Condo Near SM with Free Parking Pool WIFI and Netflix

The location was awesome and the building is nice. I didn't use any amenities outside the room (like the pool), but it was nice to have the option if my schedule permitted.

The cooking situation was a bit of a hassle for me. As labeled at the property, some of the stovetop burners didn't work, but I also found that the ones that did were incredibly slow to heat up to the point that I couldn't wait, so I instead used the provided portable electric burner. This was unfortunate because some dishes require at least two burners, plus the heat settings (both on the portable and the stove) were limited, lacking variability. All of this is why I didn't attempt to bake anything, either, which again was unfortunate because I was hoping to cook more as part of my trip plan. (I made due otherwise.) I can also add that the little non-stick kitchenware provided, from what I recall, was heavily shedding their coating, which isn't something you want to be eating. (PFAS/"forever chemicals")

Location was great, close to SM

Probably could have used multiple towels, but the owner was quick with replying and we had new towels in a short amount of time

A Great Stay in Davao! We had a fantastic experience at this apartment in Davao. The room was nice and clean, providing a very comfortable and welcoming space for our stay. The location was excellent, making it easy for us to get around and explore the city. We were also very impressed with the apartment itself; everything we needed was there, which made our trip feel seamless and stress-free. Another major plus was the security, which was very good and gave us complete peace of mind throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Davao looking for a clean, convenient, and secure place to stay.

Nice and comfortable apartment close to the SM Mall. Easy access. Quiet location. Well equipped with all what you need for a pleasant stay. Well furnished. Comfy beds and very nice swimming pool.

Had a couple problems, but the hist responded quickly and is very pleasant to deal with

Location is perfect, easy to catch taxi's - SM mall next door for meals & shopping. Great security (who are polite & friendly). Excellent Wifi, Aircon very good . Perfect place for us in Davao on our first visit - thank you

Very minor point - be good to have some soft cushions on couch.

Plenty of space for a couple. The location is very good being so close to SM mall. It felt very safe as the security was very strong but also helpful. Wena the host was very responsive and helpful.

I couldn’t get the tv in the living room to work but it wasn’t much of a problem as we were out a lot of the time. I didn’t ask for help so it might have been easy to resolve.

Staff was good and unit clean

Property was listed as 2 bedroom and Price comparison would indicate it was 2 bedroom but in fact ONLY ONE Bedroom with a fold out couch / bed in living room. I truly feel the ADVERTISING was Misleading and I feel I was Ripped Off. VALUE POOR !

The host was super responsive. She was answering always within a couple of minutes in case of any questions or issues. She was very kind.

Nice and comfortable apartment , any issue we had had been sorted quickly enough by the staff, so positive experience
