Attention à bien lire toutes les informations de l'annonce ! Sur une des dernières pages que je n'avais pas lue, il est précisé que l'établissement nous demandera une photo de la pièce d'identité ainsi qu'un selfie et une caution de 200$ NZ ou un versement de 25$NZ en plus ! Si on ne le fait pas on n'obtient pas les informations du check-in, qui sont d'ailleurs transmises seulement 30 min avant l'heure d'arrivée... Pas pratique du tout pour des voyageurs qui doivent anticiper leurs déplacements. Quand j'ai demandé à avoir les informations un peu plus tôt car je n'ai pas de forfait mobile international, on m'a répondu d'aller prendre le wifi gratuit dans un café... Personnel pas du tout flexible ni compréhensif. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hébergement. Par ailleurs, une très désagréable odeur d'égouts envahit la salle de bain et la pièce principale.

I will never use these people, or any property that they run again. There communication is atrocious and they add a charge in case of damage, either a fixed cost of $25 or they hold a bond of $200. You are only advised of this once you have paid the price quoted on Booking.com. I have used Booking.com on many occasions (Genus Level 3) and have never encountered this. You had to fill a check in which required photo ID as well as a self head shot. I spent the night thinking that this may be a scam. I would recommend the owner of this apartment removes it from KOSH BNB.

Some of the dished were not very clean and the blanket on the couch was filthy otherwise great accommodation.

Easy to follow intructions for check in and out. Spacious, clean, kitchen well equipped, fridge and freezer, washing machine (no dryer) airing racks available though, central with apartments all around yet still has privacy with patio front and back. Beds comfortable. 1 car park outside unit. Within easy walking distance of city center, supermarkets, bus depot. 3 adults, 1 child.

There's nothing we didnt like but if we must it would be the dishwasher. Kept flashing on 3hr wash. Instructions would have been useful. Had more instructions on coffee machine! Minor flaw.

Waiting till I had paid in full and only then disclosing there is a $25 damage fee or a one off $200 refundable "who knows when" payment . It wasn't a reasonable price to rent for one night, so I definitely would not have booked it if I knew there was an extra $25 fee. It is very Underhanded and Dshonest. It is just plain Greed!! The shower door doesn't stay closed. And it needs a good scrub in corners and around the bottom with something like Jiff or Ajax .

Location seemed central, we were only there for one night visiting university.

Not having flannels in the shower. Instead very small face wipes with perfume and additives. Much prefer to use a nice hot flannel on my face. Internet was on and off, did not flow. Had to keep tuning back in. Little frustrating. Would have been nice to have selection of teas, hot chocolates, etc - only coffee, tea and sugar.

We had do pay a deposit which wasn't told when we booked. It was not refundeble. Not fair.

Lots of daylight. Shower. Big fridge and a separate freezer.

Check in was very difficult, had to setup account, with personal data on KOSH website and pay $200 deposit, in order to get key access. No wash clothes for shower. Coffee machine had cup stuck inside and was hard to get coffee machine to work. When we arrived, found open high window above twin beds in bedroom.

Convenient location for parking space, quiet society. The apartment is on the ground floor, suitable for family with big suitcase and stroller.

Somehow there were lots of ants in the kitchen, and we found they were from the entrance of this apartment. Be careful when following the guides by Google Maps, we drove up to another building and found it was a rooftop parking lot. Make sure you saw the exact picture the host send you instead of the guides by Google Maps.

all went so smoothly very comfortable stay

When we arrived it was a super hot day and it was amazing to find a jug of chilled water in the fridge for us. Was a super nice touch.

The login process was long and we had to leave a deposit against damage - first time we had to do this on this trip. There were clear areas of damage to walls and fridge. This concerned us and we took photographs.

New ground floor apartment in a big complex of apartments. It was well appointed and the kitchen was well supplied. Parking right outside the unit.

The check in process is like pulling teeth. Before arrival I had to provide check in details again, photos of ID, and a $200 bond through an onerous online process before the door code would be released. I could manage it, but anyone less comfortable with tech or without access to their email would be stranded. (note: this isn't unique to this property unfortunately).

Location was great, very central and you could walk to a lot of places instead of drive. Very spacious for the size of property and it felt really secure and safe. Parking was excellent.

The property could do with a little maintenance. The shower door didn't close properly and the shelf in the shower kept falling off the wall which was annoying. I'm not entirely sure the fridge is working properly either as it didn't seem to keep things very cool.

Well thought out comfortable unit with everything you would need for a short stay. Comfy beds and a great space for the family. Parking right outside the unit.

The apartment was fairly neat and well equipped with a washing machine and dryer. We didn’t use these as we were only staying one night.

I used the Booking.com app to book and didn’t notice in the “legal info” section at the bottom that ID and a $200 damage deposit was required until Kosh’s “validation” phase. This validation also required (e.g. not optional!) the upload of both my drivers licence and a selfie. In the age of ID theft this seemed both unnecessary and at odds with the booking processes we followed with the other 1/2 dozen places we stayed. Staff contact was limited to email/messages across the app and bordered on rude. Physical check in process was a headache compared to the simplicity of other stays. I won’t be staying with Kosh again, too many other options that don’t demand an invasion of personal info and jumping through hoops.

Beautiful place...so comfortable with French sliding doors at both ends allowing the breeze to pass through in such hot weather and great kitchen facility for entertaining..thankyou

The ranch sliders at the outdoor area were not clean...you could see that someone attempted to clean them but it was a very poor job...when you pay that price you expect they shine....otherwise no complaints

I could not click on the link in a confirmation email and did not have the check-in information - had to call a landline for help - it made the arrival stressful as we walked about the complex trying to figure out which 1 was ours and didn't have the information to make it easy. I have been having trouble with my phone screen so it sometimes doesn't let me click on things but am not sure the link was fully functioning. The person on the phone was good but clearly was getting frustrated with us as we're not that tech savvy - I asked if we could just be sent an email but no it had to go through the original booking link and we got in but it wasn't smooth and did cause some stress. Other than this we loved the location and the property itself.

Confusing check in and charges of additional $25 .ive been using Booking.com for a while and this is the only time I've been charge extra on top of what i paid. This should be mention from the start not on check in time. It has very hard to lock bathroom. This should be replaced with better locking system. Too many instructions to check in. The wordings on instructions is like bossing customer around. Your customer help use landline in a mobile phone era. Surely you have phone but since customer will pay not you to call, who cares.
