The room was clean and comfortable

The steps for checking in and check out was complicated

The location, the peace and the host.

The toilet/bathroom has a musty smell. Could consider putting an air freshener in it. Provide more garbage bags. One is not enough to cover a 5 day 4 night stay. Had to buy a whole package from a supermarket.

Very clean and all facilities well provided. I help the owner to replace the bidet head with new one because she so nice dealing with me till checkout. The owner very friendly, fast respond and polite when explaining things about her place. All provided including shower materials, 4 pax towels, iron and board, hairdyer and cooking appliances. Hope to upgrade washer/dryer and set a plug in bathroom for hairdryer as the mirror only at the bathroom. Or install another mirror near the table at the living room.

Water filter, spacious, cooking facilities full sized fridge, modern, table and 4 chairs plus side table, lovely outlook over city, airconditioning tv, very reasonably priced. All the above made it very comfortable, exceptional!

The host was very helpful in providing all the necessary information very clearly for the stay (check in, directions to the unit & the building public facilities). It was clean and neat, provided with all the basic necessity of amenities of a studio unit that feels like a simple cozy home. The location of this place is quite good as well. Walking distance to the Kuching Heritage town & waterfront area. There is also few kopitiam restaurants nearby down the road that has good foods within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again when I'm coming to Kuching next time.

Personally, I think would be great if could provide a pair of disposable or reusable in-house sandals, and a simple foldable hanger rack for drying of clothes with few more hanger clips. Other than this, everything else is perfect.

The facilities, the environment, the location, friendly staff...are the best.

I don't like the strong smell of mothballs in the room, because it makes us headaches. Furthermore, it's also carcinogen and not good for customer health. The company must stop using mothballs in the future and can be replaced by something more safe.

It's such a good stay...big space,complete facility,strategic place near the waterfront.

Clean & comfortable stay

Very cozy and the host is helpful. Everything’s lovely I had a great stay with my wife and definitely will comeback.

Unfortunately there’s a tiny problem with the shower when I want to get shower in the morning, no water came out so I had to use the bidet.

Cleanliness

The property located near the Sarawak river & very quiet.

Honestly the pillow is a very hard to sleep on & the cleanliness of the room should be level up. The bathroom floor mats very smelly.

The room very convenient and have a complete appliances plus the service are tip top! Recommended to those who want to bring small group for staycation. The owner gave such a good explanation from a to z how to collect key, where to park, how to go to swimming pool and etc. I appreciate the owner because still manage to drop the key even though i booked last minute and checked-in late. Thank you so much!
