Mooie studio, compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien, luxe ingericht! Sfeervolle verlichting. Goede lokatie, centraal.

De doucheafvoer liep niet optimaal.

O Studio é bem localizado e só tivemos que subir um lance de escadas com as malas. Tudo bem limpo e organizado.

A portando box estava quebrada e o espaço precisa de uma chaleira elétrica nova.

If you want to stay in the heart of the city then you cannot get more central than this. The apartment was easy to access, well equipped and ideal for a short stay in the city centre, with shops, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep.

I stayed during the working week so it was not too noisy outside but I imagine it might be quite noisy at weekends as the windows on this 1st floor apartment were not very soundproof. Whilst the apartment was tidy, the cleaning could have done with a wipe down with a dry cloth as the surfaces and bathroom mirror were somewhat smeared. It could also do with a comfy chair for a more relaxing sit than the rather upright table chairs.

Good location in the main shopping street with lots of shops and restaurants. Easy access to the building and the room.

The appartment was not clean. I felt disgusted when I opened the dishwasher. It was pieping and it was dirty. No handsoap in the washroom. No water. Hair from other people (blond) in the floor. The shower was also not cleaned properly, everyehere stains. Really bad. I tried to call the property phone number twice, no one picked up.

Mieszkanie czyste, świeżo odnowione. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Lokalizacja w samym centrum, kilkaset metrów od dworca, dużo restauracji wokół.

Po rezerwacji otrzymałam wiadomość, że MUSZĘ zapłacić depozyt 200 EURO. Brak takiej informacji na booking.com. Jest to istotna niedogodność - sporo podróżuję i nie mam czasu poszukiwać depozytów po zakończonym pobycie. Po jednokrotnym przypomnieniu, obiekt zwrócił depozyt następnego dnia. Poza tym: brak ręcznika/ chodnika pod nogi w łazience, ekstremalnie mała umywalka w łazience (wiec raczej na krótkie pobyty), trochę głośno wieczorami i w nocy z okolicznych knajpek, dość strome schody (dla osób starszych lub z dużym bagażem może to być problematyczne). Obiekt bardzo dobry, ale kwestia depozytu obniża mu ocenę. Rzadko który z obiektów w dzisiejszych czasach pobiera depozyt, w szczególności w przypadku osób często podróżujących, spokojnych i 50+. Wyjaśnienie, że "zarządzają ponad 20 obiektami i muszą pobierać depozyt" zupełnie mnie nie przekonuje - 99,9% innych obiektów na całym świecie nie musi.

Great location in the very centre of the city, right next to the Cathedral. Everything is close by, the train station is about 10 mins on foot. Lots of shops, restaurants nearby.. The apartmant was really comfortable, well furnished and modern. It had all the essentials needed for 2 people staying there.

The apartment has floor heating, so you can’t really get the exact temperature you want in it, but that was not such a huge deal for us. Also we would prefer classical oven to the conventional one, but that’s just our preference. Due to the central location, you have to be prepared for a bit of noise during the night.

Modern, well equipped apartment. Small but good use of space. Comfy bed, great shower and nice to have a diswasher and washing machine. Great location.

Noise from the shopping street could be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

A little bit noisy because of some construction in the area. Also you find about the 300 eur deposit only when you make the check-in

I liked the cleanliness and the location was awesome. The flat had a well equipped kitchen with all the appliances you might need for a short stay. Bathroom was nice and one of the best showers I have found. My only issue was the sink, it was very tiny.

I didn't like the amount of brightness coming in through the windows in the morning, there should have been blackout curtains. In terms of noise was quite bad specially the last night. Somebody was having a party in the flat beside us and people kept coming in and out to the street and you could hear all the noise. There is nowhere to keep your luggage before check-in so you need to spend quite a bit of money on a locker to keep your bags.

Missing hangs for towels in bathroom.

Location in the center, close to the station. Clean room with all necessary amenities.

Sink in the bathroom is too small, no towel hangers in the bathroom. The entrance code was not sent when I've completed online check in, it took some time to contact the hotel and receive it.

I think that the €300 deposit is a bit high, but everything in accommodation was good :)
