We like the riverside location and the garden area making it peaceful and relaxing

Whilst is was comfortable and had a good kitchen set up, the decor and furniture are in need of a good face lift .

Excellent service and communication from the owner - very helpful. Tea, coffee and biscuits all provided

There was a noise from the water heater/pump that kept coming on every few minutes

The location is amazing. We enjoyed it very much but one night is not enough. Its really peaceful place great for the kids. The lady thats looking after the property is amazing. The property is very clean it has everything what you need. The bbq zone is amazing. The bedrooms are clean and one is a lake view. We will defo going to book it again. Thanks a lot

The Internet is not working there but with that peace there is more a like then a dislike

Dirt, dust, cobwebs, property needs a deep clean.

Place was amazing we spent a night here with 2 friends and our toddler and will definitely come back! Everything you would need is provided in the house and it's clean and comfortable. The surroundings are so peaceful and the views are amazing!!

Worn out. Very dirty. It was very much like who lives here was in the other room. Reminded constantly that it was their personal property. This is not fit to be let out. Was told to vacate at 10.30 despite stated time of 11.00 because someone else was due to stay. Overpriced and under cleaned.

Excellent location and very good property with good communication by the host.

Towels provided were not clean as expected.

The location was lovely and views were beautiful

Unfortunately the property had a really greasy /dirty smell and we did not feel it had been cleaned before we got there. It was dusty and grimy. Even the kettle and toaster were greasy and dirty. We used the oven to cook pizza and it stank which turned us off our food. Luckily we had our own tea towels with us so we washed and dried crockery & cutlery before we used them. The shower doors were stained, behind the toilets had not been cleaned in a while and there were loads of old bottles of shampoo etc belonging to other people so it just felt dirty. We did not feel comfortable showering there so we just got up and left the next morning. It’s a shame as it’s a nice house but far too much clutter and we will never stay there again.

Fantastic location

It was in the most beautiful setting overlooking the boats. So peaceful

It wasn’t in the town but near enough. House was beautiful and everything you needed was there. Bed was so comfortable so a great sleep. Notes all around explaining everything so need need to contact anyone

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated, amazing views, host was extremely helpful and responsive, easy check in process, nice gifts of biscuits and wine when we arrived. We’d definitely stay there again.

I would just add a coffee table to the sofa area

Everything was fairly good

Pretty setting in a townhouse. We thought we had rented an entire house as it said “Lake House”. Regardless, it was a nice stay.

Had to get in contact with Martina to get beds changed they were stained and dirty. She actually had to bring bedding from another property she looks after to change as the owners won’t buy any new bedding. The floors were sticky the house is in dire need of a good clean. Not everything listed is available. There were no bowls for cereal not that I would have ate or cooked anything in the kitchen anyway. Dining table is wobbly and was all marked. Don’t plan on a lovely view as the windows are so dirty you’ll see much out of them. The outdoor garden furniture you couldn’t have sat on it or it would have broke. The decking needs cleaned as it’s filthy. There’s no balcony. Don’t plan on using the internet unless you’re planning to stay to the front of the property either. The pictures displayed on booking.com don’t reflect the property or location at all.

Location was a lovely setting beautiful view. Very peaceful and quiet.

The only thing I would suggest is a handle on the wall to get into the bath.

Downstairs bedroom smelled of gas had to sleep elsewhere . Cooker top did not work. Radiators did not work. Not the cleanest place especially the dishes.

The main bedroom stank of cigarette smoke it had seeped into everything was not pleasant to stay in that room. The toilet downstairs was unusable had a dreadful smell coming from it. The entire property had a strange smell. Towels smelled like vomit unusable. There was not enough cutlery or crockery for 5 people

Honestly, I have nothing to comment about this item. The location and house were perfect to us.

The house was wonderful the lake opposite was perfect we had a good weekend we fished we rested we made food we had a barbeque and martina The was available at all time and She even gave us time to go out at any time we wanted And it's not my first time I've been gone for several weekends

Easy to get the keys, from the key lock. Location was good, quiet and peaceful.

The property wasn't really clean, the kitchen floor was very sticky and unpleasant to walk on, when I searched for a mop to give it a scrub the mop itself was in an awful condition. The smell in the rooms not great either. I wasn't sure if towels were clean as they didn't smell fresh, thankfully I brought mine. Fancy heated toilet seats but I'd rather prefer a clean property than unnecessary stuff. The place is spacious but needs a good scrub. I would not stay again.

Having to phone upon arrival to get into the gated park and upon departure too is a bit tricky if you're planning on being very late/early as you have to then bother the owner for access.

Loved the beautiful house and had a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the location and must say Martina, the host deserves an appluad for her great hospitality.

Property was really good for stopping and exploring the surrounding areas. Hosts were always on hand for any questions or problems.

The downstairs areas (including the outside decking) would benefit from a bit of a paint and spruce up. If you are looking for a quiet break away, bear in mind that this property has young children everywhere! This is fine…. But good to know!

The place could have done with a slightly better clean - the floors had some crisps and dust on them so we had to clean it for a bit before we felt comfrtable

It wasn’t the cleanest , whilst walking in the kitchen our shoes were sticking to the floor , noticed a good bit of dust and a good few spiders ,down stairs bathroom had an awful smell coming from it it’s not as great as the pictures seemed it to be , paid nearly €160 for not a great experience at all

The house has everything you need for a family and the best location. Clean and comfortable. Will book it again for sure.
