Good basic amenities (kitchen equipment, washer) praised, but several mentions of limited/sparse extras (few drying racks, small dishes, ironing board issues, tired towels) and parking/security concerns reduce the score.

Several practical amenity issues flagged: lack of sockets/USB points, broken hairdryer, no bar, locked roof terrace, parking/access concerns and noisy AC/insufficient sound insulation — notable negative points here.

Many reviews highlight good value for money in relation to services offered.

Mixed: many guests felt comfortable and that the apartment was worth it, but complaints about high price, unexpected deposits (150–200 EUR) and paid garage with a theft incident lowered perceived value.

Mixed feedback: multiple comments praising excellent value, while some guests felt it was a little expensive especially when breakfast was not included.
