We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. They had an early birthday cake waiting for my husband and I. A massive special mention goes to Ezra who helped us with a smooth check in and welcoming us to the hotel, Tammy, who was incredibly friendly, engaging and always went above and beyond to help us with a smile. She truly made our stay unforgettable and Tony and Daniel who helped us with our luggage. The rooms were pristine, clean, and highly comfortable. We spent a lot of time enjoying the swimming pools, which are fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the dinner and drinks at the restaurant were equally amazing. For relaxation, the massage at the spa was top-tier and highly recommended! Thanks Elly. We also found the complimentary shuttle service to and from the Old Town to be a very welcome addition, making exploring so easy and stress-free. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

Little Oasis – An Eco Friendly Hotel & Spa is a beautiful, peaceful resort with a relaxed atmosphere and a lovely setting surrounded by greenery and water. The rooms are spacious, stylish and spotlessly clean, the pools are gorgeous, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, while the spa is a wonderful bonus. With a shuttle making it easy to explore Hoi An, it’s the perfect place to unwind while still being close to everything. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful, overlooking the river. They offered activities to enjoy such as lantern making and cooking classes and a pool to relax in on those hot days.

Beautiful little baby hotel with free transfers to an old town and the beach. Beautiful rooms, fantastic service.

The room was very clean and spacious. The gym is very well equipped. Breakfast options are plenty and a very good range. Breakfast starts at 6:30 am in the morning and that's very helpful if you want to start your day early. Overall very clean hotel and the staff was also very good - Tammy helped us with our airport transfer as well. We had a early morning flight so the staff was kind enough to pack some breakfast for us.

We had booked a room with a balcony but our balcony had no view at all. It faced a wall so we didn't end up using the balcony at all. The pool was not as big as we expected and was crowded all the time. The location is slightly far off but they have shuttle busses going to the old town every few minutes.

The best of the three hotels we stayed at in Hoi An. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to ensure guest comfort—we experienced this firsthand. Excellent breakfast, plus shuttle service to the city and the beach. Our room was on the 7th floor and offered a superb view. We will definitely be back.

The first day of the massage was wonderful; I felt relief afterward. The next day, a different specialist performed the massage, and I didn't like it.

Beautiful and clean hotel with great staff! The two guys in the lobby always smiled and welcome us every day when we went in / out. My kids miss them and said they were so kind and lovely! Good breakfast and we loved the breakfast view to the garden. The shutle bus to old town and the beach was a great offer! We highly recommended this amazing hotel :)

All staff were great, room was excellent, food was very good. We had a very good view from our room overlooking a couple of buffaloes. The location was a fair walk out of the old town however there was a regular shuttle bus which you could also take to the beach. The pool was nice and warm and happy hour was a nice touch. Special thank you to Tammy, Lisa and Elena who were friendly and very helpful.

Dit is een heerlijk small luxury hotel met heel fijn ontvangst, zeer uitgebreid en goed ontbijt, prachtige nieuwe moderne en smaakvolle kamers, mooie uitzichten. Zwembaden zijn niet heel erg groot maar tijdens ons verblijf voldoende ligbedjes. We kregen nog een upgrade van het hotel bij aankomst van onze kamers. De kamer met 2 bedden had 2 grote 2 persoonsbedden en dat vonden de kinderen erg prettig. Goede bedden ook. Ze hebben gratis fietsen en als je het zadel laag zet, kan een kind van 1.4m erop fietsen.

Niets, enkel dat ze soms een ontbijt bord al weg pakten terwijl we gezegd hadden nog niet klaar te zijn.

Super vriendelijk personeel, heel mooie, propere, ruime kamers, lekker ontbijtbuffet. Gratis fietsen, je kan er scooters huren, zorgen voor taxi… je kan er echt voor alles terecht! Iedere morgen komen ze ook aan je tafel vragen hoe het met je gaat en of ze ergens mee kunnen helpen. Het is echt een aanrader!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, toujours de bon conseil et qui nous a organisé deux sorties (ile de Cham et My Son), l'esthétique du lieu, la chambre avec un balcon donnant sur le jardin, la qualité des petits déjeuners et du redtaurant, la terrasse zen pour prendre le thé, la salle de sport... Tout était bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

I return to this hotel often because of the lovely environment, the warm and welcoming staff, the clean, comfortable rooms, and the great facilities. All the staff are wonderful but special thanks to Ezra and Rose, for always making time for the guests, as well as the hotel porters, who always go above and beyond to help everyone. The housekeeping staff also do an amazing job! Thank you for another fantastic stay.

מרוחק מעט מהמרכז ותדירות השאטל למרכז ובחזרה לא מספיק גבוהה. בתקופה בה התארחנו היה לא פשוט להשיג מוניות ונאלצנו לפעמים לחכות הרבה זמן.

This hotel is beautifully appointed and decorated and has great facilities. The rooms are fresh, very clean and well designed. We stayed in a signature family room which gave the four of us lots of space. The shower and bathrooms were lovely. The larhe double bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well. The breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of foods to suit all tastes. There were several stations preparing fresh eggs, pancakes, waffles and traditional Vietnamese food. The lunch and dinner menus were also great and very reasonably priced. The drink selection was very wide and the many types of cocktail were all extremely well mixed. The hotel grounds and communal areas are fantastic. There is a beautiful view from the main restuarant with a lovely pond and garden area around other aspects. At night with its lanterns lit the hotel looks very charming. It is a short shuttle bus ride to the old town or An Bang beach and overall the location is great. Complimentary cycles were a real treat for some biking around the nearby rice fields and villages. Whilst the two pools are not huge we never had an issue with poolside space and enjoyed relaxing between tours, meals and trips into the old town by the pool on the 5th floor primarily. Despite all of these positives the stand out feature is the staff. They are all so friendly, approachable and professional. The whole team were attentive ad helpful. We originally booked for 4 nights as we were still making plans for the whole trip around Vietnam. We very quickly decided to stay an extra 3 nights. A fantastic experience.

Lovely boutique hotel in a few KMs from the old town. The views across the paddyfield and to the river from the restaurant were lovely. The room was very comfortable. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help at every opportunity.

There was very little we didn't like. The rooftop pool was lovely but a slightly bigger pool for the size of the property would have been good. The location out of the old town was good as it wasn't as busy, and the shuttle bus was helpful - it would have been good if it could have been more frequent (maybe every hour rather than every 2). We used Grabs but they weren't always easy to get so we were left waiting an hour or more for the shuttle.

Had a lovely stay, great facilities, delicious breakfast.

The room was a good size and the bathrooms were great. The connecting rooms worked really well and we were fortunate enough to have one overlooking the paddy fields and on the end. however, being on the second floor only was noisy. We had a permanent squeak which was annoying and led us to not sleep very well. We couldn't identify where it was coming from or what it was. We mentioned this to the management team and we were offered to move rooms on the second day but the room was overlooking the road at the front and was a lot noisier and darker with less of a view. So in fairness we chose to stay put. The breakfast was good with a variety of options each day. The location was lovely, being out of the old town and having the market, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The pool is small, and little atmosphere at the bar area there.

The shuttle service to bring you into town and to the beach is a great idea but is a total bun fight. No order or system at all. other than first come first served. So on several occasions we were down at the stop early and second in line, but this seemed irrelevant to some guests who just strolled up at the bus time and ignored the fact that us and others were already there and waiting. on one occasion the bus did a second trip to the old town as there were too many guests, on a second occasion we were offered an electric shuttle to the beach instead of going on the bus, but we had seats on the bus. Of course you can never estimate the behaviour or other guests during your stay and at other times this system may work, but it was stressful and lacked organisation. We stayed at another hotel during our trip to vietnam that was also out of the town, they offered a shuttle service and this had to be booked with guest services via phone or WhatsApp at least 30 minutes before departure. A system such as this would work, or if you were to come to reception and 'check in' for the shuttle beforehand then they would at least know who was first and who was going on the bus, rather than the chaos, stress and pushing and shoving.

Elena and her team were phenomenal. They have a way of making each person feel incredible. The room was clean and well kept. The spa on site was wonderful. The breakfast was a huge choice of excellent quality foods. Would stay here again.

Heel fijn hotel, grote kamers met veel licht en mooi uitzicht. Heerlijk ontbijt, goed en vriendelijk personeel. Op 10 minuten rijden van old town.

Beide loopbanden in de gym waren stuk, dat was jammer.

Wasn’t cleaned ( short hair on the bed and one of the pillows) , hairs around the basin, shower and sink drainage seems blocked, breakfast staff overall not friendly .

The property is in a little quieter part of old town but still has all the charm, the hotel is clean , breakfast is amazing and most of all the staff are outstanding who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant This place is an excellent place for families, grocery and laundry across the road , spa in the hotel is very good , with plenty of options for local restaurants nearby.

A true 5 star hotel, with excellent service, and high level amenities.

Maybe that's something that happens throughout Vietnam, but there's much noise coming in through walls and the door, probably because of inadequate insulation.

Very relaxing and peaceful hotel. Excellent value for money and the bus for HoiAn old town and the beach was an excellent service and we utilsed both pools during our stay. The service was exceptional and breakfast as part of our room cost was exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Soundproof between rooms was not the best.

We have been staying at the hotel for 4 nights and we are very, very satisfied, so we extended our stay for another 3 days. The service here is excellent and very personal and caring. There is a shuttle every hour to the center of Hoi Yan and back. The food is excellent and the rooms are large and clean. The spa here is really good and there is a local market nearby a few steps from the hotel. I would like to give a special thank you to Elena, the lovely manager of the hotel, for her warm and personal attitude to each of the guests. We would be very happy to stay here again!!!!!

The staff are amazing . Everybody without exception is so kind and welcoming. Madame Salome runs this hotel beautifully. Thank you to her and her lovely staff, Lisa, Rose, Elena, Karin, Lucy, Tony and Daniel to name but a few, for an amazing stay. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and having a bath and shower was luxurious. The breakfast was superb with a large choice of food - sushi, danish pastries, fresh fruit or eggs cooked to order. The view of the countryside from the restaurant balcony was lovely- so relaxing. The hotel is in a great area of Hoi An with a market, shops and paddy field walks within easy reach. We enjoyed the walk to and from Old Town but the complimentary minibus went there, and to the beach frequently. We cannot praise this hotel highly enough and would love to return.

We loved our stay here. We had two rooms, they overlooked the river. Spacious, clean and calming. Beautifully decorated. The bath was amazing. Location is perfect and there’s a courtesy bus to town and the beach. What will say is that all staff without exception were superb. To name a few- Nora, Lucy, Ezra, Pyken, Elena and General Manager Salome- thank you to you all for making us so welcome and feel so at home. And to those staff whose names I didn’t get- you were ALL brilliant. Coffee making class and lantern making class were great. Breakfast excellent too. Didn’t use the spa but it looked super. Hope to return one day.

It would have been nice to have a cupboard in the main bedroom and the light switch for the bathroom was not at the bathroom door but on the far wall ofnthe bathroom so at night you could not see when entering the bathroom.

The hotel has an exceptionally friendly and helpful team. The hotel has great facilities with 2 pools, with the top floor a child friendly pool. Our children absolutely love their stay, the pool and the koi fishes. They also have an onsite gymnasium, spa and restaurant. The bedrooms are very clean (booked 2 connecting rooms), well presented, great bathtub and lovely view of the field and buffalos behind our room (kids loved them). Tony and team greets us with a smile each time we leave the hotel and come back and assists with opening the doors and our luggages with a genuinely happy attitude. I would recommend staying at this hotel in Hoi An and will definitely be back here when we visit again!

Cannot recommend Little Oasis Hoi An enough. Before our trip to Da Nang and Hoi An, I spent a lot of time reading accommodation reviews, and this hotel kept coming up highly recommended by Taiwanese travelers. I’m so glad I followed those recommendations and booked a two-night stay here. From the very beginning, everything exceeded our expectations. Celine at the front desk welcomed us warmly, smoothly handled our check-in, and thoughtfully explained all hotel facilities and services, including the shuttle schedule to Hoi An Ancient Town, which made planning our stay so much easier. The entire hotel has such a calming atmosphere, with a natural lemongrass scent throughout the public areas and rooms. Our room had a private balcony overlooking the beautiful scenery of Hoi An, and the bathroom was stunning — especially the large bathtub, which made our stay feel even more luxurious. Although we experienced a minor issue with a clogged shower drain on the first night, it was handled immediately and professionally. Lisa from the front desk not only resolved the issue quickly but also checked in with us personally during breakfast on both mornings to make sure everything was perfect. Her attentiveness truly stood out and made us feel genuinely cared for. On our departure day, she even helped arrange an airport transfer at a better price than Grab, and the lobby staff kindly assisted us with our luggage from start to finish. Every single staff member we met was warm, helpful, and professional — the level of hospitality here is exceptional. One small tip: if you can handle the heat, don’t miss breakfast in the outdoor area. Watching the adorable water buffalo nearby made the experience even more memorable and unique. This stay honestly exceeded every expectation we had. Little Oasis Hoi An is not just a hotel — it’s an experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An without hesitation.

The Location is perfect, everything is in walking distance. Rooms, i think they are going through renovation but it was decent, due to the street structure there is very less fresh air or light coming into the room.

The Staff were so friendly and helpful right from the moment we arrived to the time we left the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and the variety was great. The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. We took the hotel into the Old Town several times and it proved very popular and comfortable in the heat. We would like to thank all the staff to many to name for their hospitality and service.

Der Empfang war außergewöhnlich herzlich und das Personal während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich. Wir haben sogar ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten und unseren ursprünglich geplanten Aufenthalt deshalb verlängert. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten, den Fluss und die Wasserbüffel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, entspannt und nie überlaufen. Für Familien ist das Hotel hervorragend geeignet. Unsere Kinder haben den Koifisch-Teich mit den täglichen Fütterungen sowie die beiden Pools sehr geliebt. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch sind Restaurants, Cafés, Massagen und Geschäfte bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Internet war für normale Nutzung und Video-Meetings ausreichend, allerdings musste ich gelegentlich auf mein mobiles Datenpaket wechseln. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, sodass man Nachbarn teilweise hören kann. Das Fitnessstudio erfüllt seinen Zweck, die Auswahl an Geräten könnte jedoch größer sein, insbesondere für das Beintraining.
