Great central location and right next to the train station. There are so many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel facilities are really good with the sixth floor Blue Room with a balcony overlooking the harbour.

Definitely a great time to stay

The rooms were a great size for 2 people. I loved the hardwood floors. The location was right in the station so it was close to everything we wanted for the Nebuta Festival. We booked one of the private onsens (we have tattoos but I didn't ask about their tattoo policy in the public bath) and it was amazing. We loved the onsen so much that we booked it for the next day as well. The service was exceptional and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

i enjoy.nice and clean

Perfect location

The location, right at the Aomori station; very nice staff

Over priced since I booked right before the Aomori Nebuta; could hear the train or neighbors noisy

Struttura nuova e attaccata alla stazione

Absolutely beautiful, I stayed in the Junior suite and it was absolutely stunning and comfortable. Great views of the bridge and sea. Lovely bar and restaurant. Located within the station. The living area within the suite was perfect to unwind in after a soak in the onsen bath within the bathroom of the suite.

Interior Design, location, breakfast and space services

Room was rather small

The equipment is new and the room is clean. Breakfast is delicious.

The superb onsen facility as well as location, not to mention the lounge

Great rooms, amazing location, excellent staff. The hotel helped us a lot by sending us something we left in the room by mistake. We will definitely return to this hotel if we will be back in Aomori.

All very nice, staff were very helpful and warm, location, food & onsen all great!

The breakfast is exceptionally good, the decor and design are thoughtful and attractive, and the staff are courteous and efficient. The free "enrichment" offerings are great. Conveniently located right inside the JR Station complex.

We loved everything.

Relaxing atmosphere, great breakfast, amazing Onsen. Professional and helpful staff. My yoga teachers. I will be back again!

located at JR station, very convenient

I had breakfast for two days and many items were different on both days, which enabled me to try different types of food. The location is so convenient, being in the Aomori train station building. The room was comfortable and clean, making it a pleasure to return to after a day of sightseeing.

I wish there was a coin laundry in the hotel but that was not a big issue.

Location and comfort beddings; Nice food; easy access to parking

With our two rooms, it wasn’t next to each other.

Very nice. Good location

Bar should be open as cafe in the afternoon

The location, the aesthetic and friendliness of the staff. The view was amazing.

The bed was not the comfiest, a bit too hard for us.

The location is unbeatable. The hotel is connected directly to JR Aomori Station, which alone makes it vastly superior to almost all other options. Right downstairs is a shopping mall packed with a variety of restaurants. After a long day of sightseeing, being able to just drop off my bags and walk straight downstairs for a proper meal was incredibly accommodating and physically rejuvenating.

1. The shower booth is exceptionally small and cramped. 2. The soundproofing of the rooms is disappointing. I could clearly hear heavy footsteps from the adjacent room, to the point where I needed to wear earplugs to sleep for two consecutive nights. For a Japanese hotel in this price range, such level of sound insulation is quite rare and somewhat unacceptable.

A great location

The staff look not professional. Were they all newly hired ? For the price. Extra pillow would have been nice.

Tolle Lage um Aomori zu erkunden. Sehr schöner Onsenbereich.

Property location is great. Hotel room was clean , staff were approached and helpful. Nice ambiance at the spa.

The designated hotel parking was a bit far from the property.

Great location, very nice, nice scent, connected to station

Very spacious room, Various, good quality amenities, Onsen, Big, comfortable bed, Great localization.

Good location , walking distance to a few places , friendly staff , like the Onsen , very clean

New hotel. Wounderfull shower. Amazing breakfast with many options. The onsen and the private onsen are amazing. Amazing view from window.

Room a little small.

Great modern hotel with spa connected to the train station and shopping centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Also close to restaurants, A-Factory, Nebuta museum and the Bus station.

Would have liked more than one pillow. The rooms weren't very well sound-proofed from neighbouring rooms and outside noises from the Bus Station and the heavy rain.
