Sergio y el resto del personal te hacen sentir en casa durante todo el tiempo. Tienen muchos detalles con los huéspedes. La casa es muy bonita y cuidada y está recién reformada. A diferencia de otros sitios, no se nota nada la humedad. Las habitaciones son perfectas, con luz y sitio para las maletas. El desayuno tiene todo lo necesario y de muy buena calidad. Hay una pequeña cocina para uso del huésped, tienen un filtro para rellenar agua y te dejan el bizcocho que sobra por la mañana para merendar ;). Sin duda nuestro alojamiento favorito en la isla. Gracias Sergio!

Amazing staff and location

Great location, very easy in and out

Great location, I was able to walk to many attractions including a pineapple plantation and some good restaurants.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Our flight was delayed, but Sergio still waited for us and checked us in personally. An amazing host. He even remembered our names the whole time ;). Highly recommended!

Comfortable room, en suite bathroom with shower was a good size, AC worked well, ample and varied breakfast, small kitchen for guests to share with a baked sweet and local liqueur to sample, centrally located in Ponta Delgada, 9 rooms total up one flight of stairs, owner Sérgio is readily available for messaging and often at the hotel, staff is pleasant, everyone speaks English. The front rooms overlook a one-way cobbled street that is busy at times, but the closed windows muffle most of the sound, and earplugs are provided. Wooden inside shutters keep the light out if needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

O quarto era enorme e o espaço, além de incrível, estava super bem decorado, fazendo-nos sentir em casa. Location was excellent. Walking distance to the center. Safe area. Breakfast was nice. Liked that there was a lounge area if u wanted to watch tv sitting & have a coffee or tea or some complimentary blackberry liqueur. Greeted by Sergio upon arrival who briefed you & answered any questions. Both Sergio & Vania are quick to reply to questions.

Room was a bit small for the luggage.

Very attentive staff, comfortable bed and a building with character. Loved that there was a small kitchen we can use. We ended up using the garage as well which worked for us. We left very early in the morning, Sergio had breakfast packed for us to take with us.

The location could not be more central. The paid parking within property was very good to have as its very hard to find place. People were very nice and helpful. They have a great guide of the island and suggestions. Common kitchen with nice cookies in a jar :)

Lovingly restored historic property minutes from the centre of Ponta Delgaga. The owners are super attentive and are always available to answer any question or offer recommendations for what to do, where to eat, etc. Our room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We can’t wait to come back!

היה נחמד אם הייתה מעלית. היה רצוי להוסיף קרם לחות בחדר הרחצה. ונוח יותר אם היה מקרר אישי בחדר, בנוסף למרכזי במטבח. יותר ירקות בארוחת בוקר. ולא להגיש פטריות משימורים. אפשר לגוון את הגבינות. מגישים כל יום את אותם הסוגים.

Sergio is an excellent host with exceptional care for his guests. As a bonus, we received a lot of useful advice, recommendations and tips for our stay on the island. He also arranged a taxi to the airport. Cozy, nice hotel in an excellent location in the historic center.

Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und sehr engagiert! Die Innenstadt war gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sérgio was as warm and welcoming as a traveler just arriving at night in Ponta Delgada could wish for. Casa da Graça is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located on a secondary street within easy walking distance of everywhere you might want to go in the city.

As other people have mentioned, one is aware of other guests, but it was never annoying and was minor.

Wir waren in Summe sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Lage innerhalb von Ponta Delgada ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell zu Fuß am Hafen und auch im Zentrum. Den Pension ist sehr persönlich geführt mit einem sehr freundlichen Gastgeber. Jederzeit persönlich oder per whatsapp ansprechbar! Die Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet. Das Frühstück ist prima. Es gibt zudem noch einen für die Gäste nutzbaren Küchen- Essraum der sehr gut ausgestattet ist und wo man sich auch selbst noch etwas kochen könnte und einen Kühlschrank zur allgemeinen Verfügung hat. Bei der Abreise wurde das Frühstück extra für uns früher gestartet. Fahrt zum Flughafen sind lediglich 10 -15 Minuten. Hervorzuheben ist auch die separat buchbare Garage. Bequemer geht es nicht. Wir hatten für die Woche einen eigenen festen Stellplatz.

Hier ist eigentlich nur zu erwähnen, dass unser Zimmer zur Straße sehr hellhörig gewesen ist. Mit offenem Fenster kann man nachts nicht schlafen, da man die Autos auf dem Kopfsteinpflaster sehr deutlich hört. Wir würden die Casa Da Graca trotzdem weiterempfehlen.

Ausserordentlich aufmerksames, hilfsbereites, sehr freundliches Personal! Lage und Parkmöglichkeit. Wunderschönes Haus. Küche zum Benutzen vorhanden.

Great location in the old part of Ponta Delgada. The house has a lovely charm, is well maintained, and comes equipped with everything you need for a great stay. There was even a garage for our car right next to the house. The breakfast was delicious and generous. Sergio, who welcomed us upon arrival, was very friendly, took great care of us, and has a great sense of humor. We loved our stay. Thank you!

- netter und freundlicher Empfang durch Gorgio, obwohl es schon 0:30 Uhr war. - sehr schönes Haus mit viel Charme durch die erhaltenen Stilelemente aus der Gründerzeit - extrem gute Lage in der Innenstadt, nur 5 min. zu Fuß bis zum Hafen, Altstadt und Restaurants in Ponta Delgaga. - Zimmer modern ausgestattet und trotzdem wurde der Stil des gesamtes Hauses auch im Zimmer beibehalten - Zimmer war sehr sauber - gutes Frühstück - wir können das CASA DA GRAÇA ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen, und würden auch wiederkommen

Sergio als Vermieter ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist zwar sehr klein, dafür jedoch von sehr guter Qualität mit regionalen Produkten. Es gibt eine Parkgarage welche für 5€ pro Nacht gebucht werden kann, dies erspart die Parkplatzsuche in der Stadt. Supermarkt sowie Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Zimmer Nr.8 war leider sehr klein und wir hatten dadurch keinen vernünftigen Platz für unsere Koffer. Das Gebäude ist sehr alt und dadurch ist es auch wetterbedingt sehr feucht, sodass eigentlich nichts wirklich trocknet. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, sodass wir nur mit Ohropax schlafen konnten. Preislich war es etwas zu teuer, da haben wir auf anderen Inseln der Azoren deutlich besser & günstiger gewohnt. Kann aber auch daran liegen, das Sao Miguel die Hauptinsel mit den meisten Touristen ist.

This is a very cute bed and breakfast! We loved the location, fantastic staff, and the extras like a small common kitchen space with free snacks and local liquor. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot.

It's a gorgeous location but the walls/floors are a bit thin so you can sometimes hear other guests. However, they provide ear plugs and guests are very respectful so it wasn't an issue for us.

Amazing location and the staff was wonderful!

Sergio was a great host, very welcome and inviting. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The accommodation overall was beautifully decorated. The free breakfast in the morning was a continental style, lots of healthy options.

The locatation is great and the communication with the host was amazing. Parking in the garage was very convenient. We liked the breakfast and the room where it was served (we'd appreciate a bit more vegetables though). It's also nice that there's a common room with a fridge, cuttlery, etc.

Casa Da Graça ligt ideaal in het toeristisch centrum van Ponta Delgada op zo'n 100 meter van de haven/cruise terminal. Kleinschalige B&B met een persoonlijke touch. De kamers zijn ruim met een complete badkamer. Tv, airconditioning en er is WiFi. Het ontbijt is prima met lokale producten van de Azoren. Voor een e.v.t huurauto kunt u in de ruime garage naast de B&B stallen voor € 5,- per dag, aanrader in de buurt zijn weinig parkeerplaatsen en betaald € 0,60 per uur. Wel even reserveren bij boeking. De eigenaars zijn super gastvrij en voorzien je van alle informatie over het eiland Sao Miguel. Cijfer:9,5

Everything was great at Casa da Graca. The owners were extremely friendly and caring. The beds were amazing. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was small, but very tasty and healthy (only products made in Azores). The location was very good for Ponta Delgada, right next to the city center.

There was a very well equipped kitchen on the first floor that had a fridge, a microwave and everything you might need, but it was in a corner between room 7 and 8 and we didn't know about it until the very last day. Some signs on the wall showing where it is would help.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay, from the beautifully restored and decorated building to the excellent breakfast and comfortable room and bed. Sergio was a star in communication and hospitality. A big plus for the private parking opportunity and the new communal kitchen area with fridge etc. All over recommended!

The staff were wonderful. Sergio was available to assistance with dinner reservations, taxis and wonderful suggestions for every aspect of our stay. Dina was at the door to meet us when we arrived in the morning and made sure we were quickly settled in our rooms. Breakfast was delicious.

This is an excellent location for walking to the harbor, shops, and eating establishments. Parking is effortless with a designated parking spot in the adjoining garage. The new breakfast room takes pride of place and the breakfast offerings are lovely. Sergio made us feel right at home and was attentive and helpful. The staff is very friendly.

The location to the main part of Ponta Delgarda, the attention to detail, the plentiful breakfast and it was freshly made every day, the staff. The apartments are well appointed with everything taken care of and thought of. Congratulations to Sergio and Vania, it’s an exceptional property.

The noise from the room next door, toilets flushing in the middle of the night, hearing showers and muffled talking, was a bit annoying for someone who was very tired.

Location, breakfast and service!

The location of the hotel is really nice! Close to the city center and the old harbour (good if you want to dive). Additionally the stuff is super nice and welcoming and the breakfast is really good!

Ha sido una experiencia excepcional, el alojamiento está muy bien cuidado y excepcionalmente limpio. El personal siempre ha estado disponible. El desayuno es buenísimo. A tan solo 10 minutos a pie están las principales compañías que te llevan a ver las ballenas, el mercado central, restaurantes, etcétera. Alojamiento muy recomendable, regresaremos.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cette maison d’hôtes. Tout était impeccablement propre, rien à redire. L’endroit est idéalement situé, proche de tout : restaurants, supermarchés… tout est facilement accessible à pied. La maison est tout simplement magnifique, avec beaucoup de charme et une ambiance très agréable. Un immense merci à Sergio et à la dame qui s’est occupée de nous pour le petit déjeuner chaque matin : ils ont été adorables, attentionnés et toujours disponibles. Sergio nous a accueillis très chaleureusement dès notre arrivée et a même porté ma valise, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Mention spéciale pour le jour de notre départ : nous devions partir très tôt (à 6h du matin), et ils ont pris la gentillesse de nous préparer un petit déjeuner à emporter, avec fruits et sandwiches. Une attention qui fait toute la différence ❤️ Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cette maison d’hôtes.

Stadt easy zu Fuss zu erreichen- eigenen Parkplatz der Unterkunft zu empfehlen. Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert und Ideal zur Erkundung der Insel

Es dauert etwas lang bis Warmwasser zur verfügung steht- funktioniert aber dann.

Die Lage in Ponta Delgada ist perfekt! Die Zimmer sind supersauber, der Service familiär, es fehlt an nichts! Das Frühstück ist regional und lecker! Wenn wir nochmal nach São Miguel reisen, dann würden wir sehr gerne wieder hier wohnen!

El trato personal con Sergio, el Propietario, fue muy bueno, y nos ofrecía varias posibilidades de actividades para hacer en la Isla durante nuestra estancia. La habitación muy confortable y el desayuno muy bueno.

We had a wonderful stay at Cass de Graça! We loved the breakfast in the morning, the service to clean our room, and the location (walking distance to a lot of restaurants!). The staff were so friendly and thoughtful; we would definitely stay here again!
