Clean and near for everything

Just the receptionist, when we arrived she’s rude , she’s making a face to me and my husband, costumer service must be polite and kind to the costumer but she acts like the owner of the building. Not happy how she treats us that time.

Its location

To small for a family of 4

The location is perfect for our purpose. Easy access to shops.

The facilities need to be looked at. We have issues with the aircon (very noisy) and the TV that always turn on (you must unplug it every time). The room needs to be disinfected and cleaned properly. Their toiletries are toilet paper and shampoo only (No soap, no toothbrush etc.). The bed needs a decent bed sheet and tidy. We almost refunded our payment after 3 days (long story). The owner should update room facility photos so everyone can see the real condition of the unit and be detailed on what is included in the rental.

I arrived at the facility between 3-4am.have to send my driver/ bodyguard to find a convenient store to purchase for an internet card so I can call the facility owner for a "guest pass". As per security that time, they don't honor anything from booking.com, let alone reservations. I got into the facility after an hour or so.

The location is great, very close and accessible to everything!

The facilities & cleanliness. The wifi connection is not working, the washing machine didn't work either, the mattress badly needs changing you can feel the spring of the mattress. The bedsheets & towels feel like they haven't been washed and feel rough. The mops and cleaning stuff are all over the place. Basically it has a great potential it could attract more guests as long as the feedback here are going to improve. It seems like it used to be a well-equipped unit with everything working well but perhaps due to the lack of checks after guests' check out it got neglected and was left in bits. Too much bulky furnitures it ate the whole space of the room. Overall, if you're a backpacker looking for a really cheap affordable accommodation and wants to be close to everything and you don't mind the downside I mentioned above then it's perfect. Otherwise young families & couples who likes comfort maybe not?

Space a too tight.. … the bed is very uncomfortable to sleep with as the spring is hitting the back with tremendous pressure. Too much of a hassle in checking in..

Not complete facilities like what was said in the booking app, e.g. <with complete toiletries but no soap and not enough shampoo> Then I killed a few cockroaches during the 1st until my 3rd day there out of the 7 days staying in that room.

It's accessible to the venue that we attended during our stay. Easy Access to malls.

The wifi is a little bit slow.

Location Security

The property is accessible to everything. It’s just opposite AliMall and near SM and Gateway. The owner is also easy to reach and responds to queries right away.

The mattress seems old, you could feel the spring and it’s not comfortable. It would be nice it there’s a bed topper at least.

Just across the street of Alimall. Complete appliances with toiletries and drinking water for use. Can cater upto 4 to 5 persons...

We just love how the kids enjoy the pool. They have good security and polite reception staff. Quiet place, and the unit is located not too high from the ground but still can view the city around and feels of fresh air.

It's a little dissapointing about the access on the pool. We paid 100 per head for an hour which we never had done in our previous staycations around cubao. The only free of access is our youngest. And the information is not stated in the app upon booking.

So far i like everything, meron lng cockroach sa cr, takotlang kse ako sa ipis pero for sure it was an isolated case. But i like everything.

I appreciated the quick and responsive coordination with the hosts. The location of the accommodation is also conveniently accessible to malls and nearby restaurants. Both the reception staff and the guards are very friendly and helpful.

In as much as I would want to convince myself that everything were okay during our stay, here are my very honest feedback based on our experience during the whole stay: 1. On the advertisement here on Booking.com, they said that there is a SOFA, only to find out there is none. 2. It also states that there are 2 extra futton mattresses, wherein there is only one, which is for the pullout bed. 3. WIFI- it is very slow and we could hardly even connect. 4. Cleanliness is quite disappointing. When we arrived, I used the toilet and saw that there were strand of hairs on the floor. The smell of the bathroom is also quite weird, which comes from the drainage, I think. The door mat or rug by the kitchen smells weird too (like a dried pee). 5. Bed bugs on the pull-out bed: When I lied down on the pull out bed, I saw some bed bags crawling! I informed the host at once regarding this (Ate Ems) and requested if there are other available rooms for us to transfer because we consider that we have a baby and it is unsafe for him. Unfortunately, there is no available rooms anymore. 6. We did not expect the the room is too small for us 4 people (3 adults and a baby) to fit in. I believe it is only good for 1-2 persons. 7. Toilet seat, flush, and bidet were broken/malfunctioning. It was then that the host came to repair it together with a repair guy when I sent her an SMS. This is okay and considerable, however, knowing that there will be hosts renting the place, they should have made the accomodation clean and presentable. 8. The mattresses' spring is quite embossed that it hurts on our backs when we sleep. It felt really uncomfortable. Not being maarte but it was just very uncomfortable on the back and we could feel the springs. 9. The kitchen is too small, you could barely move around to cook. 10. The smell of the pantry and where the plates and utensils are, smelled different (parang amoy ipis) and underneath the sink, they only stuck a lot of stuff and kind disorganized.

Nothing. Worst airbnb ever

-The mattress bed was not firm / soft enough i woke up with neck and back pain. -cr was locked, the host didn't coordinate properly. -old and unit sucks. -no wifi -Crazy Prepaid already consumed data. -someone woke me up at 11am. It was a horrible experience. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BOOK THIS UNIT!!! Waste of money !!!!

The location is great, very convenient. Staffs were kind too.

The experience could improve more by providing the enough preparation of having the essentials (tissue, water etc) in advance before the expected arrival of guests.

I like the proximity of the place to the whole araneta cubao. The condo was nice with all the things you need.

The sink was clogged. Probably the table can be kid friendly as its too high even for the chair. My daughter was eating on the bed. Probably a couch can also be a good addition rather than having 2 tables
