Location was ideal. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was good. Rooms were neat.

Close enough to Cape Vidal which was the main reason for the visit

No cappucino served and had to close all upstairs passage windows both nights to block out smoke and noise

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, nur ein paar Schritte von Restaurants und Shops entfernt. Hippos haben wir leider keine gesehen aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Die Zimmer waren gut und das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung!

Cerca de la calle principal pero sin ruido, buen descanso. Puedes ir andando a la zona del muelle y zona de restaurantes. Habitación amplia y limpia. Buena zona de piscina con hamacas, te prestan toallas. Personal amable. Buen desayuno buffet. Vimos hipos bebiendo de la piscina desde la habitacion!!

The breakfast could've been better. Plus there are no buffet options for Lunch and Dinner. Sadly there's no proper chef at this hotel. Maybe that's the reason why the breakfast is so bad.

The bed was so uncomfortable and they weren’t very accommodating when asked to swop rooms . Asked twice and both times they couldn’t assist.

Our rooms were RIGHT at the back. Literally. I requested for a room closer to the front for my dad (old with a walking stick) and unfortunately this could not be accommodated. We even asked if he could park closer to the back and use one of the back entrances (maybe the conference room entrance or something). Unfortunately this couldn't be accommodated. It was sad to see him walk soooo far.

I like the fact that it was in the heart of St Lucia & I was able to see Hippos across the property.

The corridor to rooms is tiled so really noisy when people wheel cases or talk! No lift.

The breakfast had a wide selection of cereal, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, cold meats and a full cooked breakfast. A beautiful location especially that the hippo wander through the property. The security alerts the guests that the hippo have arrived by flashing his torch in all the windows. What a beautiful sighting.

We were not informed that the security guard alerted the guests. That would have been nice to know on arrival.

They went out of their way to cater for us, as we were vegetarians. The staff really accommodated us with a smile. Very thoughtful and well organized.

Die zentrale Lage im Ort- alles ist fusssläufig erreichbar. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Freundliches Bedienungspersonal (Küche / Service). Eigentümer der sehr informativ ist.

Instant-Kaffee nicht vorhanden oder rationiert. Bei Ankunft nur Ricoffe. Auf Nachfrage gab es keinen Instant Kaffee. Rationierung auf 2 Portionen im Zimmer. Im 4 Sterne Hotel ! Nächsten Tag das gleiche Spiel. Milchportionen nur auf Nachfrage ersetzt. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Am ersten Frühstücksmorgen waren nur wenige Gäste dort. Es gab nur ein eingeschränktes Frühstück - noch nicht einmal frische Ananas war verfügbar obwohl es die Ananas-Region schlechthin ist. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig zum Flur. Wir hatten das Pech laute Spätheimkehrer neben uns zu haben. Okay das kann passieren. Die Zimmer sind nüchtern eingerichtet, keine Bilder oder nettes Design. Fazit: zu teuer für die Leistung. Ich war schon sehr häufig in St Lucia und "teste" immer die Unterkünfte, da ich Tourguide bin. In der Preisklasse gibt es bessere Optionen, die nicht am Gast sparen.

Reservation wasn't managed well, no room booked when we arrived and was asked to move rooms on the second day. TV wasn't working.

The property is easy to find, it’s located next to the Main Street where most restaurants are.

The hotel is under renovations, there’s an awfully strong smell of fresh pain. They had to electricity when I was there but they also don’t have back/up like most hotels in the country. I had to sit at reception to charge my phone there, my room was dark. Receptionist on duty didn’t tell me that there was no electricity when I was booking, I was informed of this issue right after I booked.

The room itself was comfortable and contained all amenities. It was nearcto reception, so was a bit noisy. I was very pleased with the patio door and table outside.

Приехали в Santa Lucia, насмотревшись разных блогеров и миллион фото с бегемотами. Возможно, бегемоты там и были раньше, однако, теперь это - типичный туристический поселок с примитивными развлечениями - рестораны, сувениры, танцевальные шоу для скучающих туристов на верандах ресторанов, дневные прогулки на лодке по реке, неспешные променады по пляжу... До Хлухлуве - далеко, больше часа на машине. Не лучший выбор, если цель - посещение Хлухлуве или посмотреть бегемотов

Everything setup, customer care. Receptionist almost lost my drivers license. There was a smell on the premises. Pillows cases were clean however pollows were dirty and smelling. I also opted for another lodge around. I only slept once at that hotel instead of 3 nights. Cannot recommend that hotel to anyone for vacation. It is like a Hlalanathi hotel. I never saw at hotel which does not have aircon. It only limiting you to cool and you cannot change to heat or fan depending on room temperature. I will never come back again

The cups for coffee in the breakfast room were too small for my liking coz I love my coffee. The breakfast time also is too at least 10h00 should be finish time

The front staff were not friendly. There was a manager on site didnt get his name he was very helpful. We arrived early with a baby but couldn't get a room mind you I had booked 2 rooms. We requested interleading rooms but were given normal rooms. We had to ask to have rooms changed. Wifi was very bad.

Water pressure in the shower was really low. Traveled with my four year old that gets bored easily, no kiddies channels available(DSTV). No room service as per the receptionist.

I liked everything. The staff and management where very professionaland, helpful and friendly the rooms well equipped and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Home away from home. A complete waste of my money, i could not wait to get home. As per above, a mistake to have booked at this place and absolute waste of money to travel and come to such a 1star facility. Deceiving to be starting this place is above 2 star

Staff were very unfriendly. Breakfast was below average, having to ask staff to replenish coffee and milk at the beverage stations. Booking was done for a family however, rooms allocated were far away from each other. No apologies about this error done from the hotel side.
