Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Fantastic location,: 3 minute walk to SM City; easy pick up/drop.off for Grab. Security on site. Lobby is clean. Unit is clean. Aircon is nice and cold. Wifi is strong. No power outages. Garbage disposal on the same floor as our unit.
Nothing to dislike. This is a studio with 2 queen beds, 1 bathroom with a stand up shower. Very basic. For our travel purposes, this place worked out just fine.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Sehr gut.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026We had a great stay at Style Residence, Unit 823. The owner was very accommodating, kind, and responsive to my messages. Check-in was smooth, and we received the key without any issues. The room was comfortable, clean, and actually exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.
The only concern was the water quality. It felt like rainwater, and it was difficult to rinse off soap properly when showering. Improving the water quality would make the stay much better. Overall, it was still a pleasant and hassle-free experience, and I would recommend this unit.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026I arrived early and fortunately I met Cathy outside the unit which they had just finished cleaning and I was allowed in. The place was spacious with 2 Queen beds. Bed was comfortable. Strong water current with water heater.
Maybe it just needs improvement but the WIFI signal was sometimes slow mostly during the day ( while I was there).

Reviewed Feb 2, 2025Room was quiet and clean. Good location near to shopping centra and free parking for scooter
1) No wifi on arrival - fixed upon messaging host 2) Barely any toilet roll. Ran out, and was asked to look in other locations but nothing there either. Never resolved. 3) Shower cold - again, messaged and send photos as requested. Never even replied after that. These are basics - they should be working on arrival, or promptly fixed.
