Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The apartment is good it was perfect for my family with a toddler. My son had enough space to run arround. And they had kept everything clean and ready like the kitchen items Toiletries ect it was comfortable
Though the apartment was good the services were not up to.mark. in 3 night stay milk they gave only one day. The housekeeping services were not available...we called and asked them to send someone to clean and they told in 30mins they will send but no one came at all until we vacated...and the staff were not responsive or had any self interest to check or ask if all ok. So yea the stay is good but services are poor.

There were full of small cockroaches which was very disappointing though the house was well maintained. Lift had problem which made us climb 4 floors with luggage n kids. We instructed them to do pest control before giving rooms to guest.

The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were good, and the overall stay was peaceful. A special thanks to Siraj at the reception for his warm hospitality, polite behavior, and quick assistance throughout our stay. He made the check-in process smooth and was always ready to help with local guidance. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily recommend this homestay to families and groups visiting Tirupati.
Nothing major to complain about. A few small improvements in maintenance and faster response to minor requests would make the experience even better, but overall we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Service staff is not good cleaning not done regularly i have stayed 3,4 nights there and cleaning has been done once, proper cutlery is not available for making food and to serve food. TV was not working every day i have been asking the staff to start the tv once its got start sound is too low and i am keep on asking to help every day.
