スタッフの対応の悪さ。 朝食も大混雑で、諦めて帰る人も続出するほどで、スタッフは自分の仕事をするだけでお構いなしって感じ。

Reviewed May 13, 2026天気が悪いなかで、台数が多いバイクで行きましたが、融通をしてくださり、全てのバイクが屋根したに停められました。
昨年利用した時より、清掃スタッフが変わったのか、ベットの枕元(ベットヘッド)の掃除がされて無く、あり得ないほどのホコリがたまっていました。 一緒に行った友人は、入室後直ぐにホコリアレルギー症状が出て、慌てて薬を飲んで対処していました。 改善をお願い致します。

Personally I found the pillows too hard... It would have been nice to be able to switch to a softer option.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026部屋の中も綺麗で、備品など各種整っていた。 サウナ付きの大浴場も遅い時間まで稼働しており、かなり助かった。 起床時間が遅かったため参加出来なかったが、朝食ビュッフェもあるらしい。
空調が部屋ごとに調整できない。 季節の変わり目などに行くと、あついのに全体でしか調整できないから冷房を付けれない。また、対処法は窓を開けてくださいとの事。夜はあまり眠れませんでした。

たいことがあっても、なかなか従業員の方に質問することができ、なかっておばあちゃん残念です。高山全体がインバウンド向けなので、お店でもいろいろ地元目線でのお話をするとよかったです。
