The hotel is beautiful and sits in a lovely location just off the river. Ennistymon is a quaint little town with pubs, bakeries and lots of thrift stores! The spa was the highlight of our stay, we had great treatments and the staff is wonderful. The daily breakfast included is plentiful and very good.

There aren’t any door handles on the interior of the room which made it hard to open from inside!

The room was very spacious and clean, everything was modern and comfortable. The location is good - just a few minutes away from Eyre square and near the bus terminal

When we tried to enter the front door, the provided PIN code didn't work. A friendly staff lady came, opened up the door for me and promised to get it fixed as soon as possible. They provided me a phone number, should we come home after 9PM. When we came back, the problem still was there. Another couple was already trying to get in. It was heavily raining and when we tried to call this emergency number so they could buzz us in, the person on the phone was very rude and told us "to calm down". Unfortunately a very negative point in what would've been a pleasant and good stay otherwise.

Good location for town access. Really good online instruction to get you in and settled. Clean and smart room.

What breakfast?

Hard to find. No sign outside. Keypad wasn’t working. If my phone wasn’t charged how would I be able to contact anyone to get in or if I’d left my phone on charge in my room? The walls were paper thin. You could hear people talking even when they’d entered their rooms and closed their doors. I think I should be reimbursed part of the exorbitant fee I was charged for the anxiety caused by wondering will I be able to get into the hotel late at night and will I have enough charge on my phone to contact anyone.

The location is absolutely perfect. Short walk from the train station and close to city center (5!min walk or less). Also, needed to get new suitcases bc our wheels broke and the owner said she would dispose of them for us - an above and beyond!

Room was small but we made it work for 2 adults. Also, be ready to take your bags up stairs.

The location is 10/10, right in the centre of Galway - perfect for exploring. The option of parking was super handy

When you walked in the door there was a horrible smell but once you got to the room it was very clean and cosy but just walking in the hallway and up the stairs there was a very bad smell

A bit smaller than expected - especially the gathering area. You do need to carry your luggage from back parking area and up 2/3 flights of stairs

La struttura è gestita da remoto, ma il sistema è ben organizzato, anche per il parcheggio, da pagare a parte, non ci sono problemi. Le camere sono moderne e pulite, anche se non grandissime. Il bagno è nuovo, bello e molto grande. C'è un'area comune con cucina dove ci si può preparare la colazione. La posizione è perfetta per girare a piedi tutta la città.

Le scale troppo piccole, portare le valigie all'ultimo piano è davvero faticoso, servirebbe un montacarichi, e all'ingresso si sentiva a volte un pessimo odore, per fortuna solo vicino alla portone, nella stanza non c'era nessun problema.

Im Treppenhaus und den Fluren herrschte bei unserem Aufenthalt ein starker Abwassergeruch vor. Der Geruch zieht beim Öffnen der Türen bis in die Zimmer. Das Personal konnte das Problem nicht beheben. In den Zimmern fehlt ein Kleiderschrank oder ähnliches.

The property was loud because of foot traffic and vehicle traffic.

Comfortable bed, good location, really good AC. Good amenities in the room and common area. Easy to follow check in and check out instructions.

Intensely bad smell (sewerage or stagnant water) in the hallway and stairwell. It did not carry to the room but was very unpleasant to pass through coming in and out of the hotel

It looked nice (design, colours, furniture)

The entry way and communal areas had a strong smell of drains. The mattress was too hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. The blackout blinds were ineffective because they had large gaps at the edge of the window. It was good to have air con but the unit had a very bright display which lit up the room at night and made it difficult to sleep. The walls were very thin so we could easily hear movement around the townhouse (slamming of doors, drinks being prepared in the common area, etc.). The kettle also didn’t work in our room.

Great location, 2 minutes walk from Eyre Square. Spotlessly clean rooms, beautifully designed. Parking next door.

It was a great location, only a block from Eyre Square. It was very secure, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came every day to refresh towels and coffee. There was also a nice common kitchen area that was useful if you wanted to heat something up or use plates, silverware and glassware.

There was no outside area to sit.

Perfect location, excellent instructions to enter the property and with optional parking very close to it. Air-conditioned room was a bonus for the hot spell we were having in Ireland

The room was very clean and had everything needed for a short stay. The location is amazing, about 5 minutes away from the train station and the Latin Quarter.

Quaint, only a handful of rooms. Little kitchen on site with a microwave. Parking is right next door for 10E a night

A little out of the way but an easy 5-10 minute walk into city center.

Otima localizacao, equipe atenciosa, instalacoes novas. Proxima ao centro e acesso aos principais pontos turísticos a pe. Existe um Cafe no piso terreo, que pode ser utilizado no cafe da manha. O hotel possui uma pequena cozinha comunitaria que nos permitiu fazer o nosso cafe e lanches noturnos.

O checkin é feito em um outro local, bem proximo, mas como estavamos com malas e uma pequena chuva, nao foi tao confortavel. A equipe foi atenciosa e no checkin deixamos as malas nesse outro local, até o horario de liberacao do quarto.

Great location, super comfortable bed. The room and the bathroom felt spacious. It was also very nice to have a common kitchen.

It was a bit of a hassle to get in. But there were enough instructions to get it sorted without issues.

There was a hair and a small blood stain on the sheet. The window looked on a place where somebody was staying on the street in a sleeping bag, and he had a pee when I started my breakfast.

Very easy to access the property. Parking was included in the back but slightly hard to get into/access. Included air-conditioning & mini fridge in room.

The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. It was very very clean. It's a walking distance from the city center and above a nice coffee place with great breakfast. The parking lot is in the back of the hotel and requires a small detour. But the staff was very communicative via booking messages.

The main downside is that the doors to the hall were not noise proof, so we could hear everything from the floor. The day that we arrived, we were tired from the drive so we tried to catch a little nap, but it was impossible with the talking outside. It also woke us up in the morning.

A very comfortable room close to the city centre so everywhere within walking distance.

Die Lage ist mega, der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel und daher sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer sind modern, klein, aber super gemütlich und haben eine Klimaanlage und einen Kühlschrank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Leider lernt man kein Personal kennen und es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, dafür aber eine enge Treppe. Die Heizung im Bad wurde bei der Reinigung immer eingeschaltet, sodass es super warm im Zimmer war, wenn wir zurückkamen.

We loved our stay, super close to the city centre, walking distance to all of the best places, yet peaceful and out of the busiest streets. Super clean stay and the staff were lovely and responsive.

Good place

Lovely decor and comfortable beds. Air con which was an absolute lifesaver while we were there. Great location right near the centre of Galway but wasn’t bothered by any outdoor noise.

Room was very small, difficult to find space to open 2 suitcases. There was a sporadic mechanical noise from somewhere in the building which went on throughout the day and night. There are no staff present, it is self check in, more like a Airbnb. They can be reached by phone.

Nothing everything was great

Room was renovated. Everything was really neat. The house is really central. There was a shared kitchen wich was a plus.

Mattrace was a bit uncomfortable, room very compact. Although you could put down shutters there is not much privacy once the shutters are opened. The window is barely opening, so you cant exchange the air of the room.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, klein aber fein. Super Bad mit Regenwasserdusche. Die Lage war sehr gut, neben einem schönen Café und Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus zubuchbar. Alles top.

The location near Eyre Square was convenient to the bus and coach stations. The bathroom was beautiful though lacking in places to set belongings. It was quiet when we needed to sleep yet convenient to dining. A TK Maxx is directly across the street if you need something. A great restaurant named Alma is near the backside of TK MAXX. There is a common area outside the units but inside the facility for making tea, or microwave something, along with a place to relax. It is a nice convenience along with a few dishes. A very thoughtful bonus.

Before check in I tried contacting the place to see if we could leave luggage before check in time. I never received a response in time so we had to manage our bags while on a day tour between places. A timely response would have been appreciated. The design of the room provided no place for me to place my suitcase. Even the floor space was extremely limited by the very small room size. It felt like I was standing on my head to pick things out of my suitcase. I refrained from putting it on the bed so as not to soil the linens. Maybe a luggage rack and a few more hooks on the walls would help the room be more user friendly. Also, the front door to the street seemed to be found unlatched at times. This place is great if only one person or only 1 bag, otherwise find a bigger room.

Attitude of manager needs work. Promised she’d call me back / email - she didn’t and I was left waiting in the car park for an hour. Told me (when I reported a fault with the exit code box on the car park) that (and I quote “I have been using this car park for years everyday and there is never a fault)….there was a fault and other guests who I spoke to agreed with me!!

Perfectly located to everything but still quiet

This is my new favorite place to stay in Galway. Very clean, boutique hotel, great location with the cutest café right below it. Wonderfully plush bedding, a roomy shower, in-room refrigerator and AC plus a communal basic kitchenette made every aspect of my stay convenient and comfortable. Most tours depart from a 5 min walk to the room as well, which is nice. Secure parking in city center is also a massive plus. The few issues that I had arise (including my own mistake of leaving my key in the room at a late hour) were expeditiously handled with kindness. They provide a very detailed welcome guide with ultra clear self-check in instructions as well as an after hours contact, whom I did have to call upon -- big thank you to him for his help! (My advice to anyone reading this prior to booking is to review the communication sent prior to your arrival, any issue you have, likely has a solution in there).Thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay!

La présence d’une machine à café qui toutes les 6 minutes faisait du bruit, machine que nous avons fait débrancher (pas possible de le faire nous même !) ainsi que la présence d’un frigo inutile. Pourquoi installer des appareils brouillants dans une chambre d’hotel?, Il n’y avait par contre aucun endroit pour poser vêtements et objets relatifs au voyage, ni dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain. Le dernier jour, nous entendions la machine à café de la chambre voisine 😧

The unit was quite small for 2 people. There was a lack of shelving in both the room and the bathroom to allow storage. There was no room around the bathroom sink to store toiletries. There was only liquid soap but no washcloths to apply the soap with.
