor was also sticky, making the room feel inadequately cleaned. Safety: The table/bar counter was too high and had sharp edges, making it unsafe for young children. Unfortunately, my child fell while playing around it. A more child-friendly design or protective corner guards would improve safety. Facilities: The kitchen utensils provided were old and should be replaced with newer ones. Towels: The towels appeared very old and worn out. They were greyish instead of white, giving the impression that they were no longer clean or in good condition. Replacing them with newer towels would greatly improve the guest experience.

Unfortunately, despite paying extra for a pool and mountain view, they gave me a room with a construction view. I spoke to the authorities, but they said the situation was related to booking.com and they couldn't help. Therefore, I only stayed for one night and checked out. I do not recommend this property at all.
