Unit 30 The Bridge - FAMILY UNIT IN A PRIME SPOT ON THE GROUND FLOOR

Mooie ruim appartement, alles aanwezig, schoon en vriendelijk personeel.

Ik had de accomodatie gekozen omdat er een wasmachine is. Alleen is dit een aparte ruimte buiten op het terrein met machines die met muntjes moeten worden bediend en die alleen koud kunnen wassen. Dit had vooraf duidelijker gecommuniceerd kunnen worden.

Ruim huisje, alles aanwezig en alles functioneert.

Ik had het huisje gekozen omdat er een wasmachine zou zijn. Dit bleek een aparte ruimte op het terrein te zijn waar wasmachines en drogers staan. Die zijn met muntjes te gebruiken en dan alleen een koud programma. Dit had van mij wat duidelijker vooraf gecommuniceerd kunnen worden. Was een gepuzzel om erachter te komen hoe dit werkte en aan de juiste muntjes te komen.

I have been to the bridge before and enjoy the location and how handy it is to get to and from. I enjoy being able to walk to the town in the evenings. I enjoy the facilities and pool. And every unit I have stayed in has been great. Unit 30 is just more of the same - thank you!

The ceiling fan in the main bedroom was very noisy when turned on. Not a big deal, I wouldn't have usually, but used the air con on a normal setting instead. If you get chance, oil or fix the fan... would have been happy with just that on to sleep... wasn't so hot when we stayed last weekend.

The place was extremely clean with aircons and fans. The pool is just outside the unit. The ambience is breath taking. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall excellent stay.

No coffee or tea for guests. No soap or shower gel. More towels required.

The place was clean and very well equipped.

The manager of the complex who spoke in a rude tone. The owners and house keeping was lovely.

Très bon séjour ! L'accueil par la sécurité et la femme de ménage a été chaleureux et apprécié. L'appartement, très propre et bien situé, offre une belle vue sur le jardin et la piscine, à proximité des restaurants, supermarchés et de la ville de Sainte-Lucie. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Une surprise incroyable a été de rencontrer les hippopotames dans le jardin, une expérience exceptionnelle.

Un point négatif important concerne l'odeur d'humidité perceptible dans la chambre parentale et la salle d'eau, ce qui nuit au confort. De plus, il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de machine à laver dans l'appartement, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif du logement.

Because there was no electricity for two days, there was no gas stove to prepare food or make coffee. We had a baby with us and couldn't make hot milk for her.. the heat was extreme and rechargeable fans could have helped a lot

The keys were available from Security on arrival - we arrived in the evening and it was no problem. The security guard showed us to our unit. The pictures are good - but it is even better on arrival! There was ice in the freezer on arrival which we were very surprised with - and very grateful! The cleaning lady was so helpful and she is such an asset to this unit

Swimming towels would be a great addition. On another note - and this is not the owners fault, but beware of monkeys! They try to come through the windows even with the burglar bars!

The place was beautiful and clean. Well worth it for the price. The staff was also so polite and friendly. Although there are alot of monkeys that come around, I would definitely recommend this place and I will be booking again soon.

Fantastic location, size of unit, cleanliness, facilities and service from the owner Pam and helper Veli. Definately recommended.

The unit was so clean, and all rooms were so nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a decent meal.

There is absolutely nothing that we can complain about, everything was just perfect.

Very happy with Unit#30!! Met all our family needs. Access to pool is close, AC throughout, nice veranda out patio door. Living room space was great for our needs! Staff were friendly & very helpful.

Transfered to Unit#1 when we requested an additional night. Less roomy with less space.. We all suffered with no working AC, had no power, & no wifi duento loadshedding. Welcome to SA.

We loved the facilities at the resort such as braai, laundry service, swing for kids and swimming pool. Friendly staff, good location in the town centre close to shop, petrol station etc. We enjoyed our stay in St.Lucia and its closness to nature with monkeys, hippos and crocodiles freely roaming the neighborhood.

Poor water pressure in the shower

The staff there was very friendly,from when you arrive the security guy was very welcoming and helpful. mom Veli made sure to make our stay a very comfortable one..we really enjoyed our weekend there...and the rooms were beautiful

The property was located near the restaurants and shops. The cleaning lady was very helpful. The guards at the gate gave excellent service. The property and garden facilities were very neat. Easy to braai, swim in the pool and play tennis. Wildlife like badgers and hippos a plus.
