Living PDL 2

Very good apartment with all the necessary modern amenities. The hosts provided a few local delicacies on arrival which was a really nice touch. Easy communication with regular check in from Vasco asking if I needed anything (including changing bed sheets and towels as this was a long stay). The apartment is also conveniently located near the city centre. Parking in the area can however be difficult as the free car parks nearby are always very busy. All in all, this was an excellent stay where I felt the comfort of being at home!

Absolutely the best experience ever. The apartment was immaculately clean, everything was in perfect order, there were all the amenities we needed, and Vasco and Luz even provided us with a picnic cooler and ice packs when we asked if they might have any. They checked on us every day and were easy to communicate with; most of all, they made us feel at home by providing us with a delicious local breakfast on our arrival - bread, cheese, honey, pastries, fresh lemon juice, different types of coffee, green and black Gorreana tea. We couldn’t ask for more!

Finding a parking slot is a bit tricky but still manageable with some patience.

Nuestra estancia fue fantástica, estuvimos muy a gusto. Dispones de todo lo necesario en cuanto a electrodomésticos, la cama es muy cómoda así como el sofá. Los anfitriones de 10, muy amables y pendientes por si necesitábamos algo. También nos dejaron productos regionales y limonada fresca, detalles que se agradecen mucho. Totalmente recomendable.

Puede haber algo de ruido sl estar en el centro, pero esto es algo independiente del apartamento.

Very beautiful accommodation. The hosts prepared a tasting of excellent local products for us. Everything was clean and the equipment was above standard.

They went above and beyond. They left us snacks and drinks, answered all of our questions immediately and were overall fantastic hosts.

Obiekt w dobrej lokalizacji, bardzo sympatyczni gospodarze wkaldajacy wiele wysiłku byś poczuł się jak w domu. Na powitanie poczęstunek składający się z lokalnych produktów i wszystko opisane w Twoim języku (co pokazuje jak dużo wysiłku gospodarze wkładają w dopasowanie przestrzeni do Ciebie). Mieszkanko bardzo wygodne, ma wszystko czego można by potrzebować.

Apartamento amplio, cómodo y decorado con mucho gusto. Esta todo practicamente nuevo y muy limpio. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomesticos que se necesitan y el menaje es muy amplio. El cuarto de baño también está muy completo con una ducha amplia y cómoda. Se puede aparcar con relativa facilidad en la calle o en dos parkings gratuitos cercanos. Los anfitriones son geniales. Pendientes de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar pero sin agobiar. Te dejan mucha información útil tanto del apartamento como de restaurantes y actividades. Se nota que se preocupan de todos los detalles para hacerte la estancia muy agradable, incluido algunos detalles de bienvenida y para el desayuno Muy recomendable.

Lo único es que hay un poco de ruido por el tráfico que pasa por la calle.

This property was amazing! All the appliances you could need and more. The hosts truly thought of everything and were always ready to help wherever possible. I would highly recommend. Lovely touch to be welcomed with cheese, bread, jam, honey, and lemonade. This little apartment really did become home during our stay. Great location right next to the port, near shops, restaurants, and all the tourist offices.

No improvements that I can think of! Just a big thank you!

PDL2 is an outstanding accommodation. It is spacious and well appointed. Our host Vasco, was always available to answer questions. The extra amenities were above and beyond expectations. We would highly recommend making this your home base for visiting Sao Miguel Island.

Our stay at Living PDL 2 was wonderful! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. What impressed us the most was the warm hospitality – we received the nicest welcome we’ve ever had, with many thoughtful surprises from the hosts that made us feel truly special. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our stay was flawless and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Luz e Vasco sono stati due host impeccabili. L’accoglienza, l’attenzione al dettaglio e la continua (ma mai invadente) disponibilità al supporto sono qualcosa che non ho mai incontrato.

Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit. Alles war in sehr guten Zustand und obwohl wir den Gastgeber persönlich nicht kennengelernt haben, war er jederzeit per SMS erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert.

El que més m’h agradar sens dubte son els detalls que el Vasco i la seva dona van tenir amb nosaltres desde abans d’arribar. Molt amables i compromesos en fer que l’estància fos genial.

El alojamiento es perfecto para disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones. Vasco y Luz nos dejaron todo listo para nuestra llegada, con un recibimiento super cuidado y lleno de detalles. Hemos disfrutado de casi diez días en la isla y este alojamiento ha sido un 10. Esta muy céntrico, se puede aparcar en la calle de forma gratuita y se descansa muy bien. Si volvemos a Sao Miguel, repetiremos aquí!

Todo fue estupendo. Como única cosa a tener en cuenta es que no hay lavadora. Si vais a pasar una larga estancia, tendréis que buscar otra alternativa para poder lavar. Pero nada que no se pueda solucionar.

El apartamento era perfecto pero sobre todo destacar el trato recibido. El interés porque estuviésemos a gusto ha sido increíble. Al llegar nos encontramos con un surtido de quesos locales y más cosas para poder comer algo y estuvieron al pendiente durante toda la estancia por si necesitábamos algo. Inmejorable.

No hubo nada malo.

Appartement bien situé. Très bien insonorisé de la rue qui est très passante. Décoration et mobilier sobres et de qualité. Équipement de cuisine complet et aussi de bonne qualité. Belle salle de bains avec tout ce qu'il faut de serviettes, peignoirs, drap de plage.... Documentation complète à disposition sur l'appartement, les commerces, les restaurants et les lieux à visiter. Attentions délicates de l'hôte: Tout est là pour le premier petit déjeuner très gourmand. Sel, poivre, sucre etc. sont approvisionnés. Une surprise gourmande nous attendait en cours de séjour...Bref, un appartement de très haut standard d'hospitalité.

Juste des nuances: Toute la communication avec l'hôte est digitale. Elle est parfaite mais c'est un peu froid. Nous avons passé une semaine dans l'appartement. La présence d'un lave-linge aurait été un plus. Ceci dit, l'appartement Living PDL2 reste un modèle de logement de vacances.

Toto ubytovanie bolo pre nás tou najlepšou voľbou v Ponta Delgada. Apartmán bol veľmi čistý a priestranný, mali sme všetko čo sme potrebovali, cítili sme sa ako doma. Pán Vasco je veľmi milý a ústretový, stále sa zaujímal, či niečo nepotrebujeme a ponúkal nám pomoc so všetkým, komunikuje veľmi rýchlo a ochotne. Nakoľko sme tu strávili viac ako týždeň, využili sme ponuku na výmenu uterákov. Mali sme prenajaté auto a veľkou výhodou bolo, že byt je blízko väčšieho bezplatného parkoviska, na ktorom sme vždy našli miesto (ak aj nebolo, stačilo chvíľu počkať a miesto sa uvoľnilo). Pánovi Vascovi chceme ešte raz za všetko poďakovať, veľmi milým prekvapením bolo občerstvenie, ktorým nás uvítal a tiež vynikajúci domáci koláč a milé bolo aj privítanie v našom rodnom jazyku. Prajeme Vascovi všetko dobré a veľa spokojných klientov. Toto ubytovanie by sme bez váhania doporučili každému, kto plánuje stráviť čas na Sao Miquel.

Všetko bolo v poriadku.

Todo estaba completamente nuevo y limpio. Tenía de todo o incluso más de lo necesarios (bolsas, gel, café, etc) No tuvimos que comprar nada más que la comida. Por otra parte el trato de los dueños increíble, nos agasajaron con con quesos, limonada y miel a nuestra llegada, además de entregaros un bizcocho de higo espectacular. Además se tenían toda la información sobre lo que hacer en la isla y les podías preguntar cualquier cosa que te respondían rápido y muy amablemente.

La comodidad, limpieza, la comunicación con el anfitrión y su atención en todo momento, la facilidad para acceder tanto al apartamento como a cualquier otro servicio de la isla, ya que estaba todo muy bien especificado y detallado por el anfitrión. La ubicación también es muy buena, hay todo tipo de servicios cerca del piso y es fácil encontrar aparcamiento en las inmediaciones. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa, el apartamento es igual a lo que se muestra en las fotos y tiene todo lo necesario para que te sientas como en tu casa. Los detalles nada más entrar y durante la estancia nos encantaron. La atención por parte de Vasco fue excepcional. Si volvemos a la isla, sin duda reservaría este alojamiento de nuevo.

El apartamento es excelente en cuanto a instalaciones y ubicación. Además los anfitriones han sido muy atentos, pendientes en todo momento de lo que pudiéramos necesitar y ofreciéndonos incluso unos quesos de la isla y pasteles caseros que estaban exquisitos

We absolutely loved our stay at Living PDL 2. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and fully renovated. The location is very close to the amenities. Very pleasant extras were his and her bath robes and slippers. Vasco and Luz were incredible hosts who went far beyond and above to make sure our stay was very comfortable. For our arrival they prepared a plate of local cheeses with jams, local teas, coffee. They checked on us every day to make sure we did not need anything extra,k provided additional information in regard to the restaurants, local weather, places to go. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Tutto stupendo. Appartamento nel centro di Ponta Delgada, appena ristrutturato è completamente nuovo. All’interno abbiamo trovato tutto MOLTO pulito e con tutti i comfort necessari, non manca veramente nulla!!! Vasco, il proprietario, ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo una colazione di benvenuto, gesto apprezzatissimo 🙏

Luz and Vasco are amazing hosts.They greeted my wife and me with some local cheeses,bolos lavados and homemade marmalade and it was really kind of them.The apartment is really great.Specious,well decorated and spotlessly clean.Kitchen is well equipped,with microwave,oven and dishwasher.There are plenty of cups,plates and glasses so there is no need to wash them everyday.Bathroom is nice and clean with a great shower cabin.Apartment is situated close to the city centre with lots of shops and restaurants and this is really convenient.There are two car parks near the apartment which are free of charge but they are very busy and it's hard to find a space there that is why we were parking our car on Rua Doutor Hugo Moreira.It is a wide street a few hundred meters from the apartment with plenty of car park spaces so there is an alternative for everyone who doesn't mind walking a few minutes.It's worth to mention that Luz baked a fig cake for us during our stay which was very sweet of her.Cake was delicious by the way. Vasco was always in contact with us in case we needed something extra.This apartment has everything you need and Luz and Vasco go above and beyond to meet your expectations.We would definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for a nice,comfortable accommodation in Ponta Delgada.

Great location - walking distance to center and beach. Beautiful 1br apartment with all new modern appliances. Greeted with a spread of local cheeses and baked goods and jam. It couldn’t have been more hospitable - really an exceptionally welcoming experience.

Can be noisy on weekend nights due to bars and restaurants in the area- not too bad but noticeable.

The hosts are amazing. They checked on us everyday, offered change of towels and even sent us weather warnings! They also gave us lots of complementary perks such as a cheese board and a homemade fig cake! The place is very clean and the location is great. Thank you so much Vasco for a wonderful stay.

Vasco & Luze were very gracious hosts. We were greeted to our flat with a lovely welcome platter of local cheeses, bread, homemade jam, water & tea. The flat is impeccably clean and bright. Excellent location. Vasco checked in daily to see if there was anything we needed and/or that all was ok. One night we arrived home to a homemade fig cake hanging off our door that Luze had made for us. Lovely little touches that made you feel at home and very welcome.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Excellent location, centrally located and easy to access all the downtown area by foot. Extremely clean and a very nice touch to provide a small spread of food upon check in.

We spent 6 nights here. The apartment looks brand new, all equipments are new and top brands. You do not need keys, you enter the building with a code and to the apartment either with another code or with an app in you handphone. Location is great to visit Ponta Delgada by feet and there are many restaurants around. Owners are always available via whatsapp and leave you plenty of info about what to see where to go, where to buy etc etc. very useful....on top of that they greeted us with some cheese and a cake!!

If Anything to say, the street where the apartment is is very central, close to the market and sometimes noisy, specially if you like to sleep with the windows opened.

Ubytovanie vyzeralo presne ako na fotkách. Bolo čisté a byt voňal novotou. Pri príchode nás čakalo aj milé prekvapenie vo forme občerstvenia. Padlo nám to vhod po dlhej ceste. Pán Vasco bol veľmi milý a vždy veľmi rýchlo reagoval na naše správy. Parkovanie bolo veľmi blízko a vždy sme si našli voľné miesto.
