Location a bit away from the city, but still accessible by car/grab/taxi.

Coming in/going out can be a hassle as you only get one key and you need it to enter/go out. I understand it's for security purpose but nevertheless a bit pain in the ass needing to bring the key everytime.

It was a pleasant stay especially if you bring your family. We able to cook light foods and there was cooking hob, fridge, microwave, electric kettle available with a few basic cooking wares available too. Hair dryer, Ironing board and clothes iron also available. Spacious studio unit with pretty view of the river. Specific parking lot available in the basement parking for those who rent or drive car so you don't need to pay for public parking.

During our stay, we unable to use the washing machine. The washing machine was one of the reasons why I chose to stay here but during the initial booking, we weren't informed that the washing machine's water outlet wasn't operational. We were informed when we asked the agent during our stay on how to use the washing machine. It was kind of disappointing considering we didn't bring much clothes because we expected to have a functional washing machine for our stay to reduce our expenses cost. We unable to change unit because every unit was fully booked. I guess the agent or whoever manages the units didn't check the unit before letting the next people booking the unit.

Needed more cleaning before hand, there were some worms in the bath room that needed boiling water ro manage

Limpieza muy cuestionable con suciedad en suelo y pelos en las sábanas según llegamos. Adicionalmente había labores de fumigación contra plagas en la comunidad y no pudimos usar la piscina. Tambien nos hizo estar algo inseguros tras ver los carteles de que había ladrones.

Great stay! The location was convenient and the ambiance was lovely, and the place was clean and comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. Would be happy to stay here again!

I enjoyed the clean spacious studio, the complete facilities, the view over Kuching City.

ถ้าคนไม่ชอบเดิน อาจจะรู้สึกไกลจากแหล่งของกินนิดนึง แต่อยู่ในระยะที่เดินได้นะ สำหรับเราไม่ใช่ปัญหา

Nice city view and sunset from a high floor. Clear check in / out instructions. Location - 5 RM by grab to Chinatown and main sightseeing attractions.

Cleaning could be improved. Needs some renovation and attention to details No blackout curtains and the apartment has 2 full walls of windows- hard to sleep after sun is out. No coffee machine, sugar, paper towels, no soap in the bathroom

I like that landlord is very helpful. S/he provides clear and easy-to-follow instructions, which makes everything straightforward and efficient.

The backup blanket was smelly and appeared not to have been washed, as it had an odor from a previous guest. There was also a significant amount of dust under the bed. Additionally, the bathroom drainage was poor, and water took a long time to drain away.

La posizione dell’appartamento è ideale anche per chi ama passeggiare: il centro si raggiunge comodamente in circa 20 minuti a piedi. Durante il soggiorno ho dovuto cambiare camera perché, a causa della situazione in Medio Oriente, sono stata costretta a modificare il volo. Il proprietario si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e mi ha gentilmente aiutata a cambiare le date della prenotazione, venendomi molto incontro. La camera con i due letti matrimoniali era perfetta: spaziosa, pulita e con una vista davvero mozzafiato. Inoltre era dotata di tutto il necessario, sia per cucinare sia per mantenere la stanza in ordine e pulita. Ho apprezzato molto anche il sistema di accesso con chiavi elettroniche e microchip, che mi ha fatta sentire particolarmente sicura durante tutto il soggiorno. Ottimo anche il servizio piscina, sempre ben organizzato e piacevole da utilizzare. Infine, i video esplicativi inviati per recuperare le chiavi e orientarsi all’interno della struttura sono stati davvero utilissimi, chiari e molto ben fatti. La proprietaria è stata sempre estremamente disponibile, gentile e pronta ad aiutarmi per qualsiasi necessità.

Segnalo solamente due piccoli inconvenienti che comunque non hanno compromesso il soggiorno: al 13° piano abbiamo trovato qualche formichina vicino alla cucina, nulla di particolarmente problematico, e il piano a induzione non funzionava in nessuna delle due camere. Tuttavia il proprietario è intervenuto immediatamente fornendoci una piastra elettrica, dimostrandosi ancora una volta molto disponibile e attento.

Location was easy to access all the places that we had in our itinerary , even for souvenirs . Room was spacious and clean , bathroom as well . There's a washing machine which was great, we washed our clothes daily during the trip . 7E is walking distance , view from the room was amazing . we got our sunrise and sunset view . Nights weren't quiet as there was an event held next to the residence but we didn't mind as we had a free lion dance show . There was also a free fireworks show too , a group of friends celebrated birthday with 3 rounds of fireworks . It was a blast . Thanks !

It is very close to popular tourist attractions along the river, about a 10-minute Grab ride from the accommodation. The area is clean and quiet, which made it perfect for me and my family—we had a very relaxing stay. A washing machine is provided, but it is quite small; it was already full when washing clothes for about three people.

The apartment is clean and fully equipped with facilities you need during a holiday. Great location, walking distance to nice spots. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Host is super helpful and accommodating.

The switch and remote for the lamps and fan were a bit complicated to understand at first. And also there’s no plug point by one of the beds. Other than that, all great.

Easy check in process with complete guidance! Had a great stay because it is complete with washing machine, able to cook. I love that they provide cooking utensil. Lastly the balcony has a great view. Can catch sunset 🫶🏻

- Bad im schlechten Zustand (Wasser läuft schlecht ab, Schimmel am Waschbecken, fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten) - Geschirr ist für 4 Personen nicht ausreichend und teils im schlechten Zustand - Pool mit eingeschränkten Öffnungszeiten (9:00 bis 17:00 Uhr, Di und Fr 14:00 bis 17 Uhr und Sonntag/Feiertag geschlossen) sodass eine Abkühlung nach einem Ganztagesausflug nicht möglich ist
