This accommodation is very spacious, value for your money, excellent.

The location of Santorini is absolutely superb. The views are incredible and the estate is situated on Ocean Drive, the road that runs parallel to the sea from Salt Rock to Ballito. There are shops, restaurants and more close by but once you're in the estate it is so peaceful and quiet.

The furnishings in 8 Pyrgos are a bit dated but this isn't really an issue. I did find the 'starter pack' of a small dishwashing liquid, liquid soap and x1 1 ply toilet roll along with a note to buy your own once this is finished a bit strange. I suppose we're used to staying in accommodation where toilet paper is provided.

Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr umständlich - kein direkter Strand Zugang möglich. Der beschriebene Privatstrand bezieht sich auf das ganze Estate. Die Schranktüren sind völlig verzogen, schließen nicht. Lichtschalter defekt - allgemeine Wartung nötig. Kissen speckig und abgewohnt wie die ganze Wohnung - ist nur als Anlageobjekt zu verstehen. Kein Personal außer dem freundlichen Wachdienst am Gate niemand getroffen. Völlig unpersönlich. Das witzigste ist aber: 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier für 2 Toiletten - ist so auch vorgesehen!

The security at gate was friendly and the place was very nice and clean. It was close to the beach.

Because I was traveling with kids you know them they are nought they make a mess but not too much. I could find the broom and the mop. To leave the house not clean it not my style.

Location was amazing - views were stunning! The owner went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.

I would advise people to bring tissue coz there's only 1. Bring the bathsoap. They got braaistand plz bring your own things such as charcoal

Everything was amazing besides the extra long walk to and from to the beach. Place was clean and neat and very cozy.

Wifi wasn't working used alot of data. Mislead advertising about beach view, was a long walk to and from the beach. No respect from the unprofessional cleaners who came to clean at check out extremely rude. The friendly cleaner was the one whom was present when we arrived and that was there on the 10th.

The development itself is situated on a lovely beach, however the home is in the middle of the development with NO SEAVIEWS.

The bed mattresses are antiquated and have never been changed since the 80's. I couldn't sleep on those beds with the springs jabbing me.

The fact that the access to the beach was not clearly explained to us, we ended up not going to the beach because of that.

The staff (Wayne) was always available to help. Cleaning services were fantastic

No sea views inside the apartment

The location is amazing. The place felt like a home away from home and my kids throughly enjoyed being here.

Some of the fans need to be fixed in order to function optimally or an AC is needed.

It was a beautiful stay , iv received a birthday cake as it was my birthday, very warm welcome , the owner was so friendly always on soot when we needed to check with something , too sad couldn't book longer as it was booked because the stay was so beautiful

Just the monkeys troubled alot

Very spacious apartment, very comfortable beds. Lovely outside area. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Close to a really nice beach. There is a lovely play area for the kids and bush walks in the estate. Very safe as well. Overall, a really lovely stay, will definitely visit again.

We only got 1 roll of toilet paper. Not 8 Pyrgos, but Santorini, the bush walks around the estate need some maintenance and clearing. Kids were super keen to do them all but they were very overgrown and underkept.

Amazing price, which made it a good value for money. A great add on is the daily cleaning service which is included in the price, even though we didn't make use of it.

The beach was a little further aways than what we expected.

The house is clean, and the host was available on WhatsApp to help.The beach was indeed a gate away.The place is big and has all the house necessities. I would definitely consider coming back and recommend it.The host ,Wyne, is nice.

They unfortunately did not have any beach gear (umbrella,chairs & towels)..There was only 1 toilet paper that was provided during our 3 nights stay.Upon our departure, Michelle,who is an agent insisted that we were provided with 6 towels while we told her that it was only 5 towels as iI have also make a 5 people booking. I did not like this at all,actually I was so pissed off as she was accusing us of taking the towel.I wouldn't understand why we would take a towel that is being used by everyone in the world.She insisted and was not even apologetic even after I told her that we did not take the towel and did not have any reason to do that as we are not needy. The owner, Wyne, however, did apologize about this incident and even offered us a 1 night free if we ever rebook his place.

Everything! Everyone I interacted with from the booking to housekeeping was so pleasant! So friendly and made us feel so comfortable! Will definitely be back. Place, view, location everything was perfect. The kids absolutely enjoyed themselves. There's a reason why it's always booked. It's perfection!

I likes that the beach is a walking distance. The place is peaceful and beautiful. It felt like home.

The bedding was clean except for the polar fleece blanket. It had a bad smell, so I couldn't use it.

Didnt read or see anything regarding the walk to the beach - its quite a diatance and has a ton of stairs. Wouldn't say I didn't like it, just think it should be specified so one is aware

1st day staff came in without knocking to clean which was ok but lack of privacy , 2nd day there was a guy sanding /filing down the stairs right outside our door the noise was so loud . Probably due to the season pool was cold so we couldn't really enjoy that .

The place was very clean, they clean it daily and wash your breakfast dishes during your stay, the kitchen is fully equipped, it,s a home away from home..and the host is always available via WhatsApp and responds quickly, it is a very safe and secured place....

Check out time and the attitude of the lady that comes on your check out day, u must be out of the apartment by 9h00 sharp,

8 Pyrgos is a spacious apartment in a great location. It has everything you need for a lovely stay in Ballito. It has an eclosed patio where you can sit and enjoy the fresh sea air without monkeys bothering you.

The decor is a bot dated, but the whole apartment is functional nevertheless. The mattresses are not new anymore, and perhaps not on par with those of more modern apartments.

Had to wait at main gate to get the keys and was only let in a few minutes after check in time. I did ask for early check in but did not get it
