A/C , very clean , cosy and comfortable. Felt like at home. Small outside area separated from main lot/ parking and other house. Free parking. V Good connection to Brussels and other Belgian towns. Good choice of house appliances.

Pour dire juste quelque chose même si c’est personnel mais peut être une poignée dans la douche car j’ai failli glisser.

Un appartement de plain pied a 2 pas des commodités qui est très confortable, la literie du lit ou du canapé est de bonne qualité. Il dispose de tous les éléments de confort (lave vaisselle, four, grande TV, espace de travail). Ce fut parfait !

Das Apartment war insgesamt in Ordnung und für unseren Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer als viele Hotels in der Umgebung. Es bestand aus einem Wohnbereich und einem separaten Schlafzimmer. Für mich war im Wohnbereich eine Schlafmöglichkeit vorbereitet, während mein Sohn das Schlafzimmer nutzen konnte. Positiv waren die vorhandene Ausstattung mit elektrischem Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Dusche sowie sauberen Betten, Bettwäsche und Badetüchern. Im Vergleich zu Hotels vor Ort, zum Beispiel Ibis oder anderen angeblichen 4-Sterne-Hotels, war diese Unterkunft aus meiner Sicht deutlich besser.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem separaten Gebäude im Hof eines Privathauses. Ein Nachteil war, dass man ständig lüften musste, da besonders im Bereich der Dusche eine deutliche Feuchtigkeit und ein entsprechender Geruch wahrnehmbar waren. Hier wäre eine bessere Belüftung oder ein Feuchtigkeitssensor sinnvoll. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt wurde statt des Schlafsofas ein Einzelbett bereitgestellt, das leider ziemlich unbequem war, insbesondere weil es keine Kopfstütze hatte. Außerdem war die Heizung in der ersten Nacht nicht richtig eingestellt, sodass es mit etwa 16–17 Grad sehr kalt war. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir die Steuerung finden und korrekt einstellen.

Logement spacieux, bien équipé et très propre. Dans une cour fermée avec parking. Très bon accueil, le lieu est calme et très bien situé. Je reviendrais avec plaisir et sans hésitation.

Очень приятный, приветливый хозяин. Он встретил нас, всё показал и объяснил. Отличное местоположение. Отличный заезд и парковка. Вся необходимая инфраструктура в пешей доступности. Дом расположен в уютном районе. Это отдельностоящий дом на одной территории с домом хозяина, но это не мешало комфортному отдыху. В доме есть все необходимое для комфортной жизни. Есть возможность самостоятельно контролировать температуру в помещении. Кровать удобная. Белье и полотенца чистые и свежие. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым.

Не было чего-то такого, что не понравилось

Понравилось все: доброжелательный хозяин, уютные аппартаменты с оригинальным интерьером, частная парковка. Чувствуется, что владелец старался, чтобы гостям было приятно провести время.

Было немного прохладно. Но у каждого человека свой температурный режим.

Logement très "parfumé" odeurs fortes et entêtantes dans chaque piece (diffuseurs + bougies parfumées + encens partout) Lumières extérieures au ras des baies vitrées de la chambre qui allument des veilleuses au plafond et éclairent toute la pièce, si vous aimez etre réveillé plusieurs fois dans la nuit c’est pour vous ! Pas de volet Des morceaux de doubles rideaux au sol pour s’essuyer les pieds Le message insultant de la propriétaire car j’ai osé une évaluation négative 🙁 👇 je répond à votre commentaire : j’étais en stage donc pas vraiment le temps et la disponibilité d’aller chez vous en rentrant à 20h pour régler des problèmes qui ne devraient pas être. Il me semble important de donner mon avis sur certains dysfonctionnements. Franchement où avez vous déjà vu des spots automatiques eclairant les baies vitrées ́d’une chambre pendant la nuit ?? S’essuyer les pieds sur des bouts de doubles rideaux avec des anneaux en guise de paillasson ?!! Des parfums entêtant et différents dans toutes les pièces ? Cela m’a indisposé, j’ai été réveillée plusieurs fois par l’éclairage, la chambre était glaciale et la couverture du lit empestait un parfum écœurant. Tout le monde n’est pas fan de ce genre de choses. On est libre de ne pas apprécier, on est client je vous le rappelle. Vous n’avez pas à m’insulter message en privé et à me demander avec insistance de changer mon évaluation car vous pensez "mériter autre chose". Pour la télécommande, c’etait à mon arrivée, j’ai frappé chez vous pendant plus de 10mn sous la pluie avant qu’on vienne ouvrir, cela n’engage pas à y retourner. Donc désolé que cela baisse votre note mais j’ai laissé des commentaires positifs et c’est mon droit de dire pourquoi votre logement ne m’a pas convenu sur certains points.

Well equiped and cosy apartment, great for short stays and even for longer stays as in my case. You have everything that you need + good internet connection + a great terrace. And when it comes to the hosts, Vanessa & Vincent are great, helpful, kind and I haven't missed anything during my stay. Definetly recommending it!

Vriendelijke host, vlakbij het Zoniënwoud om mooie fiets- en wandeltochten te maken! 2 ruime tweepersoonsbedden (Eentje ervan is een uitklapzetel maar zeker comfortabel). Auto kan weg van het straat geparkeerd worden. Alles aanwezig en heel proper!

Les linges de bain bien que propres, avaient une odeur un peu désagréable. Probablement un accident de passage.

Appartamento indipendente molto spazioso, luminoso e pulito. È dotato di tutto quello che serve per soggiorni anche lunghi, non manca proprio nulla. Accoglienza ottima e privacy totale.

Waterloo non è un luogo con molte turistico ma comunque un’ottima base per visitare in automobile i dintorni.

Wir haben 2 Nächte in Waterloo verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ca. 30 min von Brüssel entfernt. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall die Stadt zu besichtigen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Da wir 2 sehr heiße Tage hatten, war die Klimaanlage im Haus sehr vorteilhaft. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Tout était parfait et ça mérite d être souligné : la gentillesse des hôtes, la propreté, le confort, l espace du logement, le calme, le confort, les équipements ( même une machine nespresso et un lave-vaisselle !). de plus,Waterloo est une ville vraiment très agréable aux portes de Bruxelles.

Great, comfortable place to stay!

Everything was very clean and in working condition. The beds were very comfy, there was heat so we didn't have any problems with temperature in the rooms. You have everything you need to cook and to enjoy a nice stay. The patio is very cute, you have a large umbrella in case it rains and you can still enjoy a drink in the rain. The parking is right on the property, next to the house, so no problem there. The host was very friendly and helpful, he waited for us to explain the ropes and hand us the keys. It was truly a great experience and we will surely stay here again if given the opportunity to visit Belgium again.

It was a really pleasant stay. The owners are extremely friendly, the little appartment is nice and cosy. It is definitely a recommendation for this area!

Everything was super.

The bathroom. Good proximity to transport to visit Brussels and close proximity to historic sites at Waterloo.

Building was not double-skinned so v hot in the current good weather. There was only a sofa bed, not a proper bed. It was more like a student bedsit rather than a fully equipped apartment where some facilities were scarce and others provided v disjointed/ impractical to use. All took place in 1 room. An outdoor garden area had plastic grass that was constantly saturated under foot. Use of swimming pool was limited by it's location in the owner's privately fenced off garden where you would need to request permission and access.

The owners are amazing! Very laid back and simple to deal with!!! The property was very secured as sometimes we left doors open 😄 The kitchen is fully furnished and we were able to cook full meals when we didn’t feel like going out 😄 The owners gave us access to the pool as it was sunny 🌞 The location is close to public transport and to the center of Waterloo 😃 I highly recommend it !!

The bed is confortable but could be better

The couple who rents the apartment was great and very helpful. Our big dogs were also very welcome. Although the location was next to the main street, it was really peaceful. The store and gas station were right next door. Strong recommendation for this accommodation especially if you are looking for a longer stay.

It was hard to spot the bed and breakfast at first because there was no sign, but after checking google maps satellite it was easy to find, I rang the doorbell and called the number and they came outside to hand me the keys and show me the BnB.
