Diese Villa in Hoi An hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist riesig, unglaublich sauber und mit extrem bequemen, großen Betten ausgestattet, in denen man geschlafen hat wie ein Baby. Auch der Pool ist fantastisch – wunderbar groß und wurde jeden Tag sorgfältig gereinigt. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt im Alltag waren zudem die vorhandene Waschmaschine und der Trockner, wodurch wir zwischendrin problemlos unsere Wäsche machen konnten. ​Das absolute Highlight war jedoch der Service, der schlichtweg der Wahnsinn war. Man genießt hier eine Rundumbetreuung der Extraklasse, wie wir sie weltweit in noch keinem anderen Urlaub erlebt haben. Chloe ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, bei der man sich mit absolut jedem Anliegen melden konnte und innerhalb von Sekunden eine Antwort erhielt. Egal ob Ausflüge, private Fahrer, Massagen, Besorgungen aus der Apotheke oder vieles mehr – Chloe hat alles sofort und mit Leichtigkeit organisiert. Uns wurde wirklich jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen, besser geht es einfach nicht. ​Dazu hat Nhung unseren Aufenthalt jeden Morgen mit einem frisch zubereiteten, fantastischen Frühstück inklusive frischem Obst und Säften perfekt abgerundet. Nhung ist einfach herzallerliebst und hat uns ein echtes Rundum-Verwöhnpaket bereitet. ​Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % und uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Die Villa ist traumhaft, Luxus pur und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Chloe ist eine unglaublich tolle Gastgeberin, die für uns Ausflüge organisiert hat und uns viele Tipps gegeben hat. Es ist auch sehr komfortabel, dass man sich alle Mahlzeiten sowie Supermarkteinkäufe liefern lassen kann.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Accomodations we're lovely and clean

CertainlOur family had a great time at this accommodation. I recommend it for those who want a quiet vacation rather than the complexity of a large resort. This accommodation had enough space for our family of five, and we had a great time in the private pool. We would like to express our gratitude to Chloe, the property manager. She constantly worked hard to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable, from arranging cleaning services at accommodation. Also booking activities, arranging transportation for airport pickups and drop-offs, and more. Highly recommend it.

The villa is exceptional. It is spacious with 3 double ensuite bedrooms. The pool is a good size. Our host was amazing, very welcoming and she brought us the occasional gift of fruit etc. We were treated to a very special lunch for Tet which was a wonderful. The villa is in a quiet area close to the beach and local shops etc. We hired a scooter to get around on and it is a short Grab ride into Hoi An centre.

Hola Villa 1 has everything you need for a restful and calm base in Hội An - it’s only a short walk from Cửa Đại Beach, minimarts, several restaurants and a short Grab ride to the Old Town. 3 bedrooms - 2 double and 1 with 3 singles. 3 bathrooms. Pool (a bit cold in January). Kitchen, dining and lounge. The manager, Vicky, is fantastic and knows all the good places in Hội An. The communication with Vicky was 10/10. The cleaners were cheerful and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Hola Villa 1 is a bit out of town and you’ll need a Grab ride to go to most places. The cows and buffalo roaming the neighbourhood won’t really cause you any grief.

The manager was extremely friendly and helped us whenever we needed help. Our rooms were cleaned every day. The pool and the facilities in general were just great. We will definitely book this place again. There were supermarkets and nice local restaurants within walking distance.

Everything. Hola 1 villa was a brilliant stay. Wyn and num (the housekeepers could not do enough for us.they where excellent company. They organised cars from villa to hoi an. And return to da nang at reasonable prices. Cooked our breakfast. The villa was well maintained with a regularly cleaned pool.its just a shame we only booked two nights.

our host Quynh was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. She organised food, tours, transport to Hoi An and airport. The property has big comfortable beds with beautiful pillows and ensuites. I reckon the best rooms, showers and beds in our whole trip. Used pool everyday. Quynh also cooked breakfast everyday. Loved her Cao Lau noodles

Excellent tasteful fittings, well designed, spacious and comfortable. Pool and outdoor area lovely. Terrific breakfasts, good selection and cooked on site at time requested. Staff friendly and helpful with special drinks when one of our party was unwell

It would have been helpful if keys were colour coded to doors and a safe provided.

Villa was very comfortable and stylishly furnished. Three big en-suite bedrooms, spacious lounge/diner/kitchen. Great outdoor space with pool large enough to swim in. All immaculately clean. Quy’n, the property manager was very attentive and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable, including mixing some great mojitos!

Would be nice to have an oven in the kitchen.

Many thanks to both Tin the owner and phuc the caretaker. 1. Location: It's right on the beach, just outside Hoi An city (15 minutes). It is about 250m away from the beach, so access is very good. When looking at the house, there is not much around, so it is good to use it secludedly and independently. You can talk to your heart's content and there will be no interruptions around you. 2. Amenities nearby: There is no big market, but there are good massage shops (very good. Bargain for the price), small supermarkets, seafood restaurants, etc. I went to the nearby Angel Garden Villa and bought breakfast, and they provided 1 menu, 1 fruit, and 1 coffee for 50,000 dong, which was fine. 3. Convenience of delivery: Everything is delivered with Grab. We have a lot of kids, so we ordered a lot and ate a lot. The kitchen is also well equipped. 4. Concierge: The concierge, phuc, is a very nice person. Not only did we use phuc for car reservations (we used phuc both to and from the airport and to and from Da Nang or Hoi An), but it was a great help for our trip in various ways, such as restaurant reservations and tourist attraction recommendations. Even in emergencies, they always helped us appropriately with a smile. There was no big problem communicating with the manager via chat. 5. House Condition: Different from the photos. Much better than the photos. All rooms are ridiculously spacious and come with en-suite bathrooms. Air conditioning works well too. There is another toilet on the first floor that can be used for public use, so it is good to use while swimming. It consists of one room on the first floor (recommended for seniors), one room with a large bathtub and one standard room on the second floor, and a room with two king beds on the third floor (recommended for large families). The pool has automatically purified water and is large enough for a large family to play.

The house is located close to Cua Dai and is a modern and private two-story villa with a pool and large enough for two families or more to enjoy together. There are 3 great bedrooms and a private bathroom, spacious enough and a pleasant kitchen and living area. The surrounding area is not developed, so you can feel the nature while still being able to stay without any inconvenience due to the decor and facilities of the modern villa. You can access the beach on foot and there are seafood restaurants and a small but pleasant minimart. There is a washer and dryer so you can use it conveniently at any time and the water quality of the pool was also taken care of daily. Toddler bed may also be requested if necessary. They also actively responded to requests such as check-in/out time adjustments and babysitters, and with the help of young and competent owners and managers, I was able to have a happy time during my stay. It is reasonably priced while still being able to use all of the pool villa.
