Location is great to town.

Garage door was faulty so left the car outside.

The internet was running slowly.

Apartment was great, very comfy and had everything we needed.

Location beside railway tracks. Didn't realise Hamilton have so many trains up to 40 per day during the week.

The house suited our needs for the one night. Beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our short stay, was also very clean. Aleanna was a great host and very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay again.

This is a very cleaning and nice two floor apartment. Bathroom and bedrooms are very clean and comfortable

The apartment is close to a railway. We heard 3-4 trains passed by during the night we stay

Walking distance to city centre, easy check in, modern facilities. Only negative was the carpet on the stairs was grubby, no hairdryer and a clothes dryer would have been really handy in winter.

Amazing place to stay, modern, all amenities very clean & tidy! Highly recommend will definitely stay again.

Only suggestion more instructions regarding TV took awhile to figure out.

Location was good , nice quiet street except for the train. But it wasn't too noisy and stopped at night. Did have to point out a couple of minor access issues to manager via a message these were fixed the next day, very efficient!

The space was just right, the amount of bedrooms and space catered to us, the beds were very comfortable and the cleanliness of the home was excellent. The home was also close to everything we needed which was a bonus for our stay.

It was modern, clean attractive, comfortable, and convenient to places we needed to visit.

Access to the garage with our large SUV was quite tricky.

The size of the house and how it had nice decor and was neat and tidy, also extra comforts like heat pump and air fryer.

Not much aside from bathroom not having hair dryer and only 1 tea towl available, also not hot chocolate But loved the stay

It is situated right by the railway, but it surprisingly did not annoy us. More like background noise if the windows are closed.

a little additional information on check in - pin code for lock box was perfect, but didn't have any instruction on actually getting into the unit! Eventually after trying PIN code on keypad, waving the fob in front of the keypad by chance got us in!

Hard to get into the narrow garage with a mid sized car. Basement shower drain does not drain very well, so decrease the water flow! My bed was great, but my friends felt the smaller beds were too hard.

I didn’t realise when we booked that it was right next to a train line which caused a bit of disruption throughout the night but it wasn’t a major problem.

Close to main city centre. New and spacious. Newly built.

Loose piece of metal bit in shower fell on my toe. Next to train track, good night sleep could be an issue. Vehicle parking in garage is challenging as not much space to turn vehicle.

The apartment is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped though we didn't use it (got takeout). Very comfortable lounge - everything you would expect. The trains didn't bother me and there were earplugs supplied - which I didn't need.

Getting into the garage is a bit of a challenge for a larger vehicle (I have a Rav 4).

Good clean and comfortable accomodation with everything we needed on hand. Easy host to deal with and clear instruction, good central location.

The apartment was so beautifully decorated. It was comfortable and had a very nice aesthetic. Beds were very comfy. Lots of nice little touches. Such a lovely place.

The freight trains of a night were very noisy but ear plugs were supplied which was a lovely touch.

Location within walking distance to the city centre for food and shopping, as well as nearby lake. Clean well appointed apartment with two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs off living areas. Good communication with owners.

Proximity of the train line directly behind meant some trains rumbling past overnight but owners did supply earplugs. Nice touch but none of our group actually needed them.

The Apartment was great, a whole self contained house really. Easy to get to the railway station which you sense is not a frequent need. Even had freight trains running by the house. Really enjoyed the facilities.

The car parking at the end of the row was challenging to turn around, but not really a big problem.

Good location, found a great restaurant/pub round the corner. A bit noisy with trains but it didn’t go on through the night so slept well. (Great idea providing ear buds) This property was lovely to stay in, immaculately done inside, so very clean. Very comfy beds. Lots of things provided in the kitchen. Could have easily stopped for longer!

Nothing negative to say

We stayed at the property as a family to attend my son's wedding. The location was great, just a wee walk into town. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. It is spacious and light. I had read the comments about the trains and the parking. Personally, we didn't really notice the trains and while the parking is a little tight you just need to be careful. Neither of these factors would be a reason not to stay there. All in all a great place to stay. .... Perfect if you like cricket as Seddon Park is just across the road. Thank you to our hosts.

I didn’t realise the freight trains ran next to the property and wondered why ear plugs were supplied next to the bed upon arrival. I managed to park the car into the garage but realise other people could struggle if not competent. I also think with the water issue in Hamilton at this time, at least a bottle of water could have been supplied.

Apartment was right next to a train station which made it really hard to sleep at night. The AC was also not the most effective at night for the first floor during a hot day.

It was neat and clean specially the kitchen. Also had toys to keep kids busy

Clean and exactly as described! The care taken was obvious - lovely details like chalk welcome message and home made bickies were noticed and appreciated.

Home was clean and tidy, well set up and the location was perfect to walk to town. Beds were comfy, decor was nice.

I don't recall seeing anything when i booked about being right next to the train tracks, there were a few trains overnight that woke us up, yes, there were earplugs provided however, these were unwrapped and in a container, would have been better if they were in new packets as they looked as if they could have already been used, also, a heads up at booking would have been great.

This apartment is huge, spanning two floors with three bedrooms. It looks exactly like the photos and still blew us away. The hosts provided all the necessary details before our arrival. The design is really nice, and the place is very clean and tidy—so much so that you hesitate to mess it up. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large dishwasher, so we decided to cook during our stay.

The only downsides are that the apartment is next to the railway, so you can hear the trains passing by, and there’s no rubbish bin on the first floor. The garage is a bit difficult to enter with a big car.

Clean, modern & well appointed apartment with everything we needed. Convenient location. Great to have basket of toys for our toddler. Thanks also for the delicious biscuits - lovely touch. Wish we could have stayed longer & would definitely stay again.

A few more extra blankets & perhaps one more heater for other downstairs bedroom would've been great. Parking is tight due to how neighbour parked, could not park in garage which would be helpful if bad weather, esp with baby/toddler. Train tracks are close but didn't bother us.

Lovely clean, roomy

was a bit of a squeeze getting in the driveway couldn't park in the garage as neighbor was parked outside there garage not enough room to swing in but managed to park in front of apartment which was fine.

Very cosy easy to find. Warm.

The main shower needs some attention. Shower hose diddnt stay on the wall and the soap holder is rusty.
