Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Bedsheet, pillow,towel were clean. Superb aircond, excellent check in a d check out system and instructions. I love the location. Beautiful seaview. Overall it was a pleasant wonderful staycation. The unit has 3 queen size bed. Awesome! Basic cooking
I suggest to have more mirror in the house. The only mirror is in the bathroom. Need to fix the old flooring.

The unit was not in satisfactory condition upon check-in. The floor was dusty, the balcony floor mat was wet, and there were lizard droppings inside the house. In addition, the bedroom door was defective and became locked by itself, making it impossible to open. There was also no water supply at night due to a water disruption. However, no prior notification or update was provided by IDEALHUB regarding this issue. Furthermore, I contacted IDEALHUB Management via WhatsApp, but received no response. I also tried calling several times, but my calls were not answered. Although the WhatsApp service is stated to be available until 10:00 PM, I sent messages between 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM and received no response at all. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and support provided.

Overall, the stay was comfortable. As a suggestion for improvement, it may be better to provide liquid dish soap instead of a shared paste-type cleaner. Some guests, including Muslims, may have concerns about cross-contamination if the paste has previously been used to clean dishes or utensils that came into contact with non-halal foods. Liquid dish soap would be more hygienic and convenient for all guests. In addition, it would be good to replace the toilet bowl, as the current one appears rusty and looks dirty even when cleaned. Replacing it would greatly improve the cleanliness and overall impression of the bathroom.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026We love the sea view soooo much. Its on the third level, so the view was stunning. And we enjoyed the sunset from the balcony. The room was spacious. The airconditioner was excellent They provide an excellent small portable electric stove. We didn't even go out for our meals. We cook the food.
Do be careful with the tap water. Its very hot even the one in the kitchen.

i know that the unit was an old hotel room. but the bathroom door was broken, and I was unable to close/lock the door. there was cockroach smell in the kitchen. kitchen cabinets were in bad condition. the artificial grass at the balcony was full of mould. i was dissappointed that we cannot spend our time at the balcony for the sea view because of that.

The worst ever apartment i ever stayed in pd.not value for money at all.Online photos different with what we get.not even one good things to share.very dirty n dusty!No proper cleaning,very bad smell,no hygiene at all.Seriously waste of money!Don’t have options because non refundable try adjust n stay for 3days 2 nights.

if you love your car, this stay are not for you, there no parking available. You will need to park your car literally at the road side. Not safe at all. RM200 deposit needed in advance, without deposit they will never give you any details even you made full payment for the room. The deposit are not refund yet even after 2 business day. Do expect longer time for it.

Property kind of not keeping up of the cleanliness, there was cockroach found in the master bathroom. Property is just next to main road, very noisy at the night as motor vehicles pass by, understand this is beyond the host's control but for those who want quietness, may need to consider this.
