Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The rooms are huge in fact the whole unit is huge. But the maintenance could be a lot more better.
The first thing, the staff made me cancel my booking.com reservation saying some weird reason. We checked in at 10:30pm I was holding my 7 yr old who is in deep sleep.. I had absolutely no energy to argue just followed whatever he asked.. The cleanliness.. the room service staff comes after 9am or 10am. There would be three members and all they did is sweeping the floor. When requested to mop they said we did it just before you checked in( I requested 2 days after I checked in). They do not clean the bathrooms not the kitchen hand wash area. Since they are coming in late, we said we will leave the trash outside and they can clear it up. It was not cleared promptly had to wait couple of days. We sweep on our own. The guest services person didn’t even bother to charge the machine to pay using card even though I mentioned I will be using card the night before. He created unnecessary tension in the last minute.. he even left the premises at the time I came down to pay. Not professional staff and the washer oh my goodness it would make our clothes dirty instead of cleaning. The washer looks so very dirty .. looks like they do not do any kind of maintenance to the washer. When requested an iron box, I was told it’s no longer available.. how much an iron box costs? Also it’s a home stay it would be nice to have a wall clock so it’s easier for the guests to be on time.

Housekeeping service is nil. Though we gave keys and instructed to clean the house, it was at the same stage as we left in the morning and the facility manager doesnt give a responsible answer.

Reviewed May 18, 2026The facility has large rooms and a hall, but it is very poorly maintained. Cutlery is available, and air-conditioned rooms. The place can accommodate a large group of about 3-4 families or 10-12 people. It's not ideal for families requiring cleanliness and a minimum three-star hotel experience.
The bathrooms are very small, and the water pressure at the tap was very slow. The health facets in the bathrooms are not working, or the water flow is not there. The cutlery is stained, and I didn't feel like using it. There is no security or caretaker. The parking is not organised, and they expect the guests to park the vehicle outside the premises on open-air on the roadside. The Wi-Fi was functioning intermittently and can't rely on the services.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2025Spacious, quiet and safe place to visit the Temple. Close to eateries, groceries and medical stores etc. All appliances in good working condition esp the A/c in this heat. Pleasant and helpful caretakers. Ideal if you have your own transport. Will stay again :)
The 5th Floor third bedroom next to the kitchen had a leaking WC base. Have informed the caretaker on site. Please have it repaired. Thanks!
