Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Minimalist setting was a plus. I liked how it was packed with various stuff to make one's stay worthwhile and enjoyable - besides the streaming-capable TV. I am already considering it as my go-to for my next staycation.
Even though most of the place was spic and span, there were just some areas that required a more thorough cleaning like the grime near the CR entrance and the cockroach nymphs that suddenly appeared on the morning of my last day when I was cooking breakfast.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2025The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and polite. The in-room wi-fi stopped working during my stay, but the owner kindly responded to my request. It's very convenient for dining and shopping as SM City is right in front of the hotel.
The wait for the elevator was long.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2025The host was responsive with our requests and needs. The room was clean and practical and very comfortable to stay in. We almost have everything we needed. The place is really in a good location, very accessible to the mall just across SM City. MyBus Station is also just beside SM City and you can have direct access to the airport and other city attractions like Oceanpark and Anjo World Theme Park with just one ride at an affordable price. You can really save enough money, no need to grab a taxi.
I think a little clock in the room would be of great help for travellers so as not to always check time in the phone. A little trash can in the room also, aside from the bathroom, would be convenient as well.

Aircon is not working well.It makes a random sound.The bed is connected to the cabinet and it’s too high for me to climb.Cabinet doors need a rubber stopper as to not bang when close.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2025Easy to check in and out. Small, but well equipped with good aircon and a functional kitchen and a good bathroom. It is in a great location, opposite a mall and the bus station for Malapascua Island. Also near the centre and the old town. Good value.
It is small, with the sofa bed out, there is little room and the storage is hard to reach as it is by the bed platform.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2024Location was great. Unit has everything that a traveler would need. The host was very responsive to queries and requests.
Would suggest to have a microwave though. The windows appear to be unsafe for toddlers tho so we had to put a tape on it. I would suggest a double lock/child safety lock for it. The sink/toilet could do a deep clean as there was a strange smell coming out from it sometimes. Otherwise, overall our stay was great.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2024I like that there is a kitchenette where I can cook my own food. Location is exceptional as it is just across the mall. I like that there is Netflix, you tube, drinking water in the place, complete toiletries. There is hot water for shower. Message host is also responsive and prompt.
The shower door is kinda stuck and it is hard to close it when taking a shower. Closet door is also stuck so I was not able to use the other part of the closet. Just minor repairs. I found tiny cockroaches in the bathroom. No microwave for reheating food.
