Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Overall it was pretty good but nothing exceptional for the price. Most mornings the breakfast buffet was empty and was replaced with cold dishes, not up to speed. No knives or glasses available at all ! Room and view/location was good.

Personnel incompétent manquant de professionnalisme évident. Pourquoi mettre une carte de menu si seuls 4 plats au petit dej étaient possibles si on n’est pas pressés ! Plus d une heure d attente pour avoir une omelette… Hôtel clinquant mais de mauvaise qualité et vraiment éloigné de tout . la réception a très mal géré le transfert , il n y avait pas assez de place dans le transport réservé!

Reviewed Aug 12, 2024The staff were amazing! They helped us with our journey into Vietnam, and it all worked out perfectly. The hotel isn't quite finished, hence scoring a 9 instead of a 10. The rooms and pool were fabulous, and I'm sure the addition of the sky bar will make it even better! The Kep Natural restaurant, a short walk from the hotel is worth a visit too.
