La atención fue muy buena y el gato es hermoso

Los colchones ya están en mal estado y las camas hacen muchísimo ruido. Además solo hay cortina hacia un lado de la camas y entra luz por los otros lados. El toma corriente de mi litera estaba sin tapa súper peligrosamente expuesto a un incendio o un corto. No había papel en el baño.

El servicio es excelente, el hostal es aseado y está muy bien ubicado.

As of August 2026, this hostel has bed bugs. We initially booked two nights - the building is a bit rough around the edges, but has everything you need, good location, is quite cheap and the staff onsite were friendly so we extended for three more. However, after the second night (in the private Salento room), I woke up covered in bed bug bites (140 in total - we had a lot of time to count whilst decontaminating all our stuff later). We reported this to the receptionist, who didn't seem surprised and said he would come and deal with them. He then preceded to steam the edge of the mattress and a large amount of adult and baby bugs fell out. We obviously couldn't stay there, and were refunded the extra unused nights we booked - but when we asked for a full refund, were passed onto the management who (after taking 8 hrs to consult their policies) refused a refund on the basis the room was used, ignoring the huge inconvenience of having to heat treat everything (shrinking a lot of it in the process), wasting more than a day of the trip, and being covered in uncomfortable bites for the rest of our time in Bogotá. After a week of requesting a refund via WhatsApp, we have gotten nowhere. They had offered to give us some money back, but then stopped replying to messages. Shoutout to the receptionist who was very apologetic and kind throughout. Had we known what to look out for (small black stains that smudge and shedded skins) we would have known from the first day that the mattress had bed bugs (we had noticed a shed skin but thought it was a bit of fluff), so I don't believe they had sufficiently checked the bed before checking us in. We've since seen a recent booking.com review that said they had bedbugs, so they must have known and didn't warn us. Could be a great hostel, but need to address the bed bugs and really need much better customer service / fairer refund policies.

The location is alright.

The room had a stench on moldy/ humid wood. Got biten by bed bugs on my lower back throughout the night and found a small bug on my bed in the morning. Couldn't stay for more than one night and they would't refund me for the rest of the booking. Staff had the audacity to say that I brought the bug with me in my luggage and that most hostels are like that in regards of wooden bed frames. Not worth staying even if it was for free.

El desayuno espectacular, me parece un plus porque en los demás hostales no me brindaban esa opción de desayuno incluido. La ubicación excelente para lo que necesitaba!

I liked: bed sheets smelled fresh and clean. Staff was nice and tried their best.

I would not recommend this hostel. It has a level of filth that can’t be cleaned with a mop or bleach, though I understand the employees try. Facilities are old and need to be replaced. Pots are very dirty and have broken handles. Kitchen is missing a supply of towels and needs more utensils. Bathrooms always smell strongly of bleach and/or other cleaning fluids. Window was broken in room and cold air enters.

A localização é ótima, e a equipe é super simpática. Milena, José e todos os outros nos atenderam muito bem. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. E o mascote Trip é lindo. Recomendo demais o hostel!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and there was a cute cat! It was very clean with the staff cleaning multiple times everyday.

There were limited options for the breakfast, but for the price it was very good.

J’appréhendais notre séjour dans cet établissement car la note générale est bonne mais les avis récents ne l’étaient pas. Notamment concernant la propreté, la présence de puces de lit et le comportement du personnel. De notre côté la chambre double était propre, pas de puces, les espaces communs régulièrement nettoyés et le personnel courtois ! Gros + pour la localisation.

Bémols sur le bruit et le petit déjeuner. Les autres locataires de l’hostel ont été très bruyants et irrespectueux le matin. Systématiquement réveillés entre 5 et 6h. L’isolation même en journée est catastrophique. Le petit déjeuner est très juste et surtout bas de gamme.

Good location and staffs are nice.

Sheets arent clean enough. You can even smell the sweats from the sheets and dirt from the last person who used it. Also had allergies here due to dust.

In general a nice hostel.

BEDBUGS! We had bedbugs in the dorm and apparently it happens more often. It can happen - sure but they didn't do anything about it. They gave us a different bed in the same room and on the next day they put fresh sheets on the bed bugs bed and a new person had to sleep on it. This behavior is unacceptable. The sheets had stains on them as well and they have only 3 bathrooms (1 toilet, 1 shower, 1 sink in one room) for 3 dorms and a couple of double rooms.

Excelente servicio. El lugar muy acogedor. Cocina limpia y Trip sin duda una pequeña recarga luego de llegar de una larga jornada.

Cheguei no quarto e havia cabelo no travesseiro e a roupa de cama estava com alguma sujeira. Pedi pra trocar a fronha, mostrei o cabelo pra moça da recepção que disse que aquilo era pêlo de gato, quando nitidamente não era. Ela relutou em me entregar outra fronha, tive que pedir algumas vezes e a nova fronha não estava aparentemente limpa. Troquei então com a de outro travesseiro que estava em outra cama do quarto. O local também apresenta avaliações de boa limpeza, mas o banheiro estava cheio de cabelos, a coberta da cama com furos enormes. Pra piorar uma calça minha ficou no local, que só percebi a noite quando cheguei na outra hospedagem. Enviei msg pro hostel, que demorou quase um dia inteiro pra me dar uma resposta, dizendo que não haviam encontrado nenhuma calça e que o local apresenta um fluxo grande de pessoas, sendo que quando saí do quarto não havia mais ninguém hospedado nele, fui passear na cidade e voltei de noite pra buscar minha mala e também não havia ninguém dormindo no quarto, na manhã seguinte mandei essa msg sobre a calça e não a encontraram, e a hospedagem nem estava com muitas pessoas... não voltaria! Não recomendo.

Es un buen hostal cómodo, agradable y espacioso.

Lastimosamente el personal es desastroso, la señora de limpieza me abrió el locker cuando no estaba, menos mal que no tenía nada de valor. La propietaria se molestó por un poco, pero cuando había fiesta hasta las 4am con alcohol y cocaína no tenía problema. Bastante raro. Nos tuvimos que ir, un día antes de lo esperado porque ya era suficiente la locura de ese hostal.

La verdad no hubo algo que rescatar , honestamente desde que llegamos la atención deficiente, falta de empatía por parte del personal y la dueña parece gustarle discriminar las personas

Amazing place with alot of space and with Trip the cat as company. Felt very quickly and easy at home at 82 Hostel. Staff is very kind and present, always! They take cleaning seriously and even move the closet aside to clean behind it, everyday. The area is very well located, with 2 great shoppingmalls close by, public transport at 2 minutes walk, and from 5am till 10pm there is a lot of movement of students and people working closeby. Therefore there is plenty of great streetfoods and places to hangout. The art inside is beautifull and i returned even three times! Just because it was so nice there! Muchisimas gracias queridos! Dios te bendiga!

So there are some tiny things like a curtain that needs a little fixing, and a socket that could be screwed down a little tighter, but that is it. They know what they are doing and they deserves a huge compliment.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lima. There’s a women-only dorm—which I really appreciate as a solo traveler. It’s in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood in Miraflores, with comfortable mattresses; I slept very well. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean, and the bathrooms and common areas are spotless. The staff is friendly and attentive. And there’s a rooftop terrace where I spent my evenings and early mornings. I highly recommend this hostel.

Some showers don't have hooks, so there's nowhere to put your things. It's really hard to shower like that.

Limpeza muito boa, atendimentos dos recepcionistas, localização a melhor possível próximo de supermercado e ponto de ônibus. Região muito segura! Café da manhã simples mas com tudo que precisa.
