Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The room is enough for one night and it has everything I needed a clean bed. The bathroom was kinda clean. The property is good and the rooftop is relaxing at night.
The room's floor was dusty and there is no slippers. While walking I can feel dust on my feet, a slipper could have been good there. The bathroom's shower looks dirty, however it did not break my expectations.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Very minimalist but had everything I need. There was a desk and a chair and a place to hang my clothes. I was five units in from the road and slept very well here. Walking distance to IT Park. The room was clean.
I would have liked to have had a floor towel or small carpet. The floors are polished cement in the room. It would’ve been nice to have something to step on other than cement when getting out of the shower. Some organized activities for the guests would also be a plus.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026It's right next to IT Park. Super social, plenty of events and long term guests. Awesome spot if you want to socialize! The room is basic but has everything you need: bed, desk, bathroom. The view can be nice too, depending on where your room is facing. The staff is sooo friendly, always smiling and welcoming you.
WIFI. The only reason why I didn't stay for much longer. Avg 16 to 19mbps, which is the bare minimum you need to do online meetings, but it keeps disconnecting randomly throughout the day. I have a SMART simcard and the mobile signal is ridiculous inside the room, as slow as 2mbps. Not The Pad's fault ofc, just letting you know. It's a co living space, please guys provide fast and reliable WiFi. It's full of bad reviews because of it. I would have loved to spend at least a month there.

Our experience was very disappointing. We booked this property because the listing clearly stated that breakfast was included. However, upon arrival, the staff informed us that our booking did not include free breakfast, despite what was shown during the booking process. This felt misleading, as the advertised information did not match what was actually provided. We chose this accommodation based on the included breakfast, so this was frustrating and affected our overall experience. We strongly encourage the property to ensure that its booking information is accurate and consistent across all booking platforms to avoid misleading future guests. Had this not been resolved, we would have considered escalating the matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

However I think the aircon itself is not suitable for the room because it has hard time making the room cold and worse it's not facing the bed, but the door instead. We waited for hours before we could feel the cold.

The air conditioner needs maintenance because it was not cooling properly, need to be regularly check the air-conditioning unit in every room for a comfortable stay of the guest.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026The lobby, downstairs restaurant and roof top bar and very nice. The breakfast was tasty. The location is great, walking distance to IT park which has lots of cafes and restaurants. But you need to take a grab to get to SM mall and to Ayala mall.
The room is very basic, no TV, no bedside lamps, no electric outlet next to the bed. It’s like a super basic student accommodation, or a fancy prison cell. It did the job though, and I woke up rested.

De kamer zag eruit als een gevangenis, de stijl is ‘industrieel’ maar iets te saai. Je voelt je dan echt opgesloten. Er zaten rare vlekken in de lakens, op de muren en op de muren in de badkamer. Stopcontact naast het bed doet het niet. Er is geen douchegordijn russen douche en toilet. Rooftop is leuk en er is een zwembad, helaas was het terrasje/restaurant gesloten.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026Very disappointing stay at this hotel. Several points were really problematic. First of all, access to the pool is not convenient: you have to cross the street to get there, which is not clearly mentioned and is quite impractical. Secondly, the washing machines are defective and you have to wait a long time for a staff member to come and activate the machine, which wastes a lot of time. The Wi-Fi connection is very poor, almost unusable in the room. The rooms are not clean, and several bathroom facilities are broken, giving the impression of a general lack of maintenance. The air conditioning is extremely noisy, which makes sleeping at night difficult. In addition, there are no suggestions for outdoor activities or information about things to do nearby. For the price paid, you would clearly expect a much better level of service and maintenance. I do not recommend this hotel.

Es ist abends teilweise sehr laut wegen der Party oben. Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Dies ist eher ein Apartment-Gebäude als ein Hostel, daher ist es schwierig als Alleinreisende Leute kennenzulernen.

Almost 2 weeks waiting the confirmation from the property but nothing . I try to ask the refund nothing reply from them. This hotel and booking i was so disappointed. No action they told me booking.com i can before check in but until no answer i feel so sad this is my 1st time and last time using booking its very bad customer service and this hotel too. They cannot cooperate those problem

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Goed verblijf gehad voor twee dagen om wat te acclimatiseren. Heerlijk ontbijt. Ligging is wat buiten het centrum en wat meer in de rijkere wijk maar verluidt, maar genoeg leuke winkels en eettentjes in de buurt.
De kapotte lift, maar die was snel gerepareerd, wat ze goed deden.
