The security is friendly n the staff is a prompt for Q&A. Location is good which can direct to beach. Facilities is just like it mention. All hv. All electricity stuff all in good condition. The toilet problem alr fixed. Can flush and water heater also nice.

Both main entrance doorknob cannot lock it, once lock can't open. Luckily previous comment do mention I try to open before outing. And one of the toilet doorknob can't lock too,Once lock hard to open. Sandy is acceptable since in n out but hv mop n broom to clean it. Oh ya, hv slightly water leakage from ceiling above the bathtub. Overall is OK. Worth for a stay there.

Sandy bedsheets, smelly sofa dirty floor, building wall coating pealing, clock that not working, rusted broken gate, connection room’s gate is not lock properly, other tenant from the next door attempt to open the connection door, scary! and most terrible is the unfriendly host.

Rating: Poor The hotel floor was sandy and not properly cleaned. The gas stove was available but there was no gas provided. Some electrical sockets were also not working. Overall, the cleanliness and facilities need improvement.

Actually I don't want to give bad review of this resort but I just feel like I got scammed of my deposit😒. The agent texted and said once I check out will pay back the deposit (between 24 hours) but almost 3 days I wsp and call him he kept on says he didn't check his wsp and was busy. On the 3rd day he replied and said that the refrigerator's box was broken so he can't refund the deposit 🙄 The only mistakes I made was didn't take video / pictures before and after check out. Please be aware of this if you guys wants to check in here means make sure to take proof before entering and out from the house. Don't make a mistake as I did and feel regret. Seriously very disappointed with the agent named Aden Tan. And the house was little smelly whenever I was check in. Not only that the extra bed was hidden behind a curtain and we didn't notice that until check out 🤦🏽‍♀️. Please keep the things that can be seen easily because guest don't have much time to explore the house if they came from far. We came from far, exhausted with the road jam and running of time so we don't have much time to search all those things. Overall 1/10⭐ This is the first and last we choose this resort.

I like the vibe of the location.Very relaxing and peaceful. When you wake up the beauty of the beach scenery is too peaceful😊

I just dont like is that most of the things inside are already old and maybe not being clean often specifically the cooking utensils some are rusty.The rice cooker is too dangerous to be used.Never provide enough dishwashing liquid or hand sanitizer.Water is too slow in the shower and the toilet cannot flush.The extra beds are dusty,shampoo and body wash also is not refilled. I hope the management can look into this matter so can improve for the next family who wants to stay and have vacations.

Les logement ne sont pas équipé au niveau cuisine manque beaucoup chose ( marmitte pour cuisiner), le ménage est baclé , on me facture des frais de ménage et le ménage est fait aprés mon depart

The place were clean and comfortable. Good for family stay

The location is excellent with direct access to a beautiful private beach. The house is spacious, clean, and suitable for families or groups. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive. It was a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the seaside.

Some of the facilities could be better maintained. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, and a few areas of the house could benefit from more thorough cleaning. Additional toiletries and kitchen utensils would also improve the overall experience.

booked for 8 pax but enough towels and blankets contacted the management - took some time to get it to my opinion if you advertise 2 to 18 pax for this unit then you should be providing it as mentioned because we were told to pay for more then 7 blankets and towels

The cleanliness of the entire room, the walking distance to the beach. The friendly and helpful person in charge. Answering all my questions politely.

My complaint will be the confusing building where the room is situated that I experienced. I have to ask several visitors to get to the right building. I have to pay to swim in the swimming pool.

Location is fantastic

The floor trap/discharge pipe is blocked and caused overflow & stagnant water in the kitchen floor. This caused bad smell in the house. Can’t use both sinks in the kitchen.

The check in & check out process very easy. The staff is very helpfull & friendly.

Location and Beach

The beach, location, and view at Bayou Beach Resort are genuinely beautiful, which honestly makes the rest of the experience even more disappointing. While the resort advertises itself as a 4-star property, the actual condition of the unit and the level of customer service we experienced were far below that standard. The unit had visible maintenance issues including peeling paint, mold, and poor bathroom conditions. One of the toilets was broken for over a day despite multiple complaints and promises that someone would come fix it. Maintenance responses were extremely slow and unorganized. The worst incident happened around 2 AM when our unit completely lost electricity until approximately 7 AM. Instead of management actively helping, I personally had to coordinate with security, management, customer service, and even the electric company to resolve the issue myself. Throughout the entire situation, nobody contacted us to apologize or provide updates. The following day, maintenance finally came to repair the toilet around 1 PM after previously arriving earlier without proper tools and then disappearing for several hours. Later that evening, one of our family members became trapped inside a bedroom because the doorknob malfunctioned and would not open. We contacted management for urgent help, but nobody arrived for over 30 minutes. I had to personally go downstairs to security for assistance. When the caretaker eventually arrived, he again came unprepared and without tools despite already being shown videos of the broken doorknob. The situation became so serious that security ultimately had to force the door open to free the person trapped inside. To make matters worse, when discussing the previous night’s power outage, the caretaker falsely claimed the entire block had lost electricity even though we had proof it was only our unit. During the door incident, the caretaker also appeared to be intoxicated, with bloodshot eyes and a strong smell of alcohol.

The place is near ti many food outlets.

The floor was not properly cleaned and walking barefoot caused our legs to become visibly dirty. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any unit. The water pressure was also very low which added to the discomfort. Improvement is needed in both hygiene and maintenance.

Management didn’t inform that gate will closed at 7pm. We stuck at the beach and when we call they ask us to walk. Which is far from the beach. Walk with kids. Such a horrible. Before 12 cleaner already wait outside the property.like security guard.

We stayed @ the HomeStay part of this property. A few things travellers have to note. This place cannot possibly accommodate 18, as per the title. If you have a family of 8 - 10, it would be ideal, but 12 is a bit tight, and 18 would be crazy packed. The Unit has 2 rooms, with a queen-sized bed, and each bed will comfortably sleep 2 adults and perhaps a child. If you have extended family, i.e. more than 4 adults, please bring your own pillows and blankets; mattresses are provided. This is by no means a criticism; it's just an observation for would-be travellers. If you want to use the Pool, there is a surcharge that needs to be paid to the hotel. Aside from the above observation, the Place was really good. We stayed on the ground floor, which was good. The air conditioning was good, the cooking facilities were adequate, the beach is a walk away and very accessible and swimmable. The location was very good as well, with eateries a very short drive and some even within walking distance. The Host and the caretakers of the place are also prompt and quick to respond. Overall, we had a good time. I would surely recommend this place!

The fridge, especially the refrigerated area, needs to be serviced, as it wasn't cold enough. The freezer however, was good. If there was one downside, this would be it.

Fantastic stay right by the water! The beach is just steps away, and visiting on a weekday meant we had the place to ourselves. We heard now is the prime time for PD, and the water certainly didn't disappoint. The location is central to everything, and having a dedicated parking spot right in front of the unit was a major plus. Excellent customer service as well, the admin solved a quick WiFi issue in minutes with a very prompt and detailed response.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to renovate the bathroom, as the toilet and bathtub are currently showing their age.

Rumah tingkat 1 shj dan ada lif. Swimming pool hotel ada kena bayar tapi murah je, dewasa RM 5,kanak² RM 3 kot utk 1 hari tetapi kami tak guna sebab anak-anak nak mandi pantai. Pantai walking distance dan bersih. Anak-anak happy main air.

1 night stay consider semua okay je.
