The apartment was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues with the apartment. The windows couldn’t be opened, which made ventilation very difficult and was genuinely uncomfortable at times. Additionally, one of the family rooms was located right next to the shared kitchen, sharing a wall with it. This meant there was a real risk of noise from other guests using the kitchen, which could make it hard to feel comfortable. We would have appreciated being informed of this beforehand, as the room was literally wall-to-wall with the kitchen area

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. In der Nacht gab es auf einmal kein Strom und kein laufendes Wasser im Waschbecken.

L'emplacement, même si niveau parking, ce n'est pas pratique. Les propriétaires ont voulu faire quelque chose avec un peu de gueule, mais ...

Le mode de remise des clefs, froid et distant, moisissure dans la salle d'eau, une seule fenetre pour tout le logement. Cuisine partagée avec une caméra, merci pour l'intimité. Et le must, le manque d'isolation phonique, mais je crois que ça vient du mode de construction dans le pays... Une horreur quand les voisins du dessus rentrent à 2h40 du matin en faisant un vacarle d'enfer.

Good location. We could walk to shops and restaurants. Clean bedrooms and each had a bathroom. One was not an ensuite but right near the bedroom with it's own key. There was a kitchen which was helpful for making our own breakfast but the kitchen was shared with the other guests. One bedroom is downstairs which was handy for my elderly parents. The other two rooms are upstairs.

It was difficult to get into the apartment. There were no keys or key cards. Access is via a digital key through an app. I had not received the app via email so had to call from the front door to find out how to get in. They did resend the email and we got in. Having access via a digital card was annoying as only one person (me) had access. This made it tricky for other adults to come and go without me present. We booked two rooms but the apartment actually had three. There were someone else staying the other bedroom. If I'd realised, I would have booked the three rooms. The bedroom with two single beds came off another bedroom (double bed) so didn't have it's own private access.

The location is the only thing I really liked.

Alot of hassle to enter property. Our room was extremely damp and there was a bad odour in both the hall, kitchen and downstairs room. The key is sent via a link on your phone, and the link wouldn't open to download. What if your phone battery dies? You have no way to access then? It was just alot of hassle. The lady I called let me in Via a lock box. When I left the room to pick up stuff from the kitchen the door closed behind me, with my phone, the key and bag locked in. I had no access until my friends arrived and didnt want to put household out as I was told they were 20mins away. There was a really bad odour on entering the house, in the hall,kitchen&downstairs bedroom.(I contacted the property via Booking.com&the phone number given&they ignored both of these messages) The room had damp painted over on the windowsills & water stains on the walls. It was very damp. My friend noted that their duvets felt damp in the smaller room with the two single beds and to be honest I was upset as I had booked it and now we all had to sleep in a damp room and inhale that. I would avoid the room downstairs (No.1). When I used the girls phone upstairs, their room appeared better. It really needs to be freshened up in appearance, the headboards are stained, the walls scuffed, and there is damp. There wasn't even hand soap in the dispenser. Disappointing really that reception didn't reply to my messages. I suppose they just had gotten their payment, and thats all that mattered.

I believe that I ticked the option for breakfast including which increased the overall price to learn that breakfast is not part of the deal. That is a problem.

City centre location

My toilet and shower room was accessed from the shared hallway so I had to leave the room and use a key every time. And as the bedroom requires a smartphone app to open the door I had to remember to bring my phone every time during the night in case I would get locked out. This meant I could not relax. I believe that this information should have been shared beforehand. The morning I was due to check out I went for a shower 15 mins before checkout time. I then tried to return to my room - wearing only a towel - and the app had locked me out 5 mins too early. I was stuck in the hallway and all my clothes and belongings were prematurely locked in the bedroom. MGMT eventually replied to my many messages (nobody answered the emergency number) and updated my access to the room. There was no apology or explanation offered to my stressful situation.

The room was extremely clean and modern and in a wonderful location. Access was easy and secure.

This is just by virtue of the fact of the convenient location but the street can get loud at night. Typically this would be fine but I had to sleep with the windows open given the heatwave. I don't think it would be disruptive usually!

Appartement confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé.

Cependant, nous avons eu des soucis pour faire fonctionner le système de clé électronique et n'avons pas été très bien pris en charge pour le faire fonctionner une heure trente à chercher (blutooth doit être actif sur le mobile). la description du logement ne permettait pas de savoir si la cuisine était privative ou pas (des pièces de l'étage de la maison étaient occupées) et la porte de la cuisine avec serrure électronique ne se verrouillait pas. Sinon appartement confortable et très propre.

La possibilité de mettre en sécurité le vélo D avoir une cuisine pour déjeuner

Je n’avais pas compris le fonctionnement par message pour rentrer. Il fallait avoir une connexion ce que je n’avais pas. Cette expérience m’a fait pensé à un escape game et finalement nous a bien surpris et amusé dans nos vacances itinérantes.

Great location, around the corner from the bus station and just down the block from Eyre Square. Comfortable rooms and a well-stocked shared kitchen space with a fridge and tea maker. Our room had a travel crib which came in handy for our one year old.

Only complaint was that there was very little hot water. By reading other reviews we learned about the boost button on the panel in the shared kitchen, which was able to heat up hot water on demand, and solved the problem - I'd suggest that the hosts add that information somewhere easy for all guests to find.

The key system, on my own and a pensioner. The door locked which I was in the bathroom and I was locked out and vulnerable. NOT enough clothes on to go for help. Phone in the bedroom. Had to climb out the window. Luckily the bathroom window was opened and it was agile enough to got in.. This matter needs to be addressed

A casa está muito bem equipada, especialmente na cozinha. A decoração é cuidada, tornando o espaço acolhedor e agradável para estar. O quarto é confortável e espaçoso. Tivemos um incidente com a chave móvel e demorámos algum tempo até conseguir contactar os proprietários. No entanto, assim que foi possível, foram prestáveis e ajudaram-nos a resolver a situação. Como sugestão, seria útil que vários telemóveis pudessem ter acesso à chave digital, de forma a minimizar este tipo de imprevistos.

Como pontos menos positivos, o colchão era demasiado mole, o que acabou por causar desconforto nas costas. A rua é movimentada, pelo que se sente algum ruído durante a noite. Além disso, em dias de maior calor — como aconteceu durante a nossa estadia, numa semana atípica — a roupa de cama, nomeadamente o edredão, não era a mais adequada.

Very good localisation and nice, clean room

Room was advertised as private bathroom, but the bathroom was in the hallway. I feel like this information should be included in the ad as it was misleading. Also room was way smaller than in the pictures, but still very clean and with comfortable bed. The room could also do with a mirror.

Der von uns gebuchte und vorab bezahlte Raum war vom Vermieter doppelt belegt worden. Anstatt sich für seinen Fehler zu entschuldigen, unterstellte er uns, den Raum unrechtmäßig betreten zu haben, obwohl wir von ihm bereits vor unserer Ankunft über eine App den Key für diesen Raum zugeschickt bekommen hatten. Wir mussten daraufhin umziehen in ein winziges Zimmer mit Bad auf dem Flur, das wir so nicht gebucht hatten und das auch dem bereits bezahlten Zimmerpreis nicht entsprach. In dem Raum war lediglich Platz für das Doppelbett und einen schmalen Wandschrank. Man konnte sich kaum bewegen, geschweige denn sein Gepäck abstellen und auspacken. Auch für einen Stuhl war kein Platz. Mir wurde in meiner Buchung vorab bestätigt, ich hätte den Vorteil eines Familienzimmers...... Dieses war - trotz meiner Buchung und des vorab vergebenen Schlüssels - leider an andere vergeben worden. Trotz der zentrumsnahen Lage kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Dr

Zimmer ziemlich klein, die Küche kann man eigentlich nur nutzen, wenn man Appartement 1 hat, denn das schließt direkt an die Küche an. Wir hatten die anderen beiden Appartements und haben die Küche somit nicht genutzt, um die uns unbekannten Gäste in Appartement 1 nicht zu stören.

Top Lage! Ausreichend zum schlafen. Entspannter Check In. Schnelle unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Host.

Posizione centralissima,comodissimo il check-in. Cucina condivisa con una simpaticissima canadese,un modo di fare nuove conoscenze.

The beds were comfortable

No hot water, it's basically a house with 3 bedrooms and everyone shares the kitchen. Really noisy as well. And there's CCTV camera's in the kitchen and hallway. Super weird. When someone rents a room out, their should be trust between you.

Can hardly move in the room or separate bathroom. No room to get dressed, to stretch. The “shared area” is often locked.

Great location, completelly refurbished, our ground floor room had 2 bedrooms. Very clean. Amazing kitchen, shared with other guests but never saw anyone. It was like having our own apartment in the centre of Galway. We contacted our hosts by whatsapp for a small technical ussue. They replied immediately.

Hated the access system. We had to let in the people staying upstairs because they got locked out in the afternoon. We were not told that they could just walk into the kitchen and use it. Parking was a joke, so we ended up parked in a loading bay for the night (we had to leave at 7.30am to make sure we didn’t get a parking ticket). At 2pm the people upstairs returned and as there is barely any sound-proofing in the ceiling, we could hear them loud and clear even tho I’m sure they were trying to be quiet. Flushing the loo and running the shower.

The room is clean and well equipped, it's great for one-two nights stay if you are looking for a little getaway in Galway. It's 5 minutes from the train station, really close to the centre.

It's not negative as I quite liked the electronic key solution which works with an app, however I could imagine it could be challenging for the elderly.

I didn't realise but the room I was staying in the bedroom was connected to the bathroom so you had to leave the bedroom to have a shower/go to the toilet.

Location was central to the train station and was in the city centre.

The toilet commode seat was smaller than the circumference of the ceramic seat. As such it was very uncomfortable to sit on it and also felt unhygienic. This should be replaced with the correct sized seat as a matter of importance.

Sehr hellhörig, keine Rezeption (der Check-in erfolgt über eine App), Wir hatten das Pech um 3 Uhr morgens von einer Gruppe feiernden geweckt zu werden, die die Nacht lautstark in der Gemeinschaftsküche ausklingen haben lassen. Es war niemand vom „Management“ zu erreichen, damit die sich drum kümmern können, weil auf uns hat die Gruppe nicht gehört.

The bathroom was outside the room and you needed your phone & bluetooth every time to open your room's door. The room wasn't soundproof so we were hearing the music from the pub across the street.
