Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The place was clean and cozy. The best so far compared to the other units we’ve previously booked with. The space is just enough for 2 adults and 1 kid. Will definitely return for our future staycations.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026The place is conveniently located near SM City which made it easy to do quick grocery runs. Check in and check out was uncomplicated and the host was very helpful and super responsive. The unit itself had everything we needed! It was raining in Iloilo during our stay so we spent most of the time inside the unit and it was worth it. We also enjoyed the pool when the sun finally came out! It was clean and a right-fit for both kids and adults. Overall, we felt safe and at home.
The guards were not friendly, compared to the maintenance staff. I know this is not within our host's control anymore but maybe feedback can be given to the agency that SMDC Style uses to give their guards customer service training.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026The place really looks like a show room it’s very nice. There’s a smart tv with all subscriptions you can use, there’s even a smart washing machine
I thought the property was physically connected to SM mall. There’s a short walk but it’s not bad at all

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025It was clean especially the bathroom—the heater was working, there's some appliances such as refrigerator—which was the one we only use, induction stove and such. The property owner was so accommodating considering we book last minute on the same day as we arrived, they really help us out. Since we were 5 people and only staying for a night, it really help us out that the bed and sofa can be extended so it fit just right for us
It has no toiletries and some places are dusty however considering we booked last minute and only staying for a night, they really can't prepare well so I think it is still good since the place is still clean looking
