Télécommande de 'a tv ne fonctionne pas, il manquait une pile et la clim faisait un tel bruit que pas possible de dormir avec la clim.

Lo staff molto carino e gentile. Abbiamo fatto una richiesta della colazione prima dell'orario perché dovevamo andare via e ci hanno dato una torta e una spremuta di arancia. Molto gradita.

El desayuno fue lo que mejoró la puntuación sin duda. Las imágenes se ven mejor de lo que realmente es, pero dentro de todo está bien. El personal muy amable.

La ubicación es caótica, al principio nos dieron una habitación de la planta baja que olía a humedad, pero no tuvieron problema en cambiarla

Cordialità e disponibilità del personale, sempre gentile e attento. Colazione abbondante e varia. Le camere venivano sistemate ogni giorno con grande cura e il bagno era sempre pulito. Una menzione speciale va alla bellissima terrazza panoramica, molto fresca alla sera. Nel complesso, un soggiorno davvero molto piacevole!

Świetna lokalizacja w Medynie, w bezpiecznej okolicy, około 20 minut spacerem od głównego placu targu. Obsługa była niezwykle miła i pomocna – od razu wszystko nam wyjaśniono i pokazano. Przy recepcji znajduje się mały basenik dostępny dla gości. Pokój był bardzo czysty, z klimatyzacją (możliwość ustawienia temperatury), sejfem, suszarką do włosów i dużą ilością ręczników. Łazienka urządzona w typowym marokańskim stylu dodawała uroku całemu pobytowi. Cały riad zachwycił nas przepięknym wystrojem. W cenie było przepyszne, świeże tradycyjne śniadanie, a dodatkowo zaproponowano nam jajecznicę lub omlet. Na dachu znajduje się ogromny taras z pufami i przepięknym widokiem na całą Medynę – idealny na wieczorny odpoczynek. Żałujemy, że spędziliśmy tu tylko jedną noc. Na pewnow wrócimy:)

Jedyną rzeczą, o której warto pamiętać, jest brak możliwości dojazdu samochodem pod sam riad, ponieważ znajduje się on w Medynie. To jednak naturalna cecha tej lokalizacji. Auto można bez problemu zostawić na publicznym parkingu oddalonym o około 8 minut spacerem za niewielką opłatą (kilka dirhamów).

La calidez del Riad. Son muy amables y hospitalarios. El desayuno es muy rico. Las habitaciones son bonitas, confortables y limpias.

Localização muito boa, muito silencioso. Pequeno almoço bom e staff muito simpático. Deu-nos o pequeno almoço mais cedo do que a hora marcada pois tínhamos de apanhar uma van às 7h30.

O quarto tinha pouca luz natural e não era assim tão espaçoso.

Tout était parfait

Everything was fantastic. The staff - Seth, Assiz, Abdul, Imad and the cooking and cleaning ladies were all lovely and made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. The Riad is very traditional in style which we loved and is close to the square and many other visitor attractions. The location made it quite easy to navigate the streets of Marrakech whilst at the same time providing cool, calm, comfort away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was very filling and well cooked so really set us up for the day. The rooms are traditional in style and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace after a day of sightseeing, drinking cold drinks and looking over the streets. We ate an evening meal on our first evening which was very tasty, delicious and authentic Moroccan cuisine. The staff really made our stay extra special and we just want to say thank you for making our trip unforgettable.

The rooftop terrace is lovely to sit on. Breakfast every morning is exactly what you need and it’s very quick to come. Can’t fault the rooms at all, and the air conditioning is perfect. The best thing is the staff they are exceptional, always willing to help and super friendly, they stayed up with me to sort out medicine when I got ill.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. My suitcase was damaged by the airline, and the hotel manager, Mr. Jamal, went out of his way to help me get it fixed. I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. The entire team made me feel at home and treated me with genuine care. They are very kind people, and I am grateful for their excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

The hotel's breakfast is normally served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Since I usually woke up around 11:30 AM, I mentioned this to the staff, and they kindly made arrangements to keep some breakfast for me. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot and showed how much they care about their guests. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay even more enjoyable.

Was a lovely place felt warmth and comfortable. The rooftop was beautiful, wish I could have spent some evenings there but short of time , maybe next time.

I hoped to have a window in the room .

The location, facilities and staff were excellent. The staff were super helpful and polite. The breakfasts were great and in addition you can order delicious and well priced dinner and lunch from them. It was quiet yet in the centre of the Medina. It was very clean and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel was almost perfect! The staff were very accommodating especially the person at breakfast.

Bathroom was too small! Only one person could be inside it. If you were not careful you could hit your head on the knob of the door. And no luggage rack!!

There were 6 of us traveling from California. The Riad like most riad in the wall city was situated by the medina near the market place. Rooms were quite musty.

Although the hotel was satisfactory the bathrooms were bad. Our bedroom in the first floor, the bathroom flooded everytime we showered. We advised management but not sure if they did anything about it because we stayed 3 nights and it flooded all the time.

La posizione è un po defilata rispetto al centro, la sera tornare non è il massimo. La cena proposta per 20€ è buona ma molto scarsa dí quantità rispetto a ciò che si mangia fuori. La nota peggiore: ci siamo rimasti male è che avendo fatto il check out alle 7 ci è stata negata la colazione (che avevamo pagato) perché era troppo presto. Magari avrebbero dovuto organizzare un cestino da portarci via.

its a really nice place ☺️ the location is perfect, the room was clean and well equipped, the lobby is really nice to chill and the terrace is perfect! but the most important… the staff was really nice, friendly and helpful! thanks to all the employees of the reception…

Esta en una zona de la medina con muchos servicios y puestos de comida pero a una calle de la via principal, lo que lo hace un sitio realmente tranquilo. A unos 10-15 minutos andando del zoco mas grande y 20 minutos de la plaza Jemaa El Fna. Riad super silencioso de dia y de noche. El desayuno espectacular, todos coincidimos en que fue el mejor de todos los alojamientos en los que estuvimos en Marruecos. El chico de recepcion es peculiar pero un chaval super atento, simplemente hay un salto cultural, la chica tambien muy amable y nos recomendo algun hammam.

La piscina, mas bien pequena poza, necesita mantenimiento.

I stayed here for 7 nights, the staff are SIMPLY AMAZING, they are some of the kindest, humble people I have met in my many years of travel. They go Above and Beyond to help make your stay and experience in Morocco worth it. The rooms are clean n nice. The deco throughout is fantastic and the breakfast is simple yet filling and delightful. Close to the walks that take you into the Medina, they also take care of local tours and the compthey deal with are again amazing. Some of the sockets in the room need looking at.. better reading light will be helpful especially at night's.

I loved the location. It was perfect to get around and very convenient. Also the staff were really welcoming and helpful and made sure everything was okay throughout. They were very friendly and accommodating especially the male who working in the evenings and the owner. The breakfast was lovely and fresh.

A 5/10min de l'entrée de la medina. Pas facile de trouver avec Google Maps. Prendre la petite ruelle et chercher le grand panneau de l'hôtel

El diseño de Riad nos encantó.

Lamentablemente tuvimos horrible alergia ahí. Ni yo ni mi novio pudimos dormir bien por la humedad y poca ventilación. Los dos hemos sufrido de alergia , suponiendo que era a polvo o ácaros.

The staff here are just lovely, very helpful and nothing a bother. Room was lovely. Breakfast was nice, when we asked for more coffee and juice it was not an issue. Rooftop a luxury and so nice to sunbathe up there. Great WiFi, great smart TV.Shower lovely and hot, always hot water. Super close to the thick of it all. On last day staff let us spend time on the rooftop, which was really nice. Thank you. 😊

Beds joined together to make a double. Bed looked lovely, but uncomfortable when it is not a double. A small gripe, in the grand scheme of things.

Very comfortable, great location, incredible staff and delicious breakfast. I’ve to say that the staff made our trip even more incredible!! It was my father in law bday and they were able to arrange cake.. all the staff came to the breakfast area to sing happy birthday. I’ll def stay in this riad on my next visit to Marrakech. Also the Wi-Fi is very stable, I worker remotely for 2 days from the rooftop.

Some guests were noise during evening/night hours. It isn’t the riad fault but maybe they should advise guests about silence night hours.

The Riad was set in a beautiful old building and traditionally decorated. The room was clean and comfortable and there was a lovely roof terrace with chairs and sofas to relax after a busy day. Breakfasts were substantial and set us up for the day. They also offered an evening meal on request with meat or vegetarian options, delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful with advice on local places to visit, booking airport transfers etc. The location was perfect for visiting the souks, palace and gardens and for accessing tourist excursions. Although it is set in a central area, the Riad is tucked away in a peaceful side turning and was very quiet.

Amabilidad de todos, la diversidad del desayuno y que siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte. Son de diez! Muy limpio y en una ubicación perfecta.

La colazione: completa e sempre diversa. La doccia bellissima, un piccolo hammam. La struttura molto accogliente

Ubicación, aunque parezca que está algo escondido y difícil de encontrar la primera vez que llegas (si no te recogieran los del alojamiento), está muy bien ubicado para moverte a tus anchas por la ciudad. Paseando tienes el centro a unos 15 minutos. El desayuno que viene incluido es bastante contundente, te dejan repetir lo que quieras pero prima el dulce sobre el salado. La habitación muy limpia y la nuestra en particular, "Morgiana" era amplia. Aire acondicionado que funciona perfectamente. Terraza muy bonita pero como hizo mal tiempo no pudimos disfrutarla. El personal, excepcional!! Educados, serviciales, y atentos en todo momento a ayudarnos y facilitarnos la estancia. Contratamos la recogida en el aeropuerto y también que nos llevaran devuelta, un super acierto para evitar estafas y poder localizar fácil el Riad el primer día. Reservamos para cenar en el Riad y fue de las mejores cenas que tuvimos en nuestra estancia.

Partiendo de qué te encuentras en un Riad y es una casa con patio, se escucha en la tranquilidad de la noche demasiado a los otros huéspedes, si son poco empáticos y educados. Pero eso no es problema realmente de ellos

The staff was really nice and helpful, they even let us leave our luggage for a few days when we went to the dessert, even though we changed to another hotel after the trip. Also they made us coffee at 7 am, before leaving for the dessert. The most amazing people are working there! The breakfast was really nice. The riad was clean, the bed was comfortable. The location is just right near the entrance to Medina, so it is not that busy, as other places. It was not noisy, you can sleep peacefully.

We came to the Marakech in the middle of the night with a lot of luggage, so be prepared that the taxi cannot reach the Riad. You have to go with your luggage yourself, it is not far, but we were a little bit lost, because the Riad is in little side street, we had trouble finding it. Also, the shower in the evening had only cold water.

Great place, wouldn't change a thing

It was in the Medina, alive and buzzing with action, built and decorated in the Moorish style but very up to date with all mod cons, reversible a/c, very attractive inside. I had an accident, just tripped on the cobbles, the staff were excellent, very caring, took me to the hospital and stayed with me until the treatment was finished then took me back, couldn’t fault their care.
