Очень красивые апартаменты. С камином и красивыми статуэтками. Очень стильные столики. Вежливый персонал. Говорят по русски, помогли затащить багаж наверх. Жили в 10м номере. Просто супер. Вид шикарнейший

С чемоданами может быть сложно на самый верх подняться. Но есть номера и пониже. И хорошо бы вместо зажигалки для газа прикупить электрическую зажигалку

Хорошие просторные аппартаменты, тишина. Есть несколько парковочных мест прямо перед зданием на улице.

Нет лифта. Очень мало посуды для готовки, нет соли/сахара/чая/воды, нет кухонного полотенца. Очень маленькая душевая кабина.

The hills, shower blocked, no apartment services unless requested. Kitchen facilities average, no toaster

Spacious apartment which was of a good standard. (Only about a year old) Pool was lovely and there were plenty of sunbeds. Coffee machine was great!

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days, we felt like home. The beds are very good, the terrace in the shade exceeded our expectations. The owner is the friendliest person I have ever met in my travels. My motorbike broke down and he organized everything to have it fixed in half an hour. A top experience. I recommend these apartments to everyone, they have a very good price and the owner deserves 11 points and the apartment 10 points out of 10. :). The Turks as a nation are also the friendliest people, I had only good experiences on my trip to Turkey. Once again, kudos to the owner and his friendly receptionist who takes care of the apartments.

Really spacious apartment with ACs in the lounge and bedroom. Our host, Zack, was really sweet and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us recommendations on where to go, and even offered to drive us to the hospital when my partner wasn't feeling very well. There was also an option to get food delivered to the apartment and we ended up using it alot.

As with a lot of other places in Bodrum, this apartment hotel was also on a very steep climb uphill. Please be mindful that you're good for the uphill walk when booking.

A cosy place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spending time on the terrace is an absolute pleasure — your own little zen space is guaranteed! ☕️🥰

Siamo stati in questo appartamento la settimana scorsa..Che dire, l'appartamento è come descritto, nessuna sorpresa...bello,pulito e confortevole ..la zona è tranquilla ed è vicino al porto va però detto che c'è una salita un po' ripida prima di arrivarci, essendo situato in collina. Zac e Ali,sono persone splendide e super disponibili..ci hanno aiutato a trovare l'auto a noleggio (tutto perfetto) ed hanno soddisfatto pienamente ogni nostra singola richiesta..ve lo consigliamo assolutamente..Grazie Zac alla prossima..un abbraccio Cristiano e Francesca

Вид красивый. До пляжа относительно недалеко. Квартира со всеми удобствами, просторно, комфортно. Все чисто, всё новое, кроме скрипучей двери в туалет :-) Персонал приятный. Большой магазин около пляжа.

Прекрасное место в Бодруме,удобное расположение,в апартах есть все что вам нужно и даже больше) Заботливый персонал,который готов помочь с любым вопросом) Обязательно вернусь еще )

Мы с семьей жили в этих апартаментах 6 дней. Всё было отлично. Мы выбрали эти апартаменты по отзывам и не ошиблись. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного жилья. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Спасибо Али и другим служащим. Расстояние до моря недалеко, есть городской пляж, ухоженный. Только на обратном пути очень крутой подъем.

Staff was very helpful (luggage, parking,...). We were offered to check in early when they heard we arrive in Bodrum early. You find everything you need in the apartment and in the kitchen. Parking right in front of the building.

The place is old, cheaply furnished and poorly maintained. The mosquito net on the balcony is torn, power outlets fall out of the wall, ... Only three chairs for the table inside for a 4 person apartment. No mosquito net in the bathroom, but mosquitoes instead. All doors have a different height, one is only 1.8 m high. In my opinion and having seen several different apartments in Turkey now, absolutely overpriced. The road to the apartment can be extremely steep if you follow Google. Gavur Ali Sk seemed okay. You might want to ask the staff for the best way to get there.

Прекрасно организованные апартаменты: все исправное, новое и в отлично состоянии. Тихий и безумно красивый район Кумбахче! Близость к морю 10 мин. Располагаются на горе, учитывайте при заселении) но быстро привыкаешь ходить в горку, хотя в жару может быть тяжеловато. если на авто и байке, проблем нет)

Very clean studio, friendly and helpful staff.

It was located at the mountain side which was a little hard to walk, steep hills and slopes. That has to be considered when you are not fit or have a disability. Taksi is a very good and cheap option to go to- and from the apartment.

Too far from the downtown and sea.

When we arrived we got a upgrade from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment on a higher level with two balconies and a better view. The place is close to the ferry port and the sea but it is uphill the way back to the apartment so you better have a car. Easy to park outside at reserved parking for guests

No elevator but the staff helped us with our luggage. Sometimes the toilet did not flush completly. Not many kitchen utiles if you like to cook.

Le personnel était très serviable, et se rendait disponible à tout moment. Le studio était propre et proposait tous les équipements nécessaires pour notre séjour. Nous avions aussi une belle vue depuis le balcon. L’emplacement est dans un quartier paisible. C’est à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville en côte. Cela ne nous a pas freiné dans nos activités, mais une agence de taxi est à même pas 10 minutes du logement sachant que les prix y sont proposés de façon honnête et abordable. Autrement, l’hôtel peut aussi déposer en navette les hôtes pas liins du centre ville à la demande (sans contrepartie financière). Je recommande vivement le logement. Nous avons été vraiment satisfait et n’avions ressenti aucun lanque sur toute la durée du séjour (une semaine).

Однозначно рекомендую эти апартаменты всем, кто хочет прекрасного отдыха в Бодруме! Долго выбирали и рады, что остановили свой выбор именно на этих аппартаментах. Соотношение цены и качества на высоте. Мы уезжали с ощущением, что нашли свой уголок рая, и обязательно вернемся сюда снова! Всё соответствовало описанию. Номер был просторный и с огромной террасой, полностью оборудована кухня со всей необходимой посудой, посудомойкой и даже духовкой (что обычно не встречается), отличный интернет, всё чисто и опрятно. Наверху общая большая терраса с потрясающим видом! Там тоже есть всё для того, чтобы приготовить и поужинать. Прекрасное место встречать рассветы и закаты! Причём, там есть разграничение пространств и несколько столов, если будет несколько семей. Рядом есть ещё одна их гостиница, куда можно ходить и купаться в бассейн и поваляться на лежаках. Буквально в 5 минутах ходьбы бесплатный пляж и вообщем всё рядом(и центр, и магазинчики,и базар, и автостанция с автобусами до и из аэропорта (havas)) Отдельная благодарность управляющим! Босс Мутлу и управляющий Али (говорит по-русски) - невероятно отзывчивые и приятные люди. Всегда на связи, помогают решать любые вопросы. Чувствовалось, что им действительно важно, чтобы наш отдых был комфортным. Спасибо за гостеприимство! Мы остались в полном восторге от отдыха. Обязательно вернемся! Рекомендуем!!!

Fantastic apartment about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Bodrum, with really great staff!

Хороший просторный номер с кухней, на кухне есть вся необходимая посуда для готовки. Персонал даже дал масло и соль, когда попросили. Есть балкончик, немного было видно море (номер находился на 2 этаже), с более высоких этажей открывается прекрасный вид на море. Номер очень чистый, включая полотенца и постельное белье. Хороший дружелюбный персонал. На крыше есть терраса, которая доступна всем Тихое место

До отеля нужно подниматься в очень крутую гору, пешком это делать затруднительно, можно брать такси, чтобы добраться. Собственного пляжа нет В один из вечеров, возвращаясь в отель, встретила стадо диких кабанов, благо была на такси. До магазинов нужно идти, потом обратно подниматься в гору

Проживали неделю в конце августе 2025 года. Апартаменты чистые, две спальни, идеально для родителей с двумя детьми. На кухне все принадлежности и посуда есть, большой холодильник есть, покупали продукты в супермаркете (15 минут ходьбы), цены приемлемые (на некоторые позиции даже дешевле чем в Алма-Ате). Набирали и готовили разные вкусности когда лень было выходить тратить деньги в кафе-ресторанах))) Вид из окна сказочный! Балкон как мини терасса (курить утром, пить кофе и смотреть на пейзажи с проплывающими кораблями), на крыше отдельная большая общая терраса со столами, также с шикарным видом на море. Джигиты Зак и Али красавцы, дружелюбные, готовые оказать помощь по всем! Есть магазин на одну улицу ниже, там чуть дороже чем в супермаркете, но близко, плюс есть 19л вода, которую прямо в апартаменты бесплатно доставил сам хозяин магазина, главное пустой бутыль отдать потом. Большое преимущество - тишина как внутри, так и снаружи, особенно круто, что не слышно вечерних/ночных движений города.

Если спустились на пляж и забыли кое-что в номере, придется 15 минут вверх с сильным уклоном подниматься т.к. подъем резкий. Даже несмотря что мы горные, привыкать первые дни нужно, через пару дней ножки привыкают и накачиваются! Есть заход/подъем справа и слева, они на метров 100-200 дольше, но угол подъема меньше. Кстати с самого центра прогулочных улиц Бодрума мы доходили всего за 17 минут (засекали). Пожилым и не совсем сильно спортивным немного тяжело будет, хотя есть такси...ну и ради тишины и супер вида - это того стоит.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa era pulitissima, in una posizione perfetta e dotata di tutti i comfort. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, sempre disponibili e presenti per ogni necessità.

L’appartement est très confortable et fonctionnel et situé dans un quartier calme à 15 minutes de marche du centre , le propriétaire Zak est très disponible et réactif , la communication était fluide. Il est bon de savoir que l’appartement est situé sur les hauteurs de Bodrum, la montée en pente peut être rude.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very well maintained and modern. The view from the balcony was magnificent, and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was very well placed, near the pier where the boat tours to the different bays for swimming are (roughly 10 minutes walk). There is a convenient store around the corner and a taxi stand as well (roughly 3 minutes). Most of the local taxi drivers are aware of where the Ilya Apartments are. The marina is a 15-minute walk downhill from the apartment, where you can find bars and restaurants. The apartment is placed in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with friendly people around. Absolutely amazing value for money. The host was super responsive and very resourceful. He made our check-in and check out extremely smooth and convenient. Very accommodating and amazing hospitality. There was nothing more we could have asked for.

Das Appartementhaus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend abgelegen vom Trubel des Zentrums. Der Strand und das Stadtzentrum sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Ausgestattet war die Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass in jedem Zimmer eine separate Klimaanlage vorhanden ist und im Obergeschoss es eine große Dachterrasse gibt, welche von allem Bewohnern genutzt werden kann. Parkplätze waren vor dem Haus ohne Problem vorhanden.

Sehr enttäuschend war, dass die uns übergebene Wohnung nicht identisch mit den Fotos der gebuchten Wohnung war. Nicht ein Foto dieser Wohnung war im gebuchtem Angebot sichtbar. Als wir den Mitarbeiter darauf angesprochen hatten, erklärte dieser uns dass es die einzige freie Wohnung wäre die er uns zur Verfügung stellen kann. Dass ist für mich kein Argument, wenn augenscheinlich eine andere Wohnung verkauft wurde als vorhanden ist. Wären Fotos dieser Wohnung im Angebot sichtbar gewesen hätten wir nicht gebucht. Die Küchenzeile liegt sehr dunkel im Eingangsbereich. Beide Schlafzimmer gehen mit dem Fenster in einen Innenhof, wo sich das Putzequipment und Waschmaschinen befinden. Auch die gewaschene Wäsche wurde dort getrocknet. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise abgenutzt. Das Bad benötigt eine Grundreinigung, einige Gegenstände gehören unbedingt ausgetauscht. Auf den ersten Blick war die Wohnung sauber, der Terrassenboden und die Terrassenmöbel waren nicht gereinigt. Ein Stuhl war defekt. Schade...wir hatten etwas anderes erwartet.

Зак, Али, большое вам спасибо! Нам очень все понравилось! Красивые апартаменты с шикарным видом!! Жили на последнем этаже, влюбились в вид с балкона! Очень удачный район Бодрума. Тихо, красиво, много цветов. Пешком до замка - 15 мин, до пляжа - 5 мин. Обратно можно на такси, не дорого. Горки на подходе к апартаментам - не так страшны, как о них здесь пишут. Тяжело, но не долго) В окрестностях ( 10 - 20 мин на машине) много потрясающих пляжей! Всем рекоментую!

Это действительно просто великолепные апартаменты. Шикарный вид из панорамных окон гостиной и с балкона, красивый и эргономичный интерьер, удобные кровати, чистота, много посуды, техника ( плита, духовка, посудомоечная и стиральные машины, фен, утюг, кондиционеры в каждой комнате), всё продумано до мелочей. Доброжелательный персонал, отличное расположение - тихая окраина в дали от шума, при этом недалеко от всех необходимых локаций,в том числе пешком. Парковка под окнами. Для нас это лучшее место для комфортного отдыха в любимом Бодруме, из которого не хочется уезжать. Обязательно вернёмся ❤️❤️❤️

My stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic! The place is clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. I felt at home from the very first moment. The location is perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything important. The host was very helpful, kind, and always available when needed – communication was easy and very pleasant. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and high standards. I will definitely come back here next time.😀

Lo staff - Zak e Ali - sono fantastici. Splendida vista e ottima posizione! Veramente buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. A mio parere è davvero molto utile la macchina per visitare le spiagge vicine più belle. Tour molto consigliato: Isole Orak. Buon soggiorno!

We had a fantastic stay in Bodrum with Ilya apartments. The place was easy to find and we were greeted by warm and friendly staff, that were very helpful and gave us some great recommendations for our stay. They surprised us by upgrading us to the 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony that overlooked the stunning coastline of Bodrum! This made our stay extra special and more memorable- thank you! The 2 bedroom apartment was extremely spacious, cosy and modern with great working A/C’s! We were also close to the marine and shops, but be aware that it is a very steep hill to walk back up too! The kitchen had lots of pans and pots with an oven and gas stove top so you can easily self cater! The beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. The staff were extremely responsive and friendly. Parking was free and right out the front!

Loved having a washer and a bit of space to spread out. Zak was amazing... helped guide the taxi driver to the apart, super helpful with directions, offered bottled water, ran us down the hill to the grocery store, called a taxi for us when we left. He was available for questions via WhatsApp, and before our stay suggested some Hamams and tours. Kitchen was well equipped. We were close enough to walk to town easily, along the coast... no traffic, pretty view. We felt safe. I would stay there again if I wanted the features of an apartment..

On our late arrival we were welcomed by Zak and given an upgrade to a gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment with a wonderful view from the balcony. It was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower, a great kitchen and a lovely seating area. The area was quite with a couple of little shops that had a surprisingly good amount of stock. The walk to the town was short and although the hill coming back was steep, we really didn't mind and it was excellent for getting the heart rate up! We totally enjoyed our stay.
