When we arrived, everything we needed was already provided, including water, detergents, and other essentials, so we didn’t have to worry about buying anything. The place is also very close to SM Mall, which was a huge advantage and made everything so convenient. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026We stayed here for one week. The place was clean, and everything we needed was available in the unit, including a microwave, utensils, and a washing machine. The owner was nice and very responsive to all our inquiries. The place felt very safe because it is guarded 24/7. It is also within walking distance of restaurants and SM Ecoland.

Reviewed May 6, 2026My family loved their stay. Also the host are very approachable and kind too. Loved the location, because of the sunrise and sunset seen in the unit by the window. Personally, I also loved that they put a little altar in the unit so I find myself reading the bible.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Echt een super comfortabel verblijf. Alles zag er keurig netjes en schoon uit. Het bed sliep fantastisch en wat een harde straal van de douche met warm water! Van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief een goed werkende wasmachine. Ik mocht zelfs iets langer blijven dan oorspronkelijk gepland zonder extra kosten 👍

What we really liked about our stay is the smoothness of our check in and check out process. Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without the people behind it so I'd like to thank ma'am/sir Carlo, Laila, Faith, and Romy for this wonderful experience. We'll surely consider visiting Elaiza's Cozy Home Matina Enclaves Building C Unit 815 again.

I stayed in the Philippines for a month, traveling, and this was by far the cleanest and best place that I stayed at, also a very comfortable bed after a long flight, the view was great, the seating area was a luxury. For the money it was well worth the stay

When rain was pouring we came back to find out the carpet and luggage/clothes were wet as it was dripping by the window. something should be done about this. also there’s only a few outlets and none at all for the toilet/bathroom. we couldn’t find extra towels as they might have placed way up beyond reach. the owner was gracious enough to let us use her private parking spot when we couldn’t find any toilet paper supply. to make up for it..property manager made us feel like we’re a nuisance and he had other better things to do than bring them.
