L'accueil et l'emplacement sont parfait. On accède au souk et a plein de commodités à pied sans problème (même le jardin Majorelle). La chambre est très propre et bien équipée.

Attention à l'arrivée nous nous sommes fait arnaquer par deux faux convoyeurs du gîte. Prévenir les futurs clients.

Endroit magique au calme dans la médina, très pratique pour toutes les visites. Personnel charmant et aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner au top. Seul le rooftop était en dessous de ce que nous avions espéré mais comme il fait très chaud, finalement pas très grave !

Bellissima struttura appena fuori dalle mura della Medina. Camera ampia e accogliente, pulizia ottima. Colazione tradizionale marocchina servita al tavolo da personale gentilissimo.

The staff were super kind and helpful. The space was so inviting and relaxing. The room had everything we needed, spacious, comfortable. There are so many spaces to hang out in, indoor and outdoor. The location was hard to find but also close to the chaos, tucked away in a peaceful quiet street.

Il Riad negli spazi comuni è accogliente mentre la camera non è all'altezza del resto della struttura e dei costi. La camera da letto è corredate di finestre, aria condizionata ed il letto e comodo ma da un lato ci sono solo pochi centimetri per passare, io entravo dal fondo del letto. Il bagno è senza finestra, scarsamente illuminato, senza piastrelle ed il piatto doccia scivoloso. Inoltre la porta della camera si chiude con un lucchetto e tra la porta ed il pavimento ci sono 3cm di spazio, un po' come in tenda. La colazione è abbondante e molto gustosa. La posizione è vicino alla Medina, facile e sicuro da raggiungere. Infine il personale si è dimostrato cordiale e molto ospitale.

Il bagno da rivedere. La porta d'ingresso non consono ad una struttura del genere. Sul letto matrimoniale non si può salire da un lato, forse dovrebbero utilizzarla per una doppia con due letti singoli ed il passaggio al centro.

Posizione e rooftop

Assegnazione camera standard anziché superior come da prenotazione. Ci siamo accontentate di un altra stanza che però non aveva la vista piscina come pagato. PISCINA: vasca per i pesci con 2 lettini davanti, chi prima arriva meglio alloggia. COLAZIONE: è un hotel o un Riad? Lascio le foto che rispondono alla domanda. Inoltre la sala colazione ha solo tavoli bassi che ti sembra di stare in Vietnam. CAMERA: non è presente una vera porta ma una porta finestra che si può chiudere solo con un cigolante e chiassoso lucchetto che non chiude ermeticamente la stanza lasciando 2 grandi fessure ai lati che unitamente alle pareti sottili permette di sentire ogni cosa dei vicini.

Good staff

Poorly maintained, kept clean but in aged condition with no tiled flooring. Also required a walk in entry through narrow alleys which could feel unsafe for soem travellers especially at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel & Spa Dar Sara. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly located in the heart of Marrakech. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

O quarto era acessível directamente desde o pátio. A porta e as janelas não isolavam perfeitamente o som. O pequeno almoço é a piscina ficavam do outro lado do pátio (ou seja em frente ao nosso quarto), ouvíamos algum barulho.

Nur zu Fuß über kleine Gassen zu erreichen, teilweise musste man länger warten um reinzukommen weil die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt warund man keinen Schlüssel für die Einfangstür hatte

Great Riad, quiet and just close enough to everything in the Medina. We stayed there for 1 week and it was great. It's located on a quiet and safe street full of other Riads. The room was with AC which helps a lot when you come back sweating from your adventures.

We had a wonderful stay at this Riad. From the moment we arrived, Fátima Ezzahra, Aziz and Fatima were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. They were always available whenever we needed something and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The Riad itself is beautiful, peaceful and very well located, making it a great base for exploring Marrakech. The breakfast deserves a special mention: it was delicious, fresh and typically Moroccan, with a great variety of homemade local specialties. It was the perfect way to start each day. good hospitality, we’re able to check in at 12:30 bc the room was empty. friendly staffs although reception has no one around outside of normal working hours (9am-9pm). clean and spacious room, very comfortable, ac works fine, not noisy

Riad super espacioso y tranquilo. Daba mucha paz estar allí. La comida era brutal. El personal muy amable. Tiene spa y piscina, muy recomendable después de un día de visita. Esta a 15 minutos andando de la plaza principal.

En general, el riad estaba bastante limpio, aunque había algunos pequeños detalles a mejorar. Encontramos telarañas en algunas esquinas y durante toda la estancia quedó una lentilla en la ventana que no era nuestra. Además, algunos días tuvimos que pedir las toallas porque se olvidaban de ponerlas. Son detalles pequeños, pero cuidándolos un poco más, la limpieza podría ser perfecta.

Estaba todo limpio y el personal es muy amable.

No está cerca de la plaza Jemaa el F-na, hay que caminar bastante pero la zona es buena y agradable.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w Medynie, wszędzie można bez problemu dojść pieszo. Pokój był wygodny, klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze, a ponieważ mieszkaliśmy na najwyższym piętrze, w nocy było cicho i spało się komfortowo. Obiekt był czysty i zadbany, łazienka bez zarzutu, z ciepłą wodą i dobrym ciśnieniem pod prysznicem. Kosmetyki bardzo ładnie pachniały. Obsługa była miła, a na powitanie otrzymaliśmy herbatę i ciasteczka. Śniadanie było smaczne i wystarczające. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę noclegu, stosunek jakości do ceny oceniam bardzo dobrze.

Na pokój musieliśmy dość długo czekać. Jeden z ręczników miał nieprzyjemny, lekko stęchły zapach.

Dejligt sted. Smukke gårde, smukt værelse, sødt personale. Bi havde en dejlig uge. Det ligger i gåafstand til det meste. Morgenmaden er fin, ikke noget fancy, men en marokkansk morgenmad med brød, te, æg, appelsinjuice og marmelade, dejligt udgangspunkt for en my dag. Super rent sted.

Man kunne ikke spise på stedet, der var ellers den skønneste tagterrasse, men man benyttede dem ikke. Morgenmaden foregik i stuen. Marrakesh var langt dyrere end forventet. En ordentlig kaffe 35 kr. hovedmåltid normalt ca 70 kr for en lokal ret. Det v’er jeg overrasket over. Kom med lidt tøj og tog hjem med lidt tøj, havde forventet at købe en del men for dyrt. Kun ture var billige

Riad bellissimo, posizione perfetta, in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva a Jemaa el Fna. Lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile e professionale. Fatema e Fatim zahra sono sempre state gentilissime e c’hanno accolto con un bel the marocchino. Aziz è stato un amore sempre molto gentile e disponibile. È stata una bellissima esperienza

Colazione abbondandante e varia. Sono stati molto gentili ad anticipare l'orario per permetterci di prendere l'aereo. Ottimo anche il servizio di transfer l'aeroporto.

Avevamo la suite con terrazzo privato e il posizionamento di ben 3 macchine dell'aria condizionata di fianco alle sdraio è una scelta alquanto infelice, non solo dal punto di vista estetico, ma anche di comfort. Infatti il rumore della macchina e il suo buttar fuori aria calda sono l'opposto di quello che uno vorrebbe mentre è sdraiato in cerca di relax.

Un desayuno continental muy completo y bien elaborado. Todo sabroso.

La ciudad es tan caótica como esperábamos, pero el riad es todo lo contrario: silencioso y espacioso. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarnos y descansar entre una exploración y otra. Nos tocó visitarlo durante los días más calurosos, pero la piscina nos ha venido genial para refrescarnos, y el aire acondicionado de la habitación funciona de maravilla. Además, todos los rincones están decorados con muchísimo cariño y atención al detalle. La terraza, amplia y encantadora, es otro de nuestros rincones favoritos. Mi novia, especialmente, está enamorada de la combinación de colores de este lugar tan bonito. Sin duda, un pequeño oasis de calma en medio del bullicio de la ciudad.

La struttura è meravigliosa in quanto esattamente in stile marocchino. La piscina molto carina, ideale per rinfrescarsi dal caldo di agosto. La stanza bella spaziosa che dava sul un piccolo patio molto curato.

Non mi è piaciuto che lo staff era molto disattento. Le cose venivano ripetute più volte a persone diverse, ma nessuno sapeva mai nulla. Nonostante io abbia segnalato che nel palazzo accanto c’era rumore di lavori in corso , loro non si sono premurati a cambiarmi la camera che è risultata per tre pomeriggi invivibile. La signora delle pulizie risistemando la camera ha dimenticato più volte di mettere gli asciugamani puliti. In più, lo staff, molte volte parlava tra di loro urlando dalla cucina che è adiacente alla piscina disturbando parecchio chi voleva riposare sulle sdraio.

Everything was good

Great staff. Great air con. Comfortable rooms. Easy to get taxis to the main areas from the street nearby. We had a lovely massage (both of us in the same room) just upstairs in the same building which was very convenient.

It was hard to find. You had to walk through alleyways to get to the hotel. Not directly accessible by car. It was fine once we had checked in but with luggage it was a bit tricky. The security guard in the street helped us otherwise we would have been a bit lost on the first day.

La camera da letto era perfetta, la piscina molto bella e per rinfrescarsi a fine giornata, la colazione molto sostanziosa e lo staff molto accogliente

Unica nota negativa il telecomando del condizionatore non funzionante ma non è stato un problema perché la camera era già fresca di suo.

Le Riad est parfait : propreté irréprochable, très joli, le lit trop confort , la vue sur le toit terrasse est magnifique et le personnel très gentil !! Je recommande les yeux fermés !!

Le petit déjeuner commence qu’à 8h ce qui est dommage lorsqu’on a une excursion ça serait bien de proposer à partir de 7 heures je pense :)

coupure d’eau et d’électricité, après une certaine heure les portes du souk sont fermés donc grand détour à faire. Les jeunes en profitent pour parler aux touristes et faire semblant de les guider. Nous avons subi une agression sur le chemin : cherchant à route de nous même car maps donne un faux chemin quelqu un a prétendu nous montrer le chemin, après avoir refusé plusieurs fois il continuait d’insister à la fin il nous a semé et pris sous des menaces a arme blanche de l’argent . Si vous sortez le soir n’y allez pas

Our stay at this riad was exceptionally enjoyable and seamless. Its greatest feature is the location in the heart of the medina-in an area that is remarkably clean, safe, and surprisingly quiet. The riad itself impresses with a fairytale-like design, and the excellent service makes you feel fully cared for. It is the perfect place for a memorable getaway.

We stayed in 3 different hotels and this was the best hotel. Staff was soo humble and nice especially Hajar she was soo kind room was super clean breakfast was amazing and all services was exceptional. Thanks to Dar Sara Staff

Might be the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in!The place is very clean, rooms are cleaned daily sometimes twice a day and the floors and interior are also cleaned daily. Indoor pool and seating areas are very cool and add life to the Riad. Breakfast is good with typical Moroccan bread,coffee and Orange Juice. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Bedroom is very nice and cosy with plenty of storage and tables. Comfy bed and seating within the room. Plenty of plugs, Bed is comfy and contains many pillows. AC works very well and is NEEDED for your stay in marrakech. Bathroom is also spacious with plenty of storage and strong water pressure. Room includes lock and safe which massively improves safety. Great morroccan theme without compromising on the overall experience.Overall an amazing experience and unbelievable Value for money.

El alojamiento en sí es bonito, por fuera no te haces ni idea de lo que hay dentro. El personal es servicial. Y las instalaciones están cuidadas. La cama era cómoda.

Estuvo todo bien, pero me quedé con ganas de probar el desayuno porque teníamos una excursión a primera hora y no tuvimos tiempo.

Pool was quite cold as isn’t indirect sunlight. On last day the cleaning outside the room began before 8am (checkout wasn’t till 12 our flight wasn’t until 8 pm so wanted to have a lie in) and the breakfast was a bit slow/disorganised maybe a turnover of staff as up until then everything had been great.

The property was beautiful; fresh and clean and breakfast was nice.

The location was perfect, close to the medina but quiet, just off a bustling little street that felt safe and friendly. The property itself was beautiful and tranquil. Our room was all that I wanted, feeling really authentic with its own terrace. Staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was adequate but no variety or choices. No option for a hot drink after breakfast. No kettle in the room no room service or snacks available.

The property was fantastic. Super clean and such a stunning property. The pool was lovely to splash around in and I was able to sit in some shade on the rooftop. Breakfast was served well. The location was great. The best thing about the property was the staff. They were welcoming and offered so much help. I’ve never met friendlier staff. Thank you!

The place is very charming, it really feels you’ve just stepped into a portal. The whole place has the feel of a SPA (and smell). Room was really good and clean, A/C worked really well. Staff was nice and helpful. Location is very good, as it’s also in the middle of the Medina, but in a very secure street.

Comfortable, clean, well-situated riad with friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day, the included breakfast was reasonable and the central location made it a convenient stay. Overall would highly recommend.

We stayed at Dar Sara for just one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The room was spotless and smelled amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooftop. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend staying here
