ART HOUSE - Maison d'art

In informatie stond dat het ontbijt bestond uit 4 croissants en 4 gebak, dit bleek chocolade broodjes te zijn.. Na 2 dagen hebben we gevraagd om de chocolade broodjes te vervangen voor 4 witte bollen, hier is gehoor aan gegeven. De keuken was goed uitgerust oven, elektrische kook plaat koffie machine met cups erbij, water koker mer diverse smaken thee, boter en diverse Jam. Bedden groot en comfortabel. Badkamer netjes. Handdoeken voldoende aanwezig.

Er was 1 spiegel boven het badmeubel, het wasbakje was erg klein. We miste een grote pas spiegel. Deze zou bijvoorbeeld in beide slaapkamers geplaatst kunnen worden, daar is ruimte genoeg voor. De slaapkamer aan de voorzijde had 1 kast bestaande uit vierkante blokken, kleding kon je niet ophangen. De slaapkamer aan de achterzijde had een lade kast voor liggende kleding dit was voldoende. Er hing 1 kapstok met 4 hangers voor hangklledng. Een passpiegel was niet aanwezig. Na het douchen konden we de badlakens nergens uithangen om te drogen, geen kleding rek of waslijn. De handdoeken moet je over de eetkamer stoelen hangen om te laten drogen, dit wordt wel lastig want er zijn maar 4 eetkamer stoelen, we hebben gevraagd om een wasrek maar hier werd niet aan voldaan, erg jammer. De WiFi was wel lastig om te koppelen, we zijn er een aantal uur mee bezig geweest, uit eindelijk bleek dat de schoonmaakster de kabels eruit had gehaald en deze vonden we uiteindelijk in een mand. Tip voor de eigenaar zorg voor een kleding rek waar je natte hansdoeken en kleding aan kan hangen om te drogen.

V takto horkých dnech by se hodila klimatizace, alespoň byly větráky.

Goede host, fijne locatie, prettige (harde, goede) bedden, host reageert snel en accuraat op vragen. Babybed is goed. Al met al een fantastisch verblijf!

Ligt aan een drukke weg, maar heb ik niet als hinderlijk ervaren.

- im not a big fan of senseo - the included breakfast should contain , some bread and maybe some cheese and charcuterie for the not sweet ones :) but the croissants and the pain choco are very good (self pick up at the shop)

The property was very clean and spacious for us 4 people. The bed rooms were really huge and nice. Liked the kitchen and the dining area to sit done and have a meal. The kitchen was well equipped. We Liked the art work which made it so special. We also enjoyed the fact that the landlord had made arrangement for breakfast at a local bakery. One more thing which was special was listening to music on the record player was also a highlight for us in the evenings. The landlord was very friendly and accommodating for our special wishes and took a lot of care for that. It was not far from the city centre and we enjoyed the City Mons a lot.

Le logement est agréable et spacieux, propre, le couchage est parfait. Juste un wc hors salle de bain serait bien. Les viennoiseries pour le petit déjeuner sont très bonnes.

Prijs-kwaliteit top - alle basis benodigdheden zijn aanwezig in de keuken. Het ontbijt is basis maar voldoende, kan je naar eigen smaak aanvullen met nog wat extra's in de bakker waar je het ontbijt kan ophalen. Communicatie verloopt zeer vlot! Helemaal top, vriendelijk! De bedden zijn zeer goed! Gratis parkeren in de straat = perfect. Eigenlijk een hele fijne uitvalsbasis om vb een stad als Mons te bezoeken

El piso es cómodo, amplio, limpio, climatizado, tiene puerta de entrada a pie de calle, se aparca fáci y gratuito. Las fotos son reales, los dormitorios estan en la segunda planta y el baño amplio pero abajo, lo que implica varias escaleras. La ropa de cama y toallas en buen estado. El desayuno abundante diario y muy rico El dueño esta pendiente y presto para alguna necesidad a través de mensajes.

Solo tiene 1 espejo en el aseo, seria recomendable colocar otro en el salón.

The accomodation was comfortable.

The artwork outside our room was abit scary for the children. This was the only downside.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een sportevent in de Lotto Expo Mons; praktisch, proper, voorzien van al het nodige, vriendelijke eigenaar.

Redelijk wat straatlawaai (auto's) in de slaapkamer aan de voorzijde.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im ART HOUSE sehr gut gefallen. Es bietet viel Platz und ist bestens ausgestattet. Besonders nett ist das inkludierte Frühstück aus der nahegelegenen Bäckerei "Le petit boulanger". Gleich am ersten Abend sind wir auch dem Tip vom Gastgeber gefolgt und haben im Mons superleckere belgische Fritten und Mitraillettes gegessen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist prima, um z.B. den Tieroark Pairi Daiza zu besuchen oder auch einen Ausflug nach Brüssel zu machen. Vielen Dank an unseren Gastgeber David, der immer für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Wir empfehlen das ART HOUSE gerne weiter.

Juste magnifique et agréable, merite un 20 /10

La maison est juste magnifique, agréable, des qu on y rentre on se sent bien .. c est parcequ on sait mettre que 10 sinon j aurai mis 20

Mooi huis. Fijne bedden. Goed ontbijt. Aardige eigenaar die snel reageert op vragen.

Eigenlijk niks. Alleed zaten wij er met een hitte golf dus was het erg warm vooral op de slaapkamers.

Nous avons aimé la propreté, le petit déjeuner et toutes les petites intentions avec la boîte de bonbons de bienvenue. Chambres spacieuses.

Il est dommage qu' il n'y est qu' une salle de bain avec les toilettes. Et nous étions 5 femmes et le seul miroir de la salle de bain n'est malheureusement pas suffisant. Je vous conseille fortement de mettre un grand miroir voir plusieurs.

Was very close to the canal, which was where we were having a weekend with our friends. The host looked after our wellbeing to the extent that he had arranged for breakfast to be picked up fresh from the local Patisserie

Lovely clean place good communication from host very comfortable and good facilities

Very large and comfy 2-floor apartment, awesome for a family. I was alone so there was way too much space for me. Easy parking outside. The owner was on-call and very helpful.

A bit complicated to find the keys and the lockbox. Took me a while to understand where is what. The property name may imply that it is a hotel, just know it is not, it's an apartment. The complimentary breakfast is a 10 min walk to a bakery where you can pick up complimentary croissants, they are amazing though. :)

Everything was perfect. I had a very short stay, just to sleep 1 night on way to another location. Hope to return & stay longer.

Nice house, clean and well maintained. The breakfast and little extras were a nice touch. David was very responsive to all our questions.

It was quite cold while we were in Belgium and while David did address the situation and helped make the house feel warmer, the bedroom stayed cold. Not sure if/how this could be fixed.

This was a great spot for my family to stay in. Location was nice and easy to access. Parking was available right out front. Pizza place right down the street was good and great for take away. Loved how clean the house was! Beds were comfortable and bathroom was spotless. David provided fresh pastries from the local bakery and they were exceptional! I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

There was a motion sensor light upstairs that wouldn’t stop going on and off throughout the night even when we tried switching it off.

Absolutely beautiful townhouse with stunning art and an extremely helpful owner! Excellent breakfast, easy parking just outside the house, huge comfortable beds! Would love to come back and stay longer!!
