Appartamento non molto confortevole: doccia aperta, divano letto scomodo e collocato in spazio troppo angusto. All'arrivo impossibile aprire il portone per guasto. Nessuno dello staff ha risposto al telefono.

Bei der Ankunft war die Situation sehr kompliziert. Wenn Sie keinen Internetzugang zur Kommunikation haben, geraten Sie in Schwierigkeiten, denn Sie erhalten keinen Schlüssel zu Ihrer Wohnung. Die Wohnung war zu klein, das Doppelbett war überhaupt nicht bequem. Die Matratze und Kopfkissen waren katastrophal. Die einzige Klimaanlage befindet sich, ziemlich dumm, direkt neben dem Doppelbett. Er machte ständig laute, verstörende Geräusche, die besonders im Schlaf auffielen, Die kühle Luft erreichte den anderen Raum nicht, da dieser keine Klimaanlage hatte. Die Handtücher waren noch feucht, sie waren noch nicht trocken. Am schlimmsten war aber, dass wir keinen Parkplatz fanden, was zu einer sehr verwirrenden und frustrierenden Situation führte. Wir fühlten uns tatsächlich betrogen. Aufgrund all dieser Unannehmlichkeiten mussten wir unsere Reise um einen Tag verkürzen und nach Hause zurückkehren. Wir hoffen, dass andere diese unglückliche Erfahrung nicht wiederholen und die Qualität ihrer Urlaubsunterkunft sorgfältig prüfen.

Es wäre allerdings schön, wenn ihr noch eine Waschmaschine hinzufügen und die Kaffeemaschine austauschen könntet. Ich konnte leider nirgends passende Kaffeekapseln dafür finden. 😆🙈 Vielen lieben Dank! Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden und mit einem guten Gefühl abgereist.

Gedoe met het openen van de deur. Een niet werkende airco in een bloedheet appartement. En een vreselijk lawaai als het werkte. Kapotte douche. Vies appartement onder het bed was al jaren niet gestofzuigd. Zelf opengemaakte koekjes en viezigheid. Stoelen die kapot waren.kortom geen fijn appartement.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Schlicht und einfach - aber alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, es ist nah am Zentrum und am See.
Die Klimaanlage dürfen, gerade bei den aktuellen Sommertagen doch stärker sein, bzw ihm Wohnzimmer wäre es angenehm, wenn ebenfalls eine vorhanden ist. Für Personen die im Wohnzimmer schlafen, ist es deutlich zu warm.

Very poor air conditioning system. There were 35 degrees, high humidity and we really needed the AC but the functionality was very low and noisy.

Airco vreemd geplaatst in Slaapkamer TE DICHT BIJ gast in bed. Alleen grote verlichting in slaapkamer, geen nachtkastjes. In woonkamer geen salontafel. Op de bedbank kun je Goed zitten maar je drinken en evt. bord moeten op de grond. Ook hier alleen groot licht erg ongezellig appartement. In de warme periode ook te warme woonkamer.

Die Ausstatung in der Küche ist etwas knapp zum kochen.

Buvo nešvarus kilimas ir trūksta jaukesnės šviesos vakare arba knygos skaitymui.

First of all picture on here are deceiving. Nothing like what you see online, we got a tiny apartment. There is no balcony or a view, no dining table and the beds are uncomfortable. The kitchen didn’t have a washing machine, microwave or toaster. No cleaning products, vacuum or sweeping brush. If you make a mess in the apartment then you have to just live with that mess. On the site it mentions that is a washing machine which is one of the reasons I booked this place because I have two kids, however you have to pay for the washing machine. There is no “special request” you have to pay for it and it’s outside the apartment. This has to be mentioned on their details. It seems that the owners didn’t not clean before we came because there was dust and spider webs on lights and side of the wardrobes. Also the tv remote’s batteries were not working clearly shows that the owners didn’t even check if everything is working for the guests. I contacted the staff told her my son watches the tv and the remote is not working. I had to connect the tv to my mobile and I got ignored for whole day, I had to contact the staff again to remind her it’s not working. She didn’t message me or anything instead I got a call from a number asking me what’s wrong with the tv. Another reason I choice this apartment because of the sofa bed and it was so uncomfortable that my husband had to sleep on the floor for 5 nights. I used the washing machine and there was no washing powder or tablets I had to wait for staff to bring it for me and the machine wasn’t working properly it didn’t finish so I had to finish washing my clothes in the apartment. I send a video of the machine and my clothes to staff but I was told you have to pay. Why should I pay for something that didn’t finish the job. Overall it’s disappointing waste of money. I get a message the small bathroom towel is damaged and I have to pay €30 euros for that!!!

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025Gorgeous flat, beautiful property and views. Enjoyed the balcony. It was incredibly spacious. We really enjoyed spending time there. It was in a central location.
When we arrived to the property, the host messaged to say he had upgraded us for free which we were really grateful for. He then forgot to send us new details of the property until I phoned him and then he told us that the new upgraded property was 30 mins away from the original flat. It would have been fine if we received details of the upgraded flat earlier as it was actually a better location than the flat we’d originally booked. We’d had a long day and then had to walk 30 minutes to check in.

Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen – alles ist bequem, und es ist angenehm, sich im Raum aufzuhalten. Es gibt sämtliches benötigtes Geschirr, Tee, Kaffee und leichte Snacks – das war bei der Ankunft sehr passend!
У нас був барний стіл з барними стільцями, що було не дуже зручно дітям, але не критично. Wir hatten einen Bartisch mit Barhockern, was für die Kinder nicht ganz bequem war, aber nicht weiter schlimm.

The apartment, on the fifth floor with an elevator, is comfortable, spacious, and quiet despite being on the corner of a busy street. The kitchenette is sufficiently equipped. A comfortable bathroom. Shopping is available at Coop City, not directly next to the house, but nearby. Good online communication with the host. The keys are in a box.

Wir wollten um 11:00 Check out machen dafür wurde von uns 30 Fr pro Apartment verlangt. Parkplatz war für 2 Tage 50Fr was eine abzockerei ist. Die Apartments waren verstaubt, kalt, unhygienisch. Es wurde bei nichts entgegen gekommen. Auch bei Check In mussten wir 3 std vor dem Hotel Warten. Beim Check out war niemand vorhanden und wir mussten da nochmal 119Fr zahlen, wo wir nicht mal wissen für was. Das Geld was wir geben mussten war nur Bar möglich. Es war unverschämt wie man mit Kunden umgeht definitiv nie wider.

Met slaapbank uitgeklapt was het nogal krap, en de airco was in de slaapkamer en koelde niet genoeg om ook de woonkamer (met slaapbank) te koelen.
