Keine echte (fest installierte) Klimaanlage, sondern sehr lautes Mobilgerät mit Abluftschlauch. Für nächtlichen Betrieb eher ungeeignet. Schlafcouch nur einseitig nutzbar.

J’ai réservé un appartement climatisé mais il s’agit seulement d’un climatiseur portable, extrêmement bruyant et peu efficace : deux nuits horribles en plein été Par ailleurs, l’annonce précise coin chambre et coin salon ce qui induit en erreur par rapport à d’autres hébergements : il s’agit en réalité d’un studio et canapé-lit et lit sont dans la même pièce. A avoir en tête si plus de deux voyageurs

Really nice and cozy apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and even some oil and herbs for cooking. The host was available for questions any time, Elias made it possible for us to stay with our baby and finding a parking close by with the park card was no problem. The balcony was nice to enjoy dinner. Walking to the centre about 20min, only 5 min to cable car in paradiso up to Mount San Salvatore.

A bit much traffic / walking to the centre along busy streets with a lot of construction - not the fault of the host.

L'appartamento è in una posizione ottima, è perfetto per soggiornare anche con bambini piccoli, in un attimo si arriva al centro di Paradiso e in 15 minuti di passeggiata stupenda sul lungo lago si arriva in centro a Lugano. La pulizia e i servizi sono eccellenti. Quando torneremo a Lugano di certo torneremo in questo alloggio. La proprietaria è gentilissima e ci ha dato consigli e supportato fin dal nostro arrivo. Che dire tutto perfetto.

Non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto. Attenzione solo alle scale interne se si hanno bimbi piccoli perché non c'è un cancelletto ma sinceramente per noi non è stato un problema.

Spacious, modern and comfortable, good location

The pillows were very hard, everything else was great!

The kitchen had everything you needed to be self catering. Bathroom was lovely, great towels! It was a great location for bus connections, the lakes ferries and the funicular and not too much of a walk to all the main places in Lugano.

It got very hot with the glass aspect but the little balcony was lovely for breakfast in the sun and opening up the door and windows cooled down enough when we stayed in March.

A very nice, modern and clean apartment, perfect for a family trip in Lugano.

The free parking spots are a little bit difficult to find and we were lucky to have the last one available because otherwise we should have to go to a parking and pay.

Elegante Loft in zona molto tranquilla ma centrale di Lugano, in 7 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il LAC e da li' in via Nassa verso il centro. Arredamento curato e tutto il necessario a disposizione per un soggiorno rilassante. Bagno, cucina e tutti gli ambienti sono molto puliti e ben accessoriati. La proprietaria, Elisa, e' stata molto gentile nel fornirmi ulteriori informazioni in ralazione al mio soggiorno. Tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione e raccomando questo Loft a tutti coloro che amano un ambiente elegante e allo stesso tempo estremamente funzionale!

Όπως ήταν στις φωτογραφίες. Φτιαγμένο από πολύ καλά και προσεγμένα υλικά. Οι οδηγίες ήταν εξαιρετικές και η επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα. Το γεγονός ότι είχε τόσες κάψουλες και επιλογές για την καφετιερα και τόσο εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα ήταν μεγάλο συν!!

Αυτό Το οποίο το ξέραμε ότι θα μένουμε 4 άτομα σε ένα χώρο αλλά το ξέραμε από πριν. Δεν ξέρω ίσως με μια άλλη διαμόρφωση χώρου αν θα μπορούσε να βγει μια ξεχωριστή ακόμα μικρή κρεβατοκαμαρα. Αλλά αυτό δεν είναι αρνητικό είναι κάτι που ξέραμε από πριν! Όλα ήταν Τέλεια!!!!

Excelente apartamento em Lugano. Amplo, limpo, bem localizado, fácil de acessar. Todas as instruções do proprietário foram claras e precisas. Ainda nos forneceu um cartão de estacionamento para o carro. Um pouco afastado da área mais agitada da orla, mas no nosso caso achamos bom, pois era um bairro bem tranquilo. Valeu muito a pena.

Nada. Como informação, para quem tiver problemas com mobilidade, é importante saber que o apartamento é acessado por escadas.

Location was good, walking distance to the lake, had a few stores nearby, and easy to drive to. Also, the shower is amazing, fantastic water pressure. Very simple, clean and easy.

The parking is a little tricky if you do not know what you are doing - you need to find the right street and the right bays...its a short walk away. There is no parking on the property itself. Just a note that there are a few stairs as soon as you enter the apartment. Also, the bed is so squeaky - seriously just get a new bed in there.

The place is super clean and equipped with all required facilities. Elisa is super friendly and very supportive .

Location is great and getting access to key was easy. Place was clean and had a nice kitchenette.

Parking situation was a nightmare. The explanation of parking spots lacked details and it made all the difference. I drove around in an unknown area looking for the parking for 45 minutes. Mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning was a tiny floor portable unit that couldn’t cool the place and I had to sleep in warm air. Flight of stairs with heavy bag wasn’t fun.

Appartamento moderno, pulito , dotato di tutti i comfort. Ottima posizione, parcheggio comodo vicino alla struttura. Host disponibile , gentile ed efficiente, ci ha fornito tutte le info necessarie per il nostro soggiorno .

Had everything you needed with no skimping on essentials. Copious supply of excellent coffee pods. Great bathroom. Good location away from the crowds in Lugano but it was only a short walk away.

Didn’t really use the balcony looking out over a new building. Air conditioning was a portable fan. Not too much of an issue in early June.

The property was immaculate with a nice view and location near the lake.

Parking was free but a bit difficult to locate initially.

Great apartment in Lugano, host was exceptional and the Loft had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable and a great location.

Good location, everything you need, bathoom and kitchen are great, owner was nice and helpful. I would love the loft in winter months.

There is no AC, I thought it will be ok since the weather was high 50ties in the nights and low 70ties during the days, there is a fan, but it didn't do anyhing (was loud, didnt cool the room down and it has bunch of led lights), we couldn't sleep, we were so hot (we tried to open the balcony door, but then we could hear every car passing, include heavy duty trucks. There is construction going on 50 m from the loft.) The bed is squeaking every time you move. As much as I liked the loft and hate to leave bad review, I have to say our nights were miserable, room was like 80F+. If you like cool, dark, quiete room for sleep, stay somewhere else.

Host is very responsive. Apartment is easy accessible. Location is great, 5 minutes walking to lake. Large windows with great view. Everything is perfectly clean. All main points of interest and restaurans are in walking distance. Bonus is free parking in tourist area near apartment. Warm recommendation.

Cozy and spacious, everything needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated tasty coffee and having breakfast on the balcony with the amazing view. Elisa is a very welcoming and nice host.

The property is exceptionally clean and tidy. The view from the balcony is magnificent, offering a picturesque panorama. Its location is excellent, situated in a charming neighborhood not far from the promenade, with convenient bus stops right in front of the building.

While the flat itself is nice, the furniture appears to be of the cheapest possible quality, giving the impression that only the bare minimum was invested. The bed was particularly uncomfortable, producing loud squeaky noises with even the slightest movement, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Also to be noted: The “Free Parking” mentioned in the listing is somewhat misleading. While a card is provided that permits free street parking, there is no guarantee of finding an available spot. During our stay, we were unable to find parking, which was contrary to the expectations set by the advertisement.
