Riad Aloes & Spa

Étant donné qu’il s’agissait de notre première expérience à Marrakech, nous n’avons pas de point de comparaison avec d’autres riads. Le riad est situé dans la Médina, tout en restant à l’écart de l’agitation de la ville, ce qui est très agréable. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, frais, et proposé dans une quantité que j’ai trouvée adaptée. Nous avions la chambre Anthyllis, au rez-de-chaussée. Le lit est très grand et plutôt confortable, car il n’est pas trop mou. Les oreillers étaient un peu trop épais à mon goût, mais c’est personnel, et c’est souvent un point qui me dérange lorsque je voyage. La chambre est suffisamment grande, mais circuler autour du lit n’est pas forcément simple. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle et propre. Nous n’avons pas testé le spa, les massages, ni les repas autres que le petit-déjeuner sur place. Nous n’avons donc pas d’avis sur ces points.

L’eau de la piscine était légèrement trouble et, lorsque nous étions dans l’eau, une odeur d’aquarium ou d’eau stagnante se dégageait. Cela a fait que nous ne nous sommes baignés qu’une seule fois, alors qu’avec la chaleur, nous y serions volontiers retournés.

A comida, os funcionários e a piscina. A Riad é linda. A comida foi, sem dúvida, a melhor que comi por lá. A piscina é ótima, levemente aquecida, e ainda faz de jacuzzi. Os funcionários foram a cereja no topo do bolo. Sempre presentes, sorridentes, prestáveis. Queria deixar um especial agradecimento ao Muhammad, que tornou a nossa estadia mais confortável. Ah, e a localização é perfeita.

A pouca iluminação nos quartos e o chuveiro molhava a casa de banho.

Excellent treatment and hospitality, also loved spending time in the jacuzzi surrounded by orange blossom incense. The riad is beautiful and quiet, it was an overall very relaxing and pleasurable experience.

L’emplacement était super, le calme et la qualité du petit dej ainsi que la propreté et le personnel surtout d’accueil.

Le manque de communication sur les activités à faire, on nous a pas trop parlé et un peu de conseil n’aurait pas été de refus mais tout était super

Easy walk to the souks. Friendly staff. Cosy room on the first floor with great shower. Nice breakfast at the rooftop terrace.

The pool was tiny, we didn’t use it. Breakfast was nice and staff friendly, but things like placemats weren’t cleaned when we were there.

Es un Riad pequeño con una localización ideal .Muy cerca de la plaza y otros lugares de interés turístico .El personal es muy amable y servicial .La habitación ,preciosa ,limpia ,Con aire acondicionado ,productos de higiene y secador y enchufes al lado de la cama .El desayuno es espectacular ,casero 100%. Hicimos el hamman y masaje y nos encantó .Otra cosa q está genial es que tienes toallas al lado de la piscinita para secarte ,así no tienes q llevarlas tú .Llegamos antes de la hora de entrada y nos guardaron el equipaje 🧳 y ya pudimos empezar la aventura y lo mismo el día q nos fuimos .

No me gustó que la piscina estuviera en la planta baja y el solarium /hamacas tuvieras q subir 2 plantas .Hay unas sillas en frente de la pisci pero no es lo mismo . Y aunque yo lo cogí y reconozco que es muy cómodo me parece caro el servicio de taxi q proporcionan hasta el aeropuerto:20 euros !porque la distancia desde el Riad al aeropuerto son 15 km .En las fotos la piscina parece más grande y es peque ,como tiene una platanera grande en medio ,suele haber bastantes hojas e insectos

Het ontvangst, de gastvrijheid, de communicatie en de flexibiliteit zijn erg prettig. Je kunt alles overleggen en het word mits beschikbaar voor je geregeld. De locatie van de Riad is uitstekend. Wij hebben alle bezienswaardigheden te voet gedaan omdat de Riad centraal binnen de stadsmuren gelegen is.

Op een kleine kapotte beugel in de badkamer na was alles perfect geregeld.

Excellent location in a quiet and safe part of the Medina, within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were outstanding, especially Mohamed, who was always friendly, professional, and eager to help. We would also like to thank the two ladies responsible for breakfast and housekeeping, who were incredibly kind, hardworking, and always happy to assist us. The riad was very clean, the Junior Suite was spacious, Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the rooftop and common areas were lovely. We also appreciated the airport transfer arrangement and luggage assistance on arrival.

The pillows and mattress were a little too firm for our preference, and the air conditioning took some time to cool the room on the first night. We would also have appreciated a bidet/shattaf in the bathroom, and in our room the wardrobe was located inside the bathroom

Prachtige Riad, mooie kamer (Olivier), met een heerlijke binnenplaats met zwembadje. Ook nog een lekkere rooftop, waar ook ontbijt wordt gereserveerd. Ligging is perfect, midden in medina. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, proberen je met alles te helpen en je echt thuis te laten voelen

Joli riad super bien placé près des souks et très proche de la place jema el fna, mosquée koutoubia etc. Ce riad est reposant et très sympa. Les 2 personnes qui nous ont accueillis sont formidables et aux petits soins pour les clients. Absolument rien de négatif à signaler. Excellent séjour.

Le Riad est un peu à l’écart et permet de se reposer au calme. Dans les chambres au Rez de chaussée il y fait plutôt frais et la petite piscine est très rafraîchissante après une journée de visite. Le petit déjeuner en terrasse est très appréciable . Le bananier au milieu du patio apporte de la fraîcheur .

Excellente expérience, le personnel est vraiment très gentil et serviable. L'hôtel est agréable et très bien situé dans la Medina et proche du souk. Plusieurs restaurants, rooftops à proximité, je recommende!

The best and most pleasent riad we stayed at! Mohamed was so nice and helpful! Everything is clean and the stuff is very nice. It was our honeymoon and they put flowers in our bedroom, which was really nice of them. I would recommend it to everybody. The location is also great, in the Medina. I recommend the pick up from the airport, they tracked the plane via flight number.

The location of Riad Aloes was fabulous - just off one of the main roads, a few minutes walk from some wonderful souks, and not 10 minutes walk from some big and beautiful sites like Jardin Secret and the main square. The Riad itself, the courtyard, rooftop and rooms were incredibly clean, comfortable, and so relaxing. Breakfast was absolutely delicious (and wonderfully generous with a variety of fresh produce and dishes), and the Riad staff, Mohamed and the housekeeping ladies were incredibly friendly, attentive, and really helped make our visit a joy. We ate dinner at the Riad a number of times, as their freshly prepared tagines were delicious (Bnin!), and we loved coming back for what felt like a home cooked meal after a day walking the Medina. We will absolutely be staying here again!

We stayed in Hibiscus room on ground floor . Breakfast was very fresh good local produce and served really well , fruit , yoghurt , bread , jam , spread, cheese .A joy option each day like pancakes etc Also a cake or cookie . Lovely large bath towels .Your room was made up when you had breakfast .Breakfast was 8am-11am . Tea or coffee could be purchased throughout day with biscuits . Mohammad and other staff were all exceptional and made you feel very safe . Riad was so beautifully quiet . Pool was freezing but we dipped anyway . Right in centre of medina , fabulous location .we had the set dinner and this was great and good price . We also had a Hammam which was amazing . Great Riad would recommend and use again .

We would have loved a kettle or access to one . This Riad does not serve alcohol . Great if plunge pool was heated ! Otherwise everything was fabulous .

Le riad était l endroit parfait pour se détendre dans le tumulte de Marrakech. La fraîcheur, le personnel souriant, disponible et tres accueillant. Le petit dejeuner en toit terasse tres bon et copieux pour commencer la journee. Je recommande fortement. Merci.,

Tout était parfait

Ubicación muy céntrica a pocos minutos andando de la plaza Jemaa el Fna y de los zocos. Muy limpio y silencioso, a pesar de estar tan céntrico. Buen desayuno y personal muy amable, Mohamed y el resto de personal estuvieron muy atentos durante nuestra estancia. Pasamos una noche en el desierto y nos permitieron dejar las maletas hasta salir hacia el aeropuerto, lo que agradecimos mucho. Muy recomendable el hammam y el masaje.

Únicamente recomendar contratar el transfer desde el aeropuerto hasta el Riad ya que el taxi no puede pasar por las calles tan estrechas y el transfer que contratas con ellos te acompañan y te acercan las maletas hasta la misma puerta.

Riad is a paradise in the heart of busy and noisy Marrakesh. When you enter it you immediately find yourself in the fairytale. All of it was excellent: welcome tea with delicious biscuits, beautifully decorated rooms, amazing plants in the lobby, exotic aroma within the riad, very pleasant breakfast, kindness of both Mohameds

Muy bien situado alejado del ruido del zouk pero aún así en el Medio del zouk. El personal muy amable. Desayuno copioso y muy bueno.

Un detalle a considerar que es una nimiedad es que las botellas de shampoo y de gel de ducha son de vidrio. Podrían reemplazarlas por otro método para evitar que si resbalan no se quiebren. Pero es lo único que cambiaría

El personal es muy agradable y atento, realmente encantadores. La ubicación también es muy buena y todo muy limpio. Destacaría el desayuno porque es increíble, súper completo y todo buenísimo.

De Riad lag op een zeer gunstige locatie midden in de medina, maar ver genoeg van alle geluiden. Mohammed was een erg goede host. Hij regelde alles wat je vroeg. Mooie kamer in marrokaanse stijl.

Kamer lag op de begane grond, was daardoor best wel gehorig.

Das Frühstück war ok, etwas mehr Abwechslung und mehr Herzhaftes, z.B.Kaese und Gemüse, wäre schön gewesen :)

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le cadre, l’accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel, notamment Mohamed, présent matin et soir, toujours avec la même bonne humeur et une réelle bienveillance.

The Riad Aloes is your classic perfect Marrakech Riad! Excellent hospitality & expansive breakfast laid out each morning, and only one side street over so very few 49cc mopeds cruising by at night.

The overhead ceiling fan in the Jasmine room had a clicking noise so we just used the air conditioning fan instead - that’s all!

Exceeded my expectations, very pleased everything including breakfast. Went over and above. Thank you and will defo return.

The friendliness and helpfulness of Muhammad the night manager and the 2 ladies who prepared our breakfast and cleaned our rooms. The beds were comfortable and the room was serviced every day.

The roof terrace is very shabby, lacklustre and in desperate need of refreshment. The city views are underwhelming and consist of other rooftops, unfortunately one of them containing the neighbourhood sex pest. Every time I sat in the sunshine to read/relax, he was leering over and gesturing/beckoning to me. I had to take shelter behind a wall, where he was unable to see me, but it was extremely disconcerting. Breakfast is included and although plentiful, it is very uninspired and repetitive.

Huonetyyppi, jonka varasin ei vastannut kuvausta. Huoneessa piti olla sohvallinen oleskelutila, mutta sitä ei ollut. Samoin WC:n/kylpyhuoneen ja makuuhuoneen välinen yläosa oli avoin, joten wc:ssä ei yksityisyyttä.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage ebenfalls. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet.

Accueil chaleureux, lieu propre et calme... Pourtant à quelques minutes du jardin secret, de la place Jema El Fna ainsi que du souk. Petit déjeuner inclu varié et copieux. Nous recommandons vivement.

Merci à Mohamed pour son accueil exceptionnel ! Très bon emplacement dans la Médina.

Feia fred a l’habitació i l’aparell d’aire condicionat no escalfava. Però havia edredons per poder afegir.

Colazione in terrazza molto buona e bella. Riad molto bello e magico. Comodissimo e vicino a tutto quello che c'è da vedere nella Medina.

Purtroppo il tempo non è stato clemente. La stanza era tra quelle al piano terra, la prossima volta ci piacerebbe provare quelle al primo piano.

Die Unterkunft hat sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Personal hat uns sogar zu Fuß die Straße runtergebracht, als wir uns nicht sicher gefühlt haben, da wir im Dunkeln zu zweit zu einem Treffpunkt gehen mussten. Zudem waren das Frühstück und der Pfefferminztee zur Begrüßung sehr lecker. Das Zimmer und das Riad im Allgemeinen sind toll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Außerdem war auch die Lage sehr gut. Man war schnell in den Souks und bei Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Jardin Secret.

Es war nachts etwas kalt im Zimmer.

It looks like the pictures. Traditional Riad in the middle of the old city, close to everywhere. Nice terrace. Nice breakfast. Quiet clean. Had good sleep. Very helpful friendly staff, Muhammad.

Lights there are quite dim everywhere, but to be fair that could be a personal preference. That’s the only thing.

Csodálatos volt az elhelyezkedése, a medina központjában volt, 10-15 perc sétára a legtöbb helyi látnivalótól. Nagyon aranyos és segítőkész személyzettel volt szerencsénk találkozni. A reggelik, amiket kaptunk, nagyon laktatóak voltak. Egyszer vacsoráztunk a szálláson, és a legjobb marha tajinne volt, amit egész út alatt ettem. Emellett a hammam rés masszázs is nagyon jó volt. Van egy tetőteraszuk, ahol egész sok időt töltöttem és nagyon csendes, a kinti nyüzsgő város ellenére. Emellett van egy medence, ami mivel februárban mentünk, egész hűvös volt, de tiszta volt és nagyon gyönyörű. Az egész riad nagyon csodálatos és a személyzet miatt is csak ajánlani tudom.

Beautiful Riad, decorated really nicely. All of the staff were absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome. The location is so fab, right next to the souks in the heart of Medina. It’s super quiet in the Riad - I slept very well. I was travelling alone as a woman and felt extremely safe and happy at the property <3 :)
