Spacious apartment in an 80 year-old building. Some things don't work, some things aren't perfectly clean. But for us, a great stay.

The location is great.

We had one key when we checked in and we were 3 adults. The host was nice to provide us another key mid trip. She had to make one. We are thankful for that. We had a problem in the second washroom with the plumbing, it was smelling and leaking water. They fixed it mid trip so we had to survive with one washroom and this is not what we signed up for. The hot water wasn’t working the first day we arrived. We had to take cold shower. It worked the second day. When you shower the water can leak outside the shower. It is a bit annoying but we survived it. The cleaning service happens only if you ask. We had a one time cleaning and we payed for. We had to pay for extra cleaning fees. The washer didn’t work. The balcony view is beautiful. We opened the big window! Be careful with the railing, it is old and cracked if you put your wait in it you can fall off the 7 floor!!

L'emplacement et la vue.

Mobilier, propreté, lits très mauvais. L'hôtel est en plein travaux, donc beaucoup de bruit et un seul ascenseur en fonction, ce qui est très peu pour le nombre d'appartements. Je ne comprends pas vraiment pourquoi de la si bonne note sur Booking. Je ne recommande pas.

Die Wohnung ist absolut super ,wo man weiß das wird eine schöne Zeit ,du bist direkt im Zentrum aber die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig gelegen ,der Ausblick ist ein Traum ! Auch die Vermieter und das Team ist 10 Punkte ! Fazit ! Jeder Zeit sofort wieder

la ubicacion muy buena, no tenia la ubicacion exacta, pero el lugar es muy bonito, apartamento completo, nos dejaron cafe, aceite, todo muy bien, la anfitriona siempre estubo atenta

no pudimos lavar en el apartamento porque estaba mala la lavadora, y no sabiamos, pero nos lavaron ropa por aparte, pero eso es solo un pequeño detalle porque fuimos por 8 dias

Incredible view and good AC. The view and the building (an old prison) are both spectacular. The communication from the host was very slow, and the shower in the first bathroom leaked out onto the floor so the bathmat was wet the whole time. If communication improved and the shower didn’t leak, this would be perfect. Very clean.

Communication/payment issues. No wifi code in apartment, so had to wait a long time for host to tell us.

The dirtiest apartment I have ever stayed in!

The location couldn’t be better and the view over the town is really nice. You always feel in the middle of activity even while you are home.. the building as well as the apartment itself has a lot of old charm. The design, the old flooring, Doors, windows are very charming. The owner was highly available and responded very quickly to all requests. The maintenance company as well are nice ladies who are there to help with patience.. there is air conditioning that cools down the place in a very nice way

The apartment feels quite worn out - like the couch has many stains, the kitchen drawers have so many yellow stains that it feels old and dirty so we didn’t even want to use it at all… the ustensils are old as well. There is no shampoo available The overall cleanliness is to be much improved. The decoration as well - plastic chairs for example The large windows in the living room are falling apart. We were afraid to open it as it started to actually fall apart when we tried .. the maintenance company tried to open them for us also, they only speak Spanish which makes it complicated to communicate. I think the price is also very high for 2 people as we could have taken a hotel for the same price with a pool etc included. But this should be good value for 4-6 people as there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate couch so could welcome many guests.

Amazing location in the heart of the walled city. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The view from the living room is breathtaking.

A few basic things were lacking: no hair drier, no bottle opener. The procedure to register visitors is tedious, almost more difficult than in a hotel.

This property has the most stunning view of the City. It is jaw-dropping and far more impressive than the photos give credit for. At night it is even more impressive. The apartment is great and very centrally located. And if you like architecture and design, then you will also love the interior stairwells, too! We were a family of six and loved it. Cannot recommend it enough.

Very hard beds. That is the only thing - but the stunning view trumped that. But it would prevent me staying for too long.

THE KITCHEN WAS NOT CLEAN AND THERE WAS NOT EVEN A COFFEE MACHINE SO WE COULD PREPARE A COFFEE. WITH A LIITLE MORE CARE FROM THE HOST'S SIDE THE STAYING WOULD ME UNFORGETABLE

Wow excellent apartment with a stunning view of the old town. Balcony doors that open up to share the view. Perfect for a family of four. AC in all rooms. Kitchen. Two shower rooms and beautiful building set right in the middle of the action of town and sea. Fabulous.

No ceilings to bathrooms! Coldish low powered showers.

Views of the city in the profile really don’t do this place justice. The building’s old charm and character were captivating, offering breathtaking views of both the walled city and the new city in the distance. Any questions were quickly answered and the staff was very accommodating.

We loved it, but worth being aware the bedrooms aren’t fully separated with their walls not extending all the way to ceiling. So could be an issue if you needed more complete privacy between rooms, but for us it added to the historical charm.
