Wonderful 50m2 Loft Eindhoven - KS8

Ottima disponibilità dello staff, gentilissimi e attenti ad ogni aspetto del soggiorno. Abbiamo avuto un problema elettrico risolto tempestivamente. Parcheggio privato gratuito molto comodo. Contesto tranquillo ottimo per famiglia.

L'alloggio è per 2 più 2 su divano letto. Questi ultimi non hanno modo di chiudere tende per proteggersi dalla luce... se volete dormire un po' più a lungo può essere un tema

Mooi ruim, modern en vrij nieuw appartement met een prachtig uitzicht. Qua keukenmateriaal: alles is aanwezig. Fijne bedden en een prima badkamer. Je eigen gratis parkeerplek is ook erg fijn.

De hygiëne viel mij tegen. Dit is iets wat heel makkelijk opgelost kan worden. Hopelijk krijgen de schoonmakers voldoende tijd en geld om hier aan te werken.

Wifi viel op dag 2 uit. Niet echt nodig gehad verder.

Cozy place, short transit to airport. Has plenty amenities. Check in was easy.

Beds were a little uncomfortable.

L’appartamento è ben presentato sul sito e le foto mostrano molti dettagli della casa. Tuttavia, dal vivo la pulizia lascia decisamente a desiderare. Abbiamo trovato stoviglie e cassetti sporchi, nonostante nelle istruzioni per il check-out venga richiesto di lasciare tutto perfettamente pulito. Nella lavastoviglie e nel ripiano delle posate erano presenti forbici e numerose posate ancora sporche. Anche il tappeto era molto sporco e pieno di capelli, mentre il divano presentava diverse macchie che nelle foto non vengono mostrate chiaramente. Il check-in alle 16:00 risulta inoltre troppo tardivo, soprattutto considerando che al nostro arrivo mancavano ancora teli doccia e asciugamani sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti. Un altro aspetto importante riguarda la struttura dell’appartamento: si trova interamente su un primo piano raggiungibile tramite scale molto ripide. Questo dettaglio non emerge chiaramente dalla descrizione e rende l’alloggio assolutamente non adatto ai bambini piccoli, oltre che potenzialmente pericoloso. Sarebbe corretto specificarlo meglio nell’annuncio.

L appartement est moderne et propre , tout est bien organisé et ya tout ce qu il faut dans la cuisine et ce qui est important c est qu elle est situé dans un endroit calme . Le centre ville est proche et les restaurants et snacks restent un peu tard la nuit, on est arrivé vers 22h30 la nuit on les a trouvé ouvert encore . Je retournerai dans doute à l appartement car on a bcp apprécié.

Insuffisance de produits hygiène ( papier toilette par ex) savon de mains au toilette. Le personnel doit être actif pour répondre aux demandes envoyées par email ou sur'booking . A part ça tout est trop bien .

Super goede communicatie via de app. Duidelijke uitleg op mijn vragen. Zeer vriendelijk. Goed verzorgd. Mooi,ruim heerlijke plek,en lekker rustgevend. Kleine tip misschien iets tegen de muggen voor de ramen☺️

De rust. de inrichting en de wasmachine was heel praktisch!

The best thing I liked was just the parking.

Unfortunately, the house has many drawbacks, which are as follows: The house is very cold and has no heating facilities. The landlord was completely uncooperative; when I requested to turn on the heating and raise the temperature, he refused, claiming that it would cost him a lot of money. There is also no sound insulation, making the house feel like a nightclub. I filed a complaint with the landlord because the tenant downstairs was very disturbing — shouting, singing with girls, smoking inside the house, and playing loud music until 5 a.m. — but the landlord never responded to me at all.

A very comfortable and cozy house, warm and welcoming, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. It has easy access to public transportation and is just a 10-minute ride from the train station. I definitely recommend it!

Tv deed niet helemaal goed en water werd niet altijd warm, gelukkig zelf handig en beide kunnen oplossen

We had a very stressful day but after entering the accommodation it's was like a stress therapy couldn't pick any better place lovely, warm, from my experience I'll give it a 5 🌟

Todo estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos, pude estar tranquila, sin ruidos, podíamos ir a Jumbo caminando, pude parquear sin costos, teníamos todo en la cocina para preparar un buen desayuno, todo el lugar es acogedor y muy familiar. ❤️🫂 Gracias 10/10

Está bien situado, en un lugar tranquilo y no muy lejos del centro de la ciudad.

- Der Wohnung war nicht sauber. - Es wurde uns ohne Vorankündigung eine Kaution von 200 Euro abgebucht, was uns erst auf Nachfrage erklärt wurde, das Geld haben wir aber nach dem Aufenthalt wieder bekommen.

The apartment is beautiful, full of light and the balcony was lovely. The bed was really comfy and huge for 2 people. The sofa bed was comfy according to my friend who slept on it. Theres a Jumbo about a 6 minute walk away so getting groceries is easy. And it's a short bus journey from Eindhoven station. The staff were really nice and helpful. :)

I was there during a heatwave, I wish there had been a standing fan in the bedroom area, as the AC struggled to cool down the entire apartment. We just got unlucky, so if you're there outside of a heatwave you should be fine.

Having access to everything thing needed to have a comfortable space. Also the ease to Jumbo Supermarket and City Bus stops

It was not clean at all, the sofa bed was not made although was indicated that we arrive with 3 people. It was very dirty with spots and stains on it so we chose not to use it for sleeping purposes. The bathroom was full of hair and the drain was partly blocked which my husband fixed. 4 coffee capsules for 2 adults for 5 nights.

We booked this apartment on a very short notice due to missing a flight connection and the staff was ready to help right away. The apartment was lovely and beautifully arranged, very warm and cozy with a small balcony that we really enjoyed. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped, and we really appreciated using the coffee machine and the speaker in the living room, the sound quality was superb. Overall a great and comfortable stay

It's a bit far from the center of Eindhoven, but that was transparently displayed on their Booking page.

Very stylish, clean and modernly equipped loft.

Far from the centre (on foot), the first two days the Wi-Fi worked badly, the bathroom remains a cold room despite the heating on.

We got a Save Parking spot. Easy entrance to the Property. Had a TV and Soundbar to play Music and watch Videos. Enough Kitchen utils and Dishwasher!

Loft just like in the photos. High quality equipment, lots of dishes and kitchen equipment. Very clean and comfortable loft. I can say - I can recommend staying in this place.

No heating in bathroom (or I couldn't turn it on) and little bit noisy machine worked behind the fence. No live TV, only Netflix, Amazon etc (or I couldn't turn it on).

Very clean, equipped and spacious for a family. There was a bus stop nearby and it was easy to reach the city centre.

I had a wonderful time at this place. Loved the location and the apartment. I would highly recommend this place!

Crazy registration process. 6 web pages. Two extra payments. I will never choose this variant again, cause when I am choosing Booking, I am awaiting quick, clear and simple solution. And this is not the case, at least for someone, who is just looking where to stay one night before the flight..

Location is excellent, in a very quiet place, surrounded by nature. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated and with all the needed amenities.

It would be nice to have some mosquito nets.
