Reviewed Aug 26, 2026入住時與訂房豪華雙人加大床3間只安排1間加大床另兩間沒加大床當時已晚上九點多雖很誠意要再調好但等很久沒結果，勉強以四人房雙人加大床使用希望以後不要再有情況發生。謝謝！

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026冷氣完全有問題 一直在26.5 27度 熱到完全無法睡覺 ！ 根本是在烤箱裡面！ 住兩晚 第一晚反應了 說有請人過來處理 ⋯⋯ 結果還是非常熱 根本像在烤箱裡面！ 老媽心臟有裝心律調節器 根本無法這麼熱 非常危險的事情！ 第二晚 一樣 熱到26.5 一直跟我們說 有請人過來處理⋯⋯ 結果根本一樣！ 完全晚上都在26.5 27度 請問怎麼睡覺啊⋯⋯ 有夠扯有夠離譜的 ！ 等到第三天的早上 我們都吃過早餐了 ！ 小孩去跟他們說 他們才正視這個問題！ 重點我們都要辦退房了 你冷氣用好了 24.5 度 有用嗎？ 這間房 715 根本不能來住 ！ 然後熱水還要 洗手台跟 蓮蓬頭那邊一起開 還要開5-10分後才會有熱水！ 我說真的 不能讓 觀光客住的房間 就不應該在讓人家住的！ 為什麼還開放讓人家來住啊！ 真的超誇張的欸！ 說真的非常不愉快的住宿！ 害我還被家人 小孩唸！

全部，辦理入住時等待好久，入住後有菸味，並發現廁所有菸灰，換房後櫃子旁居然有不明衣物，浴缸都是菸燒的痕跡，早餐桌子也都發霉，各種各種都很不滿意
